Bought water here for aprox 3 years, paid deposit on 3 18 ltr bottles, tried to get my deposit back but was refused, I don, t have receipt after 3 years, I, m elderly and cannot handle these bottles anymore, bottles were in perfect condition with their logo on them, I, m totally ticked off, would not be sorry if this company went bankrupt.

The staff here are SO helpful! Throughout the years, we have been working with Water Pure & Simple on a number of projects and they are very responsive, the water is always fresh, the equipment is clean and works great, and staff are friendly and helpful. We always recommend Water Pure & Simple for water needs!

I will never ever buy anything there again they charged me 15$ for a jug of water brought it back sealed they paid me 10 wat a rippoff

Their system is very unorganized. Their biling and delivery are unorganized. I had a schedule of delivery on thursday and they were supposed to pick up my empty bottles that day. But they came a day early so i didn't get to put out the empties. I don't know if they're trying to charge me extra for the unpicked up bottles. If they messed up again, i will change the water company.

Crooked policies. Crooked store.
I moved to the area almost 8 years ago. I began getting water from here around then. After moving into Lethbridge, I had to purchase more bottles to accomadate our needs. After changing my services to provide water for my clients and staff in my business, I started filling a jug a day. After I closed my business, I went down to 4 jugs every week to two weeks. Simply family use with visitors. (It all adds up to alot of money spent on water). I even stayed with them after gettting a couple bottles that tasted like swamp water, they explained that its sometimes the bottles getting old and replaced the bottle. I ate the costs of cleaning my coolers though.
I have now gone to an enclosed system and no longer require jugs, so I thought I would return them for my refund that I paid to them for the deposit. They will not refund my deposit. They say that since I do not have the invoice showing the deposit, I can not get my deposit back. Who keeps a receipt for 5 to 8 years in hopes of getting a bottle deposit? It would be like keeping your receipts for every bottle or can bought at a store, so that you can show receipts to get your deposit back at the bottle depot. It is unheard of. I explained this to them, and the guy says we have had this policy for almost 3 years now. Well, I paid my deposit prior to the policy, so how does that work? Common sense? Not so common here.
Funny thing is, after telling my family and friends this story, this place has now lost many, many customers, which will equate to more than my deposit, which is legally and rightfully mine, and I will pursue this matter through all avenues and legal channels. It is about the principle now.
Question for these geniuses. What is the difference between my bottles, which came from your store a week ago after I paid to exchange my empty ones for full ones, and the ones returned from a place that has an account? Answer: NOTHING

Great help everytime I go their either for water or ice and i enjoy the help your self ice machine outside. I am very disappointed that they no longer have bullfrog spa supplies.
