Worst customer service ever. Got our 7 watches battery changed with no missing pieces. They said it would take an hour to get it changed and they would call us once it’s done but they never did even after asking my name and number.
Had to come back after more than an hour to see if they were done, waited 20 mins until someone came and ask if we needed any help. Gave back our watches without even checking in front of us if everything was good. We were not even far from the store when we checked our watches, one of our fossil watch was missing the back and claiming that we gave it to them with the missing back. Not only that it was missing, they also did not change the battery. They charge us of all the watches when one isn’t even changed.

Always a good experience at the watch station at cross iron. They are helpful and knowledgeable. I always go here to buy watches. They have all different brands so whatever the brand you are looking for this place will have it.

I have never had such an amazing and honest shopping experience at any watch store!

Nick was so patient and kind, even on the phone (which is what made me come in and buy 3 watches!). I don't know anyone more deserving of praise!

I bought this Armani watch from there. I took them about 3 weeks to deliver it to me and guess what? The watch is fake! Although they did everything they could to disguise the fact that it is fake, one could easily say that it is fake. I advise anyone not to deal with these rogues for any reason.

As someone who has experience in retail, I truly feel that this store has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

During our visit, we had asked an employee to show us a watch. She asked us to give her a minute, proceeds to put an envelope in a basket, and then walked away from us to start greeting customers entering the door. After patiently waiting 5 minutes, we asked again for assistance. Showing no interest, she gave us the watch to see. When we then asked to see a second watch, once again she asked us to give her a minute and proceeds to the front again to help customers coming in. Completely ignored us and didn’t come back. We then asked a second associate to assist us. I have never seen anyone with such lack of interest and low tone voice. Our desire to buy any watch disappeared and we left the store.

I understand that one associate could be having a bad day but not both. If they don’t want to help, they should not be working there. Definitely never purchasing an item from this store and don’t recommend it to anyone!

Worst customer service, went tgere for battery replacement, the guy at counter said 15 mins took my name and number & after 1 hr when i went back for pick up, there was a lady that assisted, she asked the guy who initially signed tge watch in and he said they dont have batteries for this watch and said he tried calling but could not connect, and never looked at me while replying to the lady no apologies for wasting my time either.

Poor service they will touch your watch multiple times, but won’t put it in a box for you. (Reason less touching due to covid their policy)

I thought my Michael Kors watch was unrepairable, because the back plate of the watch got lost somehow from wearing it.
I stopped at this location and ask the girl who greeted me at the door if it is possible to fix my watch.
The next day I brought my watch with me and Kensie fix it. She was very helpful and there was no charge for the repair.
I promised Kensie that I will bring Starbucks coffee next time in the mall.

Was referred to this place by fossil for a repair on my relic by fossil, I was told they would have to send it away to Texas for the repair, it's an automatic and a screw had come out.was told some solder pin needed to be replaced, this was not the case.go to watch warehouse for repairs.

I was there to buy the watch for myself last month today I was there again to take somenlinks off. The staff is friendly and helping nature with big smile.keep it up this way so you can attract more customer.

Came in with two watches previously purchased there looking for minor repairs. Feb 16.21. Nikita at the counter was not only very engaging and professional but was also able to repair both of my watches in the timeline that she said! To my surprise there was also no charge for the service! Keep up the great work you guys! Will definitely be back. Now that's what WOW service looks like!

Wow! Unbelievable service yesterday. While I was waiting in line a staff member asked me what I was looking for and brought items to me to look at. Once in the store.there was great customer service and the price point on the watch was pretty amazing. Thanks for a great shopping experience Watch Station. Worth taking the time to give a review.

Very frustrating.

Picked out a watch instead of telling me that they were out of stock they put a different watch in the bag. Only getting home realizing it’s a different watch.wasting my time now I have to drive across the city again just to exchange it what a waste of time.

Horrible, staff were not following the guidelines at all! The amount of customers you have in your store/talk to a day but aren’t standing 6ft away, not sanitizing after handling watches that customers give back to you. Or sanitizing after you touch your face mask/face.is so selfish. This is why covid is spreading.people who don’t care or don’t use common sense

I shopped there today, and bought two watches. One of the best sales experiences I have ever had. Rika, sales associate, there was very professional, energetic, informative, and more importantlyfound me the best deal I could get in less than 10 minutes. Just wanted to share my experience here, this is true example of an amazing customer service, and I believe everyone at watch station should be proud of her.

The indian girl at counter.she seems like very rude and full of attitude. No helo no greetings. She was acting like she is working free for us. She doesnt know how to talk with costumers.i had to excahnge my watch thats why i went there.

Watch station in Crossiron is an amazing place to buy watches. The store has a great atmosphere and customer service is excellent. I was at the store today getting my watch fixed. Syed and Kim made my experience at the store amazing. Both of them are very professional and comfortable to talk to. In the end, I bought a new watch and surrendered my old watch. Their recommendation for watches is very well thought. You won't be disappointed by their advice.  I will be buying more watches in the future.

This place are selling the FAKE WATCH. I bought the MK Watch which cost me almost 400$. That is an expensive watch. But when I first used, moisture inside even the watch does not in the water. Only the moisture in the air after rain, or moisture in the Bathroom can get inside the watch even the wach not deep into the water. Can not believe the quality of the expensive watch like that. If I bought the watch in Walmart, 20$. I did not expect i will deep it in water while I take a bath. However it is still better than MK that cost me 400$, it is not get moisture inside as long as don't deep it in water! The 400$ watch I bought here, I only put it in Bathroom Table, After taking a Bath, moisture outside get into the Watch. Yesterday, I came to the Store, Manager said, the watch buying here is not Guaranteed moisture can get inside! WHAT? For the 400$ Watch? She cleaned the moisture for me in the watch, changed sealed. When I get home, not even doing anything. Only the cold air of the Car when I drive, get the moisture showed up the watch's glass again. My house very far to there. I am very disappointed now and Never buy the Watch here again. I will take to all my friend, relatives that they are selling the Fake Watch. Because any one see me using this watch and see the moisture, they said I am cheap, buying the Fake Watch! Yes, Fake watch is right, but I am not Cheep cause this is 400$ watch! Anyone want to see pictures, just let me know

Staff is very friendly. I went in to fix an old watch I bought from them a long time ago. The manager was extremely helpful, fixed my watch at no cost. Fantastic customer service! The whole process took less than 5 minutes.

I was at the Watch Station International store at Cross Iron Mills, at Rockyford, Alberta (Canada) this afternoon, and had the pleasure of having been helped by Kim, who I believe is the store manager.
She was absolutely incredible, friendly, very knowledgeable, and really seemed to be a person that could do it all. I watched her interact with a number of other customers, as well as her dealings with me.
She is a shining example of what any company would want in an employee, and would be luckier still to have as a manager.
While the store was quite busy when I entered, she made a point of acknowledging me, even though she was helping another customer. She was very professional in dealing with them, and then helped me.
While she was helping me, and doing a small repair on my watch, a number of employees had questions for her (multiple times), and with every one, she had an answer, was polite and friendly to them as well.
I'd not heard of your company before today, but thanks to Kim's excellent work, I will put them at the top of my list with anything I might need for a watch, and will make sure everyone knows it.

Thank you so very much, and I hope you keep Kim in your employ for many, many years, though perhaps a promotion is in order?
