Waterton Shoreline Cruise is a must-do tourist attraction in Waterton.

My friends and I opted for the 10: 00 am instead of the 2: 00 pm cruise. Our guide, Juliana, was exceptional. Her knowledge about Waterton and informative commentary made the experience enjoyable and special.

Just a small tip: Remember to use the washroom beforehand as there are no facilities on the boat.

This boat cruise was one of the highlights of our Waterton experience. A definite must do if you are visiting the area. Juliana imparted interesting information that enhanced our appreciation of the place. Waterton is known to be windy so dress appropriately as it can get even colder out in the water.

This was a really relaxing tour and I would highly recommend it if you're in the Waterton area to get a view of the lake.

Such a cool and fun way to see the park. Our guide, Jeremy told so many great stories and gave us wonderful information about the park and the things we were seeing. He was also a great sport when someone made a joke about him later at a comedy show at Pizza of Waterton.

We loved this little cruise. Apparently we got one of very few windless days for it! Good commentary. Very interesting. Wish they had mentioned before hand how many people were allowed up on the top deck so we could have planned accordingly though.

Every bit worth your money.if you ask me, take the early morning one.its usually less crowded at that time. Loved it! 10/10

Great experience of cruiseship between the boundaries of Canada and Montana. Such amazing boarder line along the mountains! Wind is very strong but safe to cruise along the lake.

When you go to Waterton, you have to ride the boat. We bought our tickets the day we arrived-no drama. We saw a bear on our cruise.

A really lovely experience on Waterton lake. The boat was well maintained and comfortable. The crew was very friendly and professional, and the guide had the whole package: cool, friendly, and knowledgeable about the lake, the history, snd and even gave us great advice on hiking in the area. Highly recommended!

Used their services to take us to the trail head of Crypt Lake. Captain's were very knowledgeable and friendly. Shared very useful information about the hike on our way over and on the way back, there was a bear on the shore line and they even slowed down so we could take photos!

We took the ferry to crypt lake and the guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. The ferry ride was a short 15 minutes and pleasant with the beautiful sunrise in the morning.

Our ride was pleasant on the way back as they had planned multiple pick up times for hikers that finish early. I believe this changes depending how many hikers are accounted for that day.

Make sure to arrive early at 8: 30am to pick up the tickets. Our trip was fully packed with 120+ hikers. So make sure to get there on time during peak season.

Don't plan on making réservations. Evan though it shows on there website you can make reservations.
They only way its walk on. My opinion they want you to stay in there overpriced hotels

Nice boat ride with interesting commentary. Highlight was seeing the clearly maintained 49th Parallel line between the US and CA.

Great tour guide and probably the only one in Waterton park. Adds a nice touch while.enjoying the cruising on the lake. A bit on the expensive side specifically for infants.

This was our second time visiting Waterton and the first time taking the cruise. We enjoyed the cruise experience. The view was amazing and the crew members were very professional. Have to mention Kevin, our tour guide especially because he made the experience even better with his humor. Highly recommended.

It was nice boat ride to enjoy nature & to see USA & Canada border.
But not much exiting.
I would prefer to do kayak then having this ride.

Very nice time, busiest day of the year and fortunate to get a great seat. Overall good experience, would recommend to those that can't hike great distance, was fun for my mother in law.

We took the 6: 00 pm cruise and it was great! The crew was great, the captain had so much information about the area, the flora and fauna. The cruise was $60 per adult and the cruise was an hour and 15 minutes. I recommend taking a coat and maybe even ear bands, toque or something with a hood. We went July 2nd and it was 19 in town but much cooler on the water and windy. If I come again, which I hope to do, I would go again In a heartbeat!

Waste of Money if you are expecting they will land on the south end of the lake (USA). As per crew member they will not let you land on the south end as the policy got changed during the panademic (COVID). So if you are OK with missing the scenic view of the south end it might worth you to be on the boat. As per me I will not recommend anybody as they increased the ticket price 3 times and will not let you enjoy the view of the south end.

Very good experience. If you can afford it on the trip it would be very nice. We split it between my bro on the trip and our family. Not the cheapest 60$ per person and 30$ for kids. We had a 5 year old and twins 2 years old. Over 200$ for a family. I wish it was a bit longer at 1 hour and 15 min. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He had alot of great information.

A great thing to do in Waterton. We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. The commentary was outstanding, providing tons of information. It turned into a very informative journey. The scenery is nothing short of spectacular. A must do in Waterton for sure!

This was an amazing tour! We weren't expecting to get as much scenery and info as we did. The guide, a Waterton resident, came and talked with us as well. Cannot recommend this tour enough. You will not be disappointed. If you're riding on the top deck and it's windy, dress appropriately.

Worth the money. Takes you to all the way up to US - Canada border and back. 1.15 hours round trip. 63 $ per head and three trips a day 10 am, 2pm and 4pm

June 2,2022 This cruise is wonderful & so well worth it…a must to do while visiting. The crew of Captain Keith & our guide Mike made the trip. While Captain Keith navigated the boat Mike told us his stories of Waterton while cruising along. Mike is born & raised in Waterton & you can feel the love he has of this spectacular area.
Highly recommended.

A great experience and pleasant way to see the area from a different perspective. Captain Mike and 1st Mate Keith did an excellent job in keeping us entertained. Great information about the landscape, the wildlife and the vessel we were on. Triple E rating: Educational. Enlightening. Entertaining. Miss Waterton was well represented with crew and captain. Welcoming and friendly staff at the ticketing booth. Very organized in lining up people before getting on the multiple boats that were set to depart at the same time. Very knowledgeable, entertaining, friendly and charismatic cruise guide who explained all about the places we visited in a light-hearted, interesting, and engaging way for all the cruise audience. He even gave recommendations for places to visit including trails, restaurants, pubs, icecream shops and coffeeshops. The captain was confident, relaxed, and friendly as well. The sights were amazing and breath-taking. It was a great way to see a large part of Waterton Lake. Very much recommended if you're planning to visit Waterton!

Overall it was good. Line up could be long, so better reach atleast 20-25 min before. If you are looking for a seat on the upper deck, be there atleast 30-35 min before cruise. In 2021, they have cruise leaving at 1000,1200,1400,1600 and 1800 hours. Weekends are quite busy. Come prepared with a hat and sunscreen.

All around exceptional experience on the Crypt Lake trail drop-off. From ticket sales to boarding, all staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. The announcement en route was both funny and informative.

Website advertised they where open for the season. They where not. Couldn't get a hold of anyone through e-mail or phone.

The tour guide and captain were very friendly and informative. Great way to see the lake. Never got to get off on the other side of the boarder because of COVID but is a great price for everything included. Felt very safe.

This cruise is an absolute must. Not only will you be able to enjoy the shear beauty of Waterton lake's, but you can learn a lot of great information from great people who live in the area
