Ken was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He's knowledgeable, patient and respectful, qualities that make you want to return to his Dealership. I highly recommend taking your vehicle in to see Ken and the Team at Lincoln/Ford Waterloo.
We would like to post how great it was to deal with Philippe Lights, and Teresa Anagnostou over at Waterloo Ford with regard the purchase of our 2022 Escape. Both were very respectful of what we wanted, and provided a very positive experience. We're loving our Escape. We highly recommend.
This is my second vehicle and both time we had great service and the sales man even phoned me to see how things were going with the new Nautilus which I thought was very nice
It was a pleasure working with Brooklyn. She listened to exactly what we wanted and presented the best vehicle choice for us. She was also always available to answer any questions we had through the process of purchasing our new vehicle! 10/10 would recommend Waterloo Linolcn and their team!
Kim Summers was 100 percent honest and doesn’t stop until she gets you what you want. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly recommended Waterloo Ford Lincoln. Ray the finance guy is awesome to work with as well. Very on point.
Had a great experience at Waterloo Ford shopping for a new vehicle, I was helped by Roman and their team was very professional, respectful, and helpful with any concerns or needs that I had.
Roman was a true professional, impressed both my wife and I, we didn't pull the trigger because of the uncertainty in the market but when we are ready we will be seeing Roman at Waterloo, we greatly appreciate Roman giving my wife test drives in multiple vehicles on multiple occasions, while Im at work, he has even took her for a whole weekend of driving around the city so she could get true sense of the vehicle, he went above and beyond the call of duty.
Both Wes and Marni gave me excellent service. Wes was extremely concerned about the safety of my radiator and convinced me that the vehicle should not be driven. Marni took over the repair and completed the repairs and returned the vehicle without any further issues in a timely manner.
Great older Ford dealership with great selection of good quality Ford vehicles. Salesman Sully was great and made sure we were looked after. Reffered a friend who also bought a new vehicle just after hearing of my pleasant experience from beginning to end
Was promised new truck would get new parts instead they got wrapped which peeled off within a month. They will push hard for you to give the ford review thing 5 stars before you even have your vehicle and the deal is done.
Service person knowledge, shop labour expensive, not very good at what they should know! Had mine explorer in multiple times and the oil leaks kept changing location. Find another dealer
These guys are good. I used to come here for my servicing, they never gouged me with the labor price or inspection cost. It was always a good experience.
I was also helped with BUYing a used SUV. I had Orlando/Kevin help me with a purchase.
Did anyone truly work on my car? They didn't even Top-up the Windshield Liquid. I think they wasted my time and money and had a cup of coffee or a gab session. They didn't want to Carbon out the car. Tired of No justice when I see a crime or rip-off. Money down the drain.
My first experience with Waterloo service was above my expectations to say the least. Ken and several of the staff were super friendly and were very knowledgeable. The communication along the way was appreciated and Ken went above and beyond to make sure I got to my work and back to pick up the vehicle including two long walks from the service department back to the new car area to ensure my ride was there! Thank you Ken and staff for a 5 star experience! I am a believer again that some service departments are about the full customer experience! The large fresh ground coffee machine was a nice finishing touch also. Will be back for more service.
I have recently dealt with this buisness (less than 3 weeks ago) I bought/ leased a 2018 Subaru Wrx.
Now before I go on about all the issues that have since come up I’ll start by saying this. The car came on low pro summer tires which I had requested them to swap them out for a set of all seasons or winters possibly because I seen they advertise they have cheap/ discounted tires for sale. They absoutley refused to even think about it or work with me what’s so ever. The reason I asked was so I didn’t have to go buy a brand new set of tires a month later due to its now the middle of October and snow is going to come soon!
Next thing is 8 days after I bought the car my check engine light came on as well as my cruise control light was flashing. I happened to be in Edmonton that day and had to be back home (3) hours away from Edmonton and had asked them to look at the vehicle and they couldn’t due to the long weekend. Then I had asked about a rental and they said they didn’t do rentals because of Covid. After talking to the general manager he came out side, got me to show him that my manual was telling me not to drive at any high rates of speed. Then told me that he called the service manager to see if there were any rental vehicles being brought in for the weekend or over the weekend.came back to tell me that there was not and that I should just calling to work for the next four days and that they weren’t gonna do anything for me and I should take it back to Suburu even though Suburu is not the company that sold me the car Waterloo Ford was. And refused to help me at all and basically sent me on my way with no help. Later that evening, once I finally made it home, I had plugged in a scanner/ code reader to find out that I have a faulty, ECM.
Not even a week later, I was driving my car and my clutch had gone on my car. I ended up having to get it towed and replace the clutch. I’ve called multiple times about this and every time I’ve gotten is oh will call you back and let you know what our mechanics think.
Then last night I was driving and I’m not sure if it was my turbo or what it was but something else has gone wrong and I am losing all my power and my car no longer sounds healthy, good or anything along those lines. He constantly is bogging and trying to stall. And I have yet to hear a word back from his company at all once. It’s always been me who calls them and they’re just terrible to deal with. Save yourself some money the time, the headache, the anger, and everything else that comes along with buying a vehicle from this company because if I could go back, I would’ve never boughten /leased my vehicle from the dealership. Their slogan is we take care of our customers, but they sure don’t seem to care very much as soon as the paperwork signed. Absolutely horrible to deal with or try to get anywhere with them. I’m still waiting on a callback. I don’t even need to get one at this point.
