John Paleologos provide good customer service, and the company offers good price as compared to other companies.

We are using daily waste removal service from the company. Always on time to pick up the garbage. John Paleolgos helped us to get extra temp bin for Ramadan. Excellent customer service.

DO NOT USE THEM. SIGN A CONTRACT FOR 5 YEARS SO WE CAN BUDGET OUR EXPENSES PER MONTH BUT SOON AFTER THEY KEEP INCREASING THEIR FEES EVERY SECOND MONTH. FROM JUNE 2022 TO NOVEMBER 2022 FEE INCREASED BY 75% AND NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. TO BREAK THE CONTRACT OR GIVE THEM FREE $3000 FREE CASH TO BREAK THE LEASE. NEIGHBOR IS PAYING 1/3 OF THE PRICE FOR SAME SERVICE. LESSON LEARNED! AGAIN - DO NOT USE THEM!

Long story short, they are after your money! And very good at making you pay them more & more every month after contract signed! Read the fine prints and no way to get out of it!

What a fantastic experience. We had to get city permits for the bin to be placed on a Main Street. Waste connections took care of all of this for us. Once the permit was in place the bin was dropped off at the exact time mentioned and was picked up even faster. A huge kudos to Kelsey and Kenny B for all the wonderful help. I would suggest using these guys 100%.

Always our go to! Great email response time and more dependable than bad weather on a long weekend. Been using WC for years now and they always meet the mark.

Anna has been amazing to work with. The Board thought the costs were to high and she worked very hard to provide us a great service at a lower price. Highly recommend this company and especially if you get lucky enough to deal with Anna.

Waste Connections has been very accommodating when we have needed to alter our pickup schedules due to changes in our work. This has helped us with them managing this portion of work for us - always nice to have one less worry.

They have been extremely helpful not only with general removal but with additional services, extensions and last minute changes during our office move. Extremely prompt service when we had an issue with last minute notice. All was handled very professionally.

Waste Connections has been our waste removal supplier at my company for years. They offer a wide range of services and offer great customer service. We recently went thru a Shop move and my Account Rep Jon was always available for last minute changes to our waste bins as needed and ensured we did not experience any delays!

We deal with Waste Connections for 5 plus years and have no problem at all. Anna is great to work with, she always answer my questions and issues in such an easy way!

Stay FAR AWAY from this company. They will not let you out of their contracts and auto renew without your consent. Prices keep going up and their customer service is ZERO. Exiting your contract is almost impossible. What they are getting away with should be criminal. I feel bad for whoever deals with them. Wish I could leave ZERO STARS.

Found Waste Connections after Edmonton discontinued their service to us (Greenfield Community Church). Elias was great to work with - very professional and knowledgeable. Spoke with the office a couple of times and they were always friendly and helpful. Thanks for your services!

Have auto renewing contacts you have to cancel 3 months prior otherwise they try and lock you in for 5 more years. They also try to bill for invoices that are over a year old that was paid in full, but there new accounting software decided it wasn't and they hold your service hostage. So glad to be done with this garbage company.
