Other than appointment time windows for the initial assessment being quite long, great job. Didn't force us to go through long explanations or pitches, answered questions about the rebate program, the windows, and brought a showpiece sample to show the construction. Dealt with communication clearly and pricing clearly.

Julian provided a great presentation, during a home visit, went over the several windows and two doors we were replacing.
The ordering, installation and payment processes all went very smoothly and we are very impressed with the looks and added comfort in our home.

The product itself (windows) are great. The installers did a good job doing the install (despite the constant marijuana smell from the one installer), except when it came to the 5 front windows. They were not measured correctly so they were about 2" to short so they hid the gaps as best as they could. On the outside they installed a piece of 1" tall sheet metal to hide the gap, and on the inside the casing did not come down far enough to cover the hole cut into the dry wall so they tried to fill it with silicone (looks Poor). I contacted the salesman showing pictures and proof, but he was unwilling to come down and look and see for himself and said the there is no warranty claim and refuses to acknowledge that a mistake was made or to try and work it out. They installed 15 windows 10 were perfect but these 5 (all identical for the bow) are short. Great product, poor customer service. All though the owners comment below says the sale rep has done everything. He has not. He refuses to come down, look and discuss the main issue.

The installers were very professional and did a great job. The installation was scheduled for 2 days and completed the job in one day. They stayed until 6pm to finish. I was quite surprised and pleased when I came home and saw both doors installed.

Good product and installation. Poor moral compass
The "Regional Manager" was doing door to door and so I figured I'd humor the process and get a quote. Pricing, although high, was in line with what I figured he'd say and with my new business doing alright, I figured I could do the financing and just make it go away.
The interesting part is that they put it through the financing without giving me ANY details and even without sending me any statements or loan details. My naive state had me paying a rate of $4.09/daily for interest. I never even knew that was legal. Had I of made a 50% payment of the principal, that per diem DOESN'T GO DOWN! I paid off the balance and it took 3 days to apply so guess what, FINANCEIT takes $12.27 extra, Pay that and it takes 3 days to apply, see the trap? Have to call and pay via credit card to make it go away.
I called the company to try to figure out how to make the lump sum payments and started finding all this out.
So, good product, installed well but very shady business practices. Whatever it takes to make a sale. I have rated conservatively at 3 stars. Buyer be AWARE!

1/ this is not a real location. It is a “virtual office”, not a showroom as their salespeople claim.
2/ this company, once they have your money, will show up when they feel like, install when they feel like, and you can forget about getting any warranty work.
3/ it is believed that they have stopped operating in the Edmonton area, as all of the sales people and service people have quit due to not getting paid.
4/ RUN, do not walk away from these scam artists.

We have many companies come out and look at installing (new cuts outs) for adding windows into our home. The sales rep seemed very upfront and professional, but that is where it has ended. Was told verbally and over text by the sales rep that we are able to take advantage of the goverment rebate, bonus!

Day 1: final window and location measurement inspection. The two installers seemed very nice, one spoke very little english, the other was ok, they took measurements, even down to the size of casing that was currently in the house.

Install Day: Was told the installers where going to be on site between 9-10 am, they showed up shortly after 8 am, not a big deal. My wife was home to allow them inside, they seemed to be very professional and respectful to my wife, bonus!
I got home that night from work, first thing i notice is that the casing is not the same, no where even close to the stuff we have in our home, it is very std casing and which can be found a home depot, lowes, etc no problem. My wife shows me the windows and how the one opens etc, and well right away the hinges break. I take a few pictures and send in a service request with pictures. I call in the pay the balance owing, and ask about the goverment rebate, lady tells me we dont qualify. I said oh! The sales rep told me in person, and also over text we do! She said he is wrong, i said ok, well i am not paying the balance owing, she said i have your cc number and that i will run the number. Go ahead i said, i will call the visa (bank) and advise them that fraud transactions have happened from this company and that i would like to appeal.she said you cant do that, i said sure call and i most defiantly will as your company is selling and offering product which i agreed to with all the facts in front of me.she said i will call you back tomorrow first thing.
Next day: lady calls me back and said we calculated the amount and how would i like the payment made. NOTE: cheque received and cashed!

Weeks later, i decide to call in to find out if the service department got my request! They did and parts are order.about 2 weeks later i got a call from the service department waiting to book a appointment for the repair.perfect! Appointment booked for dec 21/19,9-11 arrival window

4 weeks later - service call day - Sat Dec 21/19 1 pm comes, no show, i tried calling manytimes, no answer. Have been calling since many times and no answer or call back.

I have not issue deleted this review, when and if the product is repaired and no issues. But still not repair and have issues!

Over all i am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer respect, lack of not giving a F, etc.

I would not recommend this company!
