I really enjoy this apartment, the unit was well maintained when i moved in and the staff has been helpful and available when called on. Especially with Henry and Bayan, they are always make the problems stress free which is nice.

My wife and I are retirees and had spent the last 9 years touring in our RV. We were not looking forward to apartment living again based on what seemed to be available for the amount we would have to pay. But then we started looking at Broadstreet properties and Webber Greens in particular, and this changed our outlook. Webber Greens is well maintained, well managed, well located and, compared to what is available in the in the marketplace currently, is excellent value. Management is friendly, professional, available for appointments and clear in explaining any updates/ changes to rental agreements. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly.

Worst living experience of my family’s lives. We’re most likely going to need therapy after living here. Through our 2 years of living here, we managed to experience:
1) Racism.
There was a neighbour who kept reporting us to the property manager every time we made food— stating that our African food smelt bad to her (she even approached us and admitted to doing so). A broadstreet employee actually approached our mother at the lobby asking to come up and see what we cook, asking us if we have to cook everyday and requesting that we cook less. To which my mother told her that was not going to happen.
2) Maintenance Requests.
Broadstreet is sometimes quick to respond to maintenance requests but there were two requests we made that went ignored for almost a year until we finally decided to move on. We had a tap handle fall off and requested repair. We had to go without proper functionality in our kitchen sink because every time we called, they would assure us of a repair request being made but nothing came up. There was also the issues of our buzzer not working, they would assure us it’d been fixed but we went 1yr + without being able to buzz people up.
3) Cameras.
I highly doubt that they actually have cameras in that building— it could just be false advertising or used to deter offenders. We had several incidents of people stealing our mail and when we asked for them to look through the camera footage, we were shocked to learn that they don’t actually have cameras in the hallway or anywhere other than the main entrance (allegedly).
4) Car Theft.
Our keys were snatched from our door while loading groceries into our apartment and the keys were used to steal our car from the parking lot.
Our property manager was informed of this theft and we requested that they look into camera footage to maybe find some evidence, as we had a description of the possible perpetrator (s). We were immediately told that they couldn’t help us because there are no cameras in the hallway or parking lot. Just entrances. We asked for the entrance footage for the police and told us to give them 3 days. After 5 days, they wrote us an email saying that their cameras happened to magically stop working on the day our car was stolen (I don’t think they have cameras at all but oh well).

I’m posting my honest review because I feel like we deserve to be heard. We never felt safe in that apartment anymore after all these incidents. It may have been a terrible experience for my family but maybe it’s a better experience for someone else.

We love this place! Has lots of space and somewhat has a positive ambiance. We’ve got all we need in one place as it’s close to many amenities (grocery stores, pizza place, sports bar, wine shop, fast foods, dental clinic, day care, tailor, gas station, etc), bus stops, fire station, parks and school! Most of all, staff are awesome! Yuki, the site manager, is the friendliest and accommodating. Each time I ask for request or raise an issue, she resolves it as quick as she could although I can see she is always busy like a bee; very hardworking and I can tell she is really passionate with her job! I commend her for that! Cleaners and maintenance staff are also friendly. Some pretty loud neighbours (sometimes) but other than that, it’s really a great place to live! Me and my family will stay here until we get our own house.

I’m really comfortable in my new home. I’m happy with Yuki and her attention to detail. Most exceptional thing is that I am allowed to have my dog. Very clean and peaceful.
