I traveled all over the city, visiting almost every watch store, looking for the perfect watch for myself.
Nothing seemed to stand out to me until i visited Watch warehouse.
I am so glad i visited this business. The knowledge and collection of watches they have is unmatched!

I stopped by after work to get a watch bracelet adjusted and they provided quick and friendly service despite being busy at the time, which I greatly appreciated. I had my watch back and perfectly fitted in under 10 minutes, and the price was very reasonable as well.

My wife and I visited the Watch Warehouse for the first time yesterday and we were most pleasantly surprised. The watch selection is absolutely fantastic with lots to choose from and the owner (Din) was incredibly helpful and generous with his time in helping us. With our deep appreciation - We'll be back!

Initially, took my watch to the dealership thinking they would be the one can replace the battery for me, since my watch is an antique, thinking they would be the one to do the job. But very disappointed with their service. Can't even put a right battery in.

Then, I come to Watch Warehouse, told them what happened with the dealership. They did a bit of research of my watch before doing anything, then they put the right kind of battery in it and now my watch running as it should be.

They had a particular watch in stock that I was tasked to purchase for a relative in Vietnam. I had almost given up. Everywhere else that I tried showed stock online, but actually didn't have. Quick response to the customer support chat feature confirmed the stock. I placed the order and arranging shipment to Brampton (ON) was easy. Watch arrived quickly and on time. I have brought most of my 18 watches here to get the batteries changed over the years but for the last year the batteries they have been putting in my watches are all dying after a month or two of use they are clearly using cheap batteries. I now go to Swedish Jewellers in airdrie that charge the same price but guarantee the batteries for a year. Don’t waste your money at watch warehouse.

Watch repair/service not good. Got the watch back from service and 2 days later day wheel would not change completely at midnight then the automatic wind function would not wind the watch

A place with great customer service and a wide selection of watches. I bought a Bulova watch and I must say that gentleman has an excellent knowledge of each and every watch he has in his store. Totally impressed.

One of the best watch stores I've ever been in. Knowledgable staff, on site repairs and watchmaking, excellent selection of watches from Hamilton to Seiko along with watch bands and tools.

Always have the same above level service. Sharrifa and Din always doing the best to resolve issues.

I've lived in Calgary all my life! I did not know about Watch Warehouse it's been in operation for 30 years! Because I wasn't aware of it's existence I took me watches to other dealerships and never really satisfied! I found Watch Warehouse this year and can honestly say This place has integrity and know their stuff! The workmanship is fantastic! If you don't want to waste time go here you'll never regret it!

Great and quick service! Got my Tissot battery swapped and the band adjusted in under 10 minutes! Good and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely pick up my next watch from them!

Not a place to buy watch batteries, too expensive. 4 batteries for almost $34 dollars. I visited the shop because of the good reviews online, I was so disappointed. Definitely will not comeback and will not recommend this shop.

I've been coming here for a very long time. Like at least 20 years. I usually deal with Nurdin the owner. If he's not around he leaves the store in the capable hands of his female assistant Sharifa, or Male assistant Din.
The store has had a couple of remodels since I've started coming here.
I come here because they are personable and have got some good prices as compared to their competition.
Also here at the warehouse they have a good selection of wrist watches along with some unique wall clocks.
If you need a one stop place to get a watch I'd definitely give this place a look.
They service watches as well. The ones they don't they can send out for repair.
The only thing I wish is that they were closer to me, or that might be a bad thing too. I live in the deep south and they are located in a strip mall off 32nd ave. Just west of Joey's restaurant.
