My kid was given a gift card to this place that we were not able to use in years. We finally got the opportunity to do so today and was told that due to it being bought by new owners that they could not honor any of this gift card even though it had never been used. I do think that some effort could have been made to figure something out under the circumstances as good customer service. Instead, when the front desk staff went to seek assistance, I had this staff member bluntly explain that the old owners went with that money and there's absolutely nothing they could do. An indoor playground is a good idea especially when its cold outside. I paid to go in and my child had fun. I do think customer service could have been better, however.

We had a birthday party here and kids of course loved it. Wished they would give us more time for the rooms.

We visited this place on a weekday and it was neat and clean.
My son had fun and we enjoyed the cozy lounge area and free Wi-Fi

We love this place and come from out of town because we have an active child and nothing like this in our small town. But we have had the same problem the last 2 times we have visited. While it is not the fault of the establishment exactly, I feel they need to change policies or do something to prevent this. My 1.5yr old is constantly being targeted and bullied in the under 3 area. The first time a little boy had come up to her multiple times and hit and pushed her and when we would move her elsewhere he would seek her out to do it. No parent to be seen. The second time (today) a girl that was about 2yrs was not allowing my child to use anything and was growling at her, pushing her, hitting her, and would block her from climbers and slides intentionally. I would even suggest my child use something else just to prevent the issue and the child would then follow up and block her there also. For a large portion of the time they were the only 2 kids in that area so there was plenty of space to share. In the entire hour we were there the mom checked on this very young child 2 times and then the child would go back to terrorizing my girl. I went over and kindly told her to take turns and share and to have gentle hands but I was getting upset and my child was afraid to do anything and asked to leave. While it's a great idea to have a play place where parents can sit and eat/drink and relax, I believe there needs to be more rules about parental supervision for the under 3 area. We are always in there with our child, which is very helpful for an age range were social behaviors aren't great, but other parents are nowhere to be found and their kids behave in some really aweful ways because they don't know better and no one is stopping them. Kids will be kids, but it's sad that it's at the point where my child can't enjoy the place anymore. Again, we love this place but unfortunately I don't think we will be coming often anymore because my child is now afraid to go because this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME

Fantastic place to take kids since we barely have anything in lethbridge! Food is always great!
Only issue i have is, I did a birthday party here for my child and you get 1hour you get zero time to set up. You have to come set up when people are arriving.
Other than that absolutely love wear em out.

I did my daughter’s birthday party there
in January. It was very reasonably priced, and they didn’t charge for a couple of extra kids which they could have as per the contract. Super flexible and great customer service. We had some food allergies and they tried really hard to accommodate. Such a gem of a place!

Good overall. I would suggest the option of being able to bring slippers or having them available. Being in washroom without them is not pleasant thought.

Fun place for the kids to burn off energy. Been to a lot of indoor playgrounds and the structure here is pretty dirty. Could use a really good cleaning and more consistent maintenance.

Really enjoyed the family bathroom with change tables and chair.

It was a great place for the kids and Plenty of games to dispurse their young energy.
The noise level was very loud. Not recommended for people who gets headache fast.
The food was passable for the youngsters.
The staff was really nice.

This the only Indoor Playground in Lethbridge so we take our daughter there a lot. The prices are reasonable and we normally always buy something while we are there. It's a really great place for birthday parties as well!

We are from out of town, and heard this place would be fun for the kids. Both my kids didn't want to play on the large structure because it is so poorly lit, they said it is too creepy. So they wanted to play the arcade games instead. The ATM was out of service, I asked if I could get cash back, and was told no. So I asked the kids if they wanted Frozen yogurt instead, and they did
Well, wouldn't ya know it, the frozen yogurt machine was down too so then I asked them if I can get some cash back if I buy something because the kids are so bored here. Was once again told no. I get that it's what the employees are told, but I was really frustrated by the whole experience. My kids were real excited to go there initially, but we're very disappointed.

I've gone once and I don't think I'll ever go back. There were a bunch of 7-8 year olds in the toddler section hoarding the toys in one area so no one could get them. There were multiple children that pushed my friends kids over while being there. Paid $11 for my kid to basically be bullied by other children. Not worth it in my opinion.

Awesome staff and fantastic owners! My kids and nephew love the place, especially birthday parties there! Great selection of food, treats and drinks as well. ️ ️ ️ ️ ️

We had an absolutely horrible experience at this facility, and with management after the fact. I wrote on the Lethbridge moms group seeking a stress free birthday option to book for our daughters fourth birthday, the manager/owner wrote on my post suggesting this facility. I immediately booked through the website submission, and once accepted with a date and time available we sent an $80 deposit to book our party. I even confirmed my numbers/ratios were ok the date prior, and when I arrived a few minutes early to set up the young kids left to run this facility did not have my booking, told me I had no reservation, did not ask for any proof of booking or reservations, and when I let them know I had emails and the accepted deposit as proof they did not care in fact one of the staff members told me “I don’t know what to tell you, you don’t have a reservation I have no paper work, my manager is on holidays and I don’t have a resolution for you, you won’t be having a party here” I was absolutely appalled, and in complete panic as I had 20 guests about to show up, this was suppose to be stress free and I was left crying in the entrance while my guest arrived, being told to basically leave to the point one of my guests stepped in. When I demanded a manager they told me they didn’t have one, after eventually saying they needed to find a solution as they accepted my money and the booking was set they sent an older lady over, who after 20 minutes into my booking was the only person that showed me any type of empathy, she went to the office immediately found my deposit and date and time sitting out on the desk that was missed. She was the only person that offered any apology, in fact none of the staff could even look at me the entire time afterwards. They immediately all of a sudden were able to accommodate our party, after telling me there was absolutely no resolution or rooms available and having me cry this entire time, it wasn’t until they saw this deposit that they stopped treating me as if I was lying and came up with an empty rental room magically. This experience was absolutely mortifying, I refused to pay the full amount afterwards but then they refused to allow us in the room, so my husband paid and said we’d speak with the manager afterwards in order to save our daughters birthday. Our experience with the manager was just as poor, we requested a refund and she would only offer us a gift card and food to come back, when my husband respectfully declined and let her know I was not comfortable returning for good reasoning, and that we would like at least our $80 deposit of the large amount we paid she then did not respond back, we had to email AGAIN requesting this deposit which she then came back saying she would only send $50 as she went back on the cameras and felt it could of been handled better on both sides, and that we didn’t leave right on time. I was SHOCKED, $30 was worth fighting with a customer over after such a horrifying experience! Honestly we should of asked for more then just the deposit I felt that was very generous after what we experienced. As a business owner I would be profusely apologizing immediately and offering full reimbursement in a timely manner for such an experience, we gave her a week after the fact to reach out to apologize for the experience before even requesting a reimbursement as we heard nothing from her even though her entire staff team was trying to reach her as I was not going to take no for an answer when they had my money. It is absolutely unacceptable that kids are left in charge of such a large establishment, hosting so many birthdays and families at one time especially when they are willing to treat people like this. I would not recommend this establishment.

Previous review: This place is not doing the REP, and running at 1/3 capacity in a safe, efficient, manner and their restaurant is not running. I appreciate the fact that the owner doesn't feel the need to treat grown adults like babies and need to put up signs to tell us to distance and stand on dots on the floor, there's enough of that everywhere else. Thank you for not discriminating!

I took my niece for the nerf war. Had no idea that was even a thing. Just bring a nerf gun, they supply the bullets. It was super fun and pretty well attended for not being able to find anything about it online.
It was super fun, my niece had an absolute blast! It was all ages, but I highly suggest stretching if you are going to participate lol! Cant comment on concetion as we only stopped briefly for a soda break, but I think there were a decent amount of options.

Utterly ridiculous my son grade 1 class had a field trip to this place everything was planned and book months in advance they told us booking for private were for 8 to 10 and nothing else the school gets here nobodys her, kids are upset, teachers are upset and in a panic, i defiantly would say i would never book this place for bloody anything after this experience i feel so awful for all the kids thay have been looking forward to this since the beginning of February and they flake out on them come the march 1st when the field trip is suppose to be. We have literally 30 some kids outside waiting in -10 weather for this place.
