Amazing! I thought that big city outlets were the places to go to. I decided to stop in Red Deer one day to see a local outfit and boy, did I ever get surprised. The staff is absolutely amazing - all of them. Cynthia is my favorite but if she's not around I still get a royal treatment. Stopped at their Downtown location on my way to Edmonton in late June and since then I visited them 6-7 times and every time I'm leaving with some work or cowboy boots, a belt or a hat. Prices are more than fair and you will also find some great deals on their clearance rack. I'm so happy that I gave them a try. Now they've become my favorite store and I can't wait till my next trip to Edmonton. Thank y'all.

I ordered a few sets of overalls from Wei's, and unfortunately they were the wrong style and size! The manager paid to have them shipped back and found a different style that would work and agreed to hem them if required, going above and beyond the call of duty. As a result of the good customer service, I am going to likely double up on my order.

I found the staff very helpful. Morgan asked me what I was looking for, and I gave her a general idea of the clothing I needed. Then she selected a few items, and as I was trying them on she asked how things fit and if I liked them. She brought new items as needed and made the experience very easy and professional.

Had the best experience here finding carhartt beanies and gear. Especially loved the service from the kind lady behind the counter! She hemmed my jeans for a small price, better than a tailor.

We went to Wei’s to shop for a sports jacket & ended up leaving with a full outfit of jacket, jeans, shirt & boots! We were waited on by Morgan who was absolutely awesome! She listened intently to what we said, knew exactly what they had in stock & raced off to bring it to Alex to try on! If I still had a business that required staff, I would do my best to steal her away from you! She’s a fabulous employee!

Would highly recommend. Fantastic staff, so friendly and welcoming. They made sure we got the right size boots and even rushed stretched them as we were only passing through town. Very affordable pricing for good quality boots. Definitely will stop here again if I’m ever passing through!

I have shopped at Weis for more than 45 yrs and their staff and inventory is second to non. If you are looking for western wear don’t go any further, just Weis.

They did not have the size of work boots I was looking for. An employee drove to their other store and picked up the size I needed. He was back in under 10 minutes. Great service.

Awesome friendly atmosphere, huge selection and the girls are extremely helpful. They have a great selection of jeans you don’t even know where to start.

North Store has great selection but the staff was VERY UNFRIENDLY & UNHELPFUL! The 2 girls sat there and talked among themselves the whole time I was in the store, the one time I was asked if I needed help (after already being in the store for 15-20 mins) she came off really rude & unfriendly. - Consider finding customer friendly staff, as I will continue go back to the downtown location to deal with their friendly staff instead.

Seems like they have lots of nice clothing and shoes/boots available for purchase there but the staff are so busy hovering over top of whatever shopping you may be trying do there so its hard to tell what they actually carry. Even after asking me if I needed a hand with anything and I politely told them I was good they still maintained a visible presence between my line of site and the products I was trying to view. Wouldn't recomend shopping there if you want to look at the things you're purcasing as they don't give enough breathing room to do so appropriately.
