Went here after getting a flat. I was extremely impressed with the efficient and quality service at Ward Tirecraft.
I was stuck at a gas station waiting for a tow which took awhile, and although i arrived 45 min later than the time they requested, they stayed late to remove my flat and sold me a a new (used) one for a great price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and I will be returning for future business.

Had a great experience with the fellows at Ward tire craft twice. The first time was when I had a flat and they helped by checking the tire and finding out that the rim had a small crack causing the air leak at no charge.
The second time was for a tire replacement and balancing. Good prices and quick service

The good things in life often come and go but Ward Tirecraft is one of those constants (over 10 years for me). You never have to worry about being overcharged, you always know that when they say work needs to be done it needs to be done, the staff are pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.who could ask for more! Everyone I refer to Ward I know they will be treated like family (yes I know an overused term these days) and will be well taken care of and shown some love and what is that worth for peace of mind in times where "customer service" is almost nonexistent? Linked in with a totally flat tire and a deflated spare tire. Got a very fair price on a replacement pair of tires when my tire proved to be unrepairable. The tires weren't in stock but they were sourced and installed in 3 hours. Great service experience under trying circumstances!

I have a few older vehicles that can give me problems from time to time.
Alex was very accommodating in having the repairs done in a short amount of time that fit into my schedule and allowed me to get back to work with the vehicle as quick as possible.
Had me on my way in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction.

Had a flat while at work nearby, called multiple shops to see if i could get it fixed before close, ward said sure get it here, we got you. Less than an hour later my flat was fixed, as well as a couple other valve stems that would have ruined my day, all for a criminally low price. Because of their awesome service i got a quote for new truck tires, and recently had them done and couldn't be happier.

If you want good, honest service, this is the place to go. I have dealt with them previously so when I needed new summer tires, I not only got a good price, but great service. Alex had the tires changed and I had my vehicle back within an hour.

Alex and the team at Ward Tirecraft were excellent to deal with. Honest and upfront on the status of our vehicle.
Our vehicle was making an odd noise and so my wife brought into the dealership where they told us it had no oil and the engine was done and that they recommended a used or rebuilt engine that would have cost more than the vehicle was worth. We brought it over to Ward Tirecraft and they did a through inspection and determined that indeed it had been run low on oil but that under no circumstances were the damages to the extent the dealership had described. They took care of the issue. Informed us of possible cause etc. Ward Tirecraft literally saved us thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend them for your mechanical needs as they are very honest and will only repair what is actually needed and clearly discuss with you what the issues are.

I find the pricing is more than reasonable compared to others as an example and franchised Dodge store told me I need new rear shocks when I was getting an oil change and the quote was over $1,000.00 Alex and his team quoted about $500 so I went with them. As i turned out when I picked my vehicle up the bill was less then their quote. I would highly recommend them

I got a flat tire last night and due to the recent cold snap, road side assistance wasn't a realistic option. I had to leave my vehicle in a gas station parking lot overnight. This morning (after my assistance was a no show) we drove to multiple tire shops to ask if we could get the vehicle to them, could they fix the tire or swap to the spare quickly 6 shops said "maybe, leave the truck and we'll try to get to it. " I use my truck for work, this was not an option. I walked into this tire shop, their response, "absolutely, you get it here, we will take care of it right away. " After a hellish night of on call work i couldnt respond to, waiting on help that never came, leaving my vehicle on the south side late last night (I live West of Edmonton), up at 4am to go back to my truck to meet no one, this shop was a blessing. They knew nothing of what I had been dealing with, I believe this is just how they operate. They repaired my tire within minutes of my arrival with my truck.then waived the charge. I was happy to pay for the exceptional service but he put it in the system as no charge. I highly recommend this shop, they understand and practice good service, the gentleman I dealt with was personable, and the technician was efficient with my repair. I will pay forward their kindness during a very inconvenient situation. 5 star service for sure. Thank you so much for your help today.

I finally went to a mechanic shop this today that my family has been going to for years. It is Ward Tirecraft on 99 St and they have raved so much about the service, the prices and the professional way they are treated by a nice man called Alex that is at the front desk and co ordinates the entire operation with his unique skills of maintaining peace and calm while handling the particular needs of each one of us in our car repair situation. He knows his stuff and the mechanics that work there do too! I highly recommend this Mechanic Shop for anyone "especially women" cause this is truely one of the "good" shops that your in good hands at!

I had purchased new tires from another business and noticed almost immediately that one of them was losing air at a rapid rate. When I phoned the shop not even 2 weeks after they were purchased, I was told that I would need to purchase new rims- without them even looking at it. In fact they did not even want to book an appointment to look at it- and they were quite condescending and unprofessional towards me.
As a woman, I cringe anytime I have to do anything with my vehicle as I find that this happens quite regularly.
Ward Tirecraft was recommended to me by someone that I trust and at this point I really just wanted this ordeal to be over.
From the moment that I phoned to bring my vehicle in, I could tell that this experience would be different.
They booked me in right away and I was surprised at how accommodating they were being, as I had not purchased the tires from them.
Upon my arrival at Ward, my truck was brought into the bay right away- and they communicated the issue to me without ‘mansplaining’ or talking down to me.
They brought me into the shop and showed me the leaking valve causing my issue with the tire.

I am so grateful for this positive experience and the team at Ward Tirecraft for providing me with the fix that I needed without any of the anxiety or stress that usually comes with vehicle maintenance.
I appreciate being treated with respect, even though I have limited knowledge of vehicle assembly.

Alex was a gem from the get go. He took the time to listen and write down all my concerns. Then tended to all my concerns about my little old car. After assessing the situation he was honest in his findings and the costs. He allowed me to make an informed decision about proceeding with repairs. He was kind enough to lend me a vehicle for the time he had my vehicle in the shop. This was very kind. He stayed in contact with updates on the car as well. When it came time to pay the bill he did his own research on parts to help lower the price. I was beyond words and grateful he was referred to me. Dropped in December 28,2021, -30 that morning. The start was challenged by the weather outside and some cold equipment inside.

My issue was a broken lock on my power steering assembly, causing a cold induced fluid leak. Like all the other customers I was in and out the door with great dispatch in just over an hour. An uber driver gave me Alex’s card some months back when my car was overheating and asked me to give him a call. But, I forgot because I thought I’d solved the overheating by topping up with engine coolant. However in September, my car started misbehaving again. The front valve cover was leaking and the water pump was also leaking. Took it to an auto shop in Leduc. It got fixed but it was Alex that made me understand they didn’t do a good job because days later the car got bad again. This time I remembered the card from the Uber guy and gave Ward Tirecraft a call. I’ll be honest I was scared the whole time about the financial expense of fixing the car because I had spent a lot fixing it the first time. I’m a student with a part time job so money is hard to come by. Alex was very helpful. His sole goal wasn’t about the money but about getting the car fixed and running. He gave me his word and even told me to come back if it doesn’t work. It turns out the problem with my car was a whole lot more than just the water pump and the valve cover. Alex was able to discover that all the spark plugs were corroded and some other malfunction that was hurting the engine of the car and got it all fixed. I am grateful. It’s been a couple of weeks after the car was fixed and it’s been running smoothly so far. Thank you so much Alex for helping me out.

I had ordered and had put together some 18 inch rims with winter tires. My truck originally comes with 22 inch rims and the 18 inch rims would’ve been too much of a difference between summer and winter. Alex the owner worked with me and allowed me to get $300 of my $500 deposit back. I imagine someone will now get a great deal on gloss black 18 inch rims with Blizzack winter tires.

Great service from these folks. I was a walk in for a simple tire repair and although they said they were swamped, they managed to fit me in in time for me to pick up my car by lunch. I was quite satisfied with the tire service.

I did take a star off of my review as, despite COVID mandates in place at the time, no employees were wearing masks that I could see, and when I went to pick up my vehicle, a staff member was speaking, unmasked, with two customers and their child who were also unmasked.

In the depths of a fourth wave with severe ICU limitations I am concerned for the welfare of both Ward Tirecraft staff as well as their clients as I would hate to see a great business adversely affected by a Covid outbreak.

Great experience and team, Alex gave me great info, guided me through various options and gave me the best prices for my tyres and wheels! Even talked me out of getting more expensive options which he thought I didn't need. They also worked around my schedule to get everything installed very quickly. Would highly recommend!

I went in only for an oil change and they did a routine brake check and filled my tires as well as refilling the basic fluids like windshield juice. In doing the brake check they were able to discover what I could not and fixed my brakes during the same appointment with little extra waiting.

I was referred to them by a friend of mine. First time I went to the work shop was for a pre purchase inspection for a car I bought privately. They found out a few issues. However, they only advised me to fix those things that are related to road safety. Ward Tirecraft's service focus is not to compromise on road safety, however they will try to save as much as possible by advising on what is absolutely necessary. Initially I thought they were expensive. When I compared with the market they're in the mid range, 10-30 dollar more than the cheapest service but service wise it's worth every penny. Their Manager Alex deals with every client personally before and after service. Once the mechanics are done with the car he personally checks the car before delivery. To me safety is the most important, I need to know that the mechanic is doing the best job on my car, I need to have total trust on the workshop I am dealing with. And I trust Ward Tirecraft on 99th St for my Car.

So I called them to get 11r22.5 XDS2. We have national account for Michelin. I was surprised and shocked to hear that because that’s the last set of 8 left and they want to sell it for $900. He don’t want to sell on national account as they only get$25 of them.because they are the only location who have these tires so they want me to charge about $200 extra as they normally would sell them for 700. SHAME ON YOU.

Been dealing with Alex and his staff for years. Always fixed our vehicles. Being disabled, I need my van. So I go to them for top service.

Alex and his team were extremely professional. They did a oil change and did a thorough check of my vehicle. They told me everything is good with my vehicle, but there would be some upcoming maintenance due the milage and that it could be done at a later date. This is welcome change from dealerships that would say I have multiple issues with my vehicle, and have quote ready for over $1000. Highly recommend this shop.
