The most welcoming front desk, that squeezed me into the busy schedule. The office manager sat with me while I waited for my appointment. The assistants were extremely nice taking my x rays. All the dentists were amazing. They explained and educated me on my upcoming treatment. 10/10 experience.

Had to get a tooth pulled. Still had infection. Never felt a thing.

Had a wonderful experience at WAYSIDE. My 15 year old had a injury to a tooth, he was quickly fit in and the tooth was fixed within an hour of calling! Dr Rae was gentle and compassionate with my son as well.

Our 5 year old daughter had two teeth extracted without any working local anaesthetic. She felt everything and was crying and screaming in pain and fear in the dental chair and all the way home.
Her tooth had abscessed on a Sunday morning and the doctor at emergency gave her a prescription for antibiotics and told us to see a dentist ASAP Monday morning.
We got her an emergency appointment the next morning at Wayside Dental with Dr. Rae. We told him she had just seen the doctor for an abscessed tooth the day before. He told my husband and I the best course of action was to extract her two top molars on the left side. We trusted his explanation and his professional opinion and consented to his treatment plan. We had no idea at the time that the freezing wouldn't work.
Dr. Rae's actions completely traumatized our daughter. She wouldn't close her mouth, was drooling, wouldn't talk, wouldn't eat and hardly drank anything for a week. She didn't even want to hear the word dentist. She missed a week of school.
A few weeks later she was able to see her pediatric dentist in Sherwood Park and he told us that an abscessed tooth was referred to as a "hot tooth" in dentistry and will not take freezing unless one has been on antibiotics for 7-10 days and that those teeth never should have been extracted. He also said our daughter will now need a spacer in 6-9 months in order to make room for her permanent teeth when they come down because her back molars are currently erupting. Dr. Rae didn't mention anything about this to us.
I have a very difficult time believing that a licensed, practicing dentist wasn't aware that he shouldn't pull a "hot tooth. " I just wish my husband and I had known. We will never be going to this dental office again and we will be telling everyone we know about our daughter's experience with Dr. Rae. No child should ever have to experience something like this. Our daughter was such a happy and cooperative dental patient before this visit to Wayside Dental.

If you are an anxious patient go to Wayside. They made me feel so comfortable and they treat you amazingly well. All the staff make you feel that nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Dr Nekky for his advice and amazing manner. It's the first time in my life I've ever felt comfortable at a dentist.

It was my sons first dentist appointment, so he was quite nervous but the staff and doctor were so friendly. They made the first experience a great one. It was such a relief:)

My trip at this dental office was a great experience for me, and the 7 receptionist they have on staff will get you booked in very fast, also a state of the art facility all around.

Best dentist experience! I am usually frightened of dentists. However, my surgery for two wisdom teeth at Wayside dental, by Dr.was a breeze! The staff welcomed me into the room kindly and punctually. The medical team was incredibly friendly and kind, as well as answered all my questions. I didn’t feel ANY discomfort either during nor after the surgery. Highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Jamal was friendly and has a lot of funny and awesome questions! Also he is gentle doing his job. He removed 4 of my wisdom tooth no problem after the surgery! I would recommend everyone who is lazy to go to Edmonton to go to Lloyd instead. Overall the staffs are friendly and even care about your appointment schedule.

I haven't been to a dentist I 20 year had a bad experience I was in pain and said I'll bit the bullet but wow was I wrong the staff was so friendly the dentist was more worry it I was going to feel any pain and no I did not I had a rear morer with a nasty hook root and they got her. As far as dentist visits go this was a very pleasant experience. The staff was on time, efficient and very friendly. Every effort was made to make sure I was comfortable and in no pain during my procedure. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing any detail work.

Ashley did a great job with my cleaning. Very professional and compassionate. No pain incurred even though I had left it for far too long.

I was booked in for a checkup with Dr Eric Johnson as well as a cleaning with Kim Baker. Both were very professional and put my mind at ease. I felt very safe and well looked after!

They honestly have the beat dentists (shout out to Dr Jamal), the most friendly staff, and are always doing their best to make sure your experience is top notch. I won't even go to another dentist - I make special trips just to come to this clinic to see Dr Jamal.

My appointment at the wayside dental office was 100% satisfactory. From the minute I walked in I felt completely safe from the virus and completely at ease. Service was excellent, Taysha does a very good job cleaning she is not rough on my gums were I have had happen to me in the passed. The staff at the front desk are also very friendly.

I've always had pain during procedures at the dentist and was afraid to go, until I came to Wayside. Dr. Eliasson and the hygienists are so nice. Found out that I need more freezing than the normal person does. Now I don't feel any pain, not even the needles and I'm no longer afraid. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Wayside is the best dental office I have been too. They are really friendly and are very understanding when it comes to dental anxiety. The dentists are very kind and explain everything in detail! I would recommend this place for anyone who has anxiety or fear towards the dentist!

Today I had a root canal completed at Wayside Clinic. It was completely painless. I drove all the way from another town for this as I was told they were the best. Hands down Wayside Clinic has a customer for life. I really felt I was valued as a client. Thank you Wayside, I no longer fear Dentists. Lol.

I was very anxious and irritable not really knowing what to expect. I apologize for that. I had my mind arranged for one procedure not understanding that there was a possibility of two. Dr Jamal and his assistants and office management were very understanding and calming. It would have been very easy to be cranky back to me but they were not. True professionals and I am very thankful for everyone that assisted me today and most particularly Dr Jamal and his assisting nurses.
