The person who ‘helped’ me was rude and did everything she could to not help me with my return. Nothing positive about my experience at all

Staff was cheerful and helpful. Great sales. Love that they carry xsmall - 4x Only bad thing was pretty picked over for sizes. So only found one top.

AMAZING, everyone is so helpful and super nice. I always enjoy going in and shopping.the store is super clean and well maintained.

Very very nice store. Excellent staff. My wife had trouble finding her size in jeans, a staff member took the time to go through the labels and found a pair of jeans that had been mislabeled. Happy ending, my wife was able to purchase jeans that fit. Thank you for putting the extra effort. We will make the 250 km drive to shop in your store again.

Had a younger lady with dark hair help me today. I showed up 8 minutes before closing as I wasn’t aware the times online were different than the real ones because of Covid. Despite showing up so late she was still happy to help me, had me in a change room with what I was looking for and out the door just a couple minutes after closing. She was super friendly so I’ll be going back again.

I'd give them a zero if I could. Went in for a job interview, I show up a little early as I always do. First thing I notice is that the manager and staff all look disorganized. The staff were standing around gossiping with the manager right in the middle of it. My opinion, unprofessional. The manager had nothing ready for the job interview, waited 20 minutes before we actually sat down for the interview. The second thing I notice is that they don't have any male staff. Seems a little sexist in my opinion that there are only female staff working clothing retail. I found the shopping experiences I've had here aren't any better either.

LOVE this store. As a tall girl its extremely hard to find pants (and shirts) long enough for my body that does not cost an arm and a leg.
I can always find things i like and extremely affordable. I usually go in for one thing.and come out with 5. ‍️ I recommend and will always keep coming back.)
