Not impressed. I went for an appointment, they booked me in even though they DO NOT have any mechanics there. When I arrived; I had the guy at the counter roll his eyes. I told him about my vehicle and he sighed (so unprofessional) and all while he continues to roll his eyes at me.
Not a welcoming environment whatsoever. No "hello" or "hi" either. Then, I get sent to another shop, I could've just went to initially.

It costs absolutely nothing to be nice or put on a smile, especially when you work with customers! 0/5 Will not recommend, nor will I be going back.

Lost a wheel on our trailer halfway into a 14 hour trip. Called on a sunday. Young man met us at the shop twice within a half hour. Didn't have exactly what we thought we needed and didn't charge us for the first callout and then we changed our mind and he came right back and provided exceptional service and products. Absolutely recommended!

We were a half hour into a 6-hour trip and we're in need of a flat repair. The Tire Craft team even though extremely busy understood our situation and jumped into action get us on our way within a 1/2 hour. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
