A defective bottle that shattered just sitting in the cold and they expect there customers to pay for there defective products, they do not stand by the bottles they sell you. A deposit is just that and should be refunded when a bottle left in the cold not touching it shatters. I was a customer for years (and keep the empties in the back of my truck in the cold) and no more, bad new spreads fast, the jerk working there that continued to argue with me telling me I smashed it when I did not should not be communicating with Customers at all if he cant listen and talks over them saying things that are not true. I will be contacting the store manager and I will be sharing my experience widely with everyone I know, this experience will cost you a lot more then a $10 deposit that you refused to refund on a defective bottle.

Service is always great! Super efficient with a smile and the extra touch of carrying the water bottles to your car is the cherry on top!

Can’t complain for 3$ refills. Water tastes better and is cheaper than refilling at superstore or Co-op. Also they often load them into your car for you.

Don and Taylor were extremely helpful and helped me get set up with everything I needed. I felt extremely comfortable with the cleanliness and with how they handled the social distancing aspect of things. I wish they would sell smaller bottles so I have something to enjoy in the parking lot and in my way home.

Since grocery stores closed thier re fill stations on water jugs, I have been coming here. Their service it great and the staff are extremely friendly.
Signs were posted and clearly taped off for social distancing. My bottles were rinsed before filling. The Reverse Osmosis is amazing. Great display of products as well.
I won't be going back to the grocery store for re fills any more!

I have been a customer at this location for 5 years now. I purchased a cooler and 5 jugs, all at different times and would have them refilled on a regular basis. Recently we had a filter system installed at our house, so i asked about returning the jugs for a refund, and I was told that as long as they say Culligan on them - it would be ok. I returned 4 jugs about 2 weeks ago and they gave me such a hard time because I didn't have an account. I was not offered the opportunity to open an account at the time of purchase.after a brief argument with the associate because he though i purchased them from elsewhere and returning them to their shop. The associate finally agreed to open an account and issued a 40 dollar credit for 4 jugs, and I was told when I returned the 5th jug I would receive a cheque for the total amount. When i went to return the 5th jug my god what a mistake that was. The associate made me feel like a liar, like somebody trying to cheat the system. The associate made me very angry, and again got into another argument and ended up yelling at each other and she repeatedly told me that I could take the jug to Walmart for a refund. Now this isn’t about a simple refund, it’s about the unprofessional attitudes of the staff. Despite having a water filter system at home, I would have been a repeat customer - not anymore. I called head office and voiced my concern about the treatment and an hour later I received a phone call from the store manager who happened to be the one who I was dealing with in the first place. She apologized and said I can bring the jug back for a refund. I firmly told her that I would never be returning to the store after being treated with such disrespect. I told her you lost a customer and her reply was “we’re losing you any way because you're returning the jugs. ”So i guess its ok to treat a customer like that assuming hes not coming back. Based on her bad judgement she didn't stop to think that 10 dollars today can turn into 100's and 100's of dollars and a good loyal returning customer? You and your're staff charge a deposit for a jug, and then turn around and send your customers to Walmart for the refund.how pathetic. She even told me that my jug was still in good shape that it can be cleaned and resold and i asked her then what was the problem. Just awful. The worst customer service.

I experienced some of the best customer service in Calgary at Water Solutions. Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. A requested quote was delivered promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased as Complete Water Softener, RO and Chlorine Removal System. Glen was honest, helpful, knowledgeable and offered a fair price for everything they installed. I am happy with the way the system performs and the quality of water it produces.

Evan the system installer was a friendly, knowledgeable and a fast worker. I would have given a five star rating If the installation was more organized and if the water tubing was routed a cleaner / more permanent fashion. All things considered I feel that I received good value and that I will be looked after if any problems arise.

Since being purchased by Culligan it is much more difficult to find a phone number for calling the store directly. They still have great products and excellent customer service, but contacting them by phone is almost impossible. Which is not made clear on their web page. This should be remedied.
