Wellness On Whyte

Cannot recommend this place enough. I saw Noelle for about a year straight and she listened to my needs every single time, even sending me home with some instructions to aid in my back issues. I have never once felt insecure while in their establishment. I took a break for about a year and when I came back today, Noelle remembered me as if it had only been a few weeks and even remembered an injury I spoke to her about a few years ago. The care she has for her clients is unmatched and I will be seeing her for the foreseeable future! The office itself is warm and inviting and the reception staff are always very welcoming with a big smile. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

It was my first time at Wellness on whyte and I absolutely loved it. I had a signature massage with Zoe Kolskog. She definitely attended to my massage requests and made sure I left there feeling relaxed (and amazing!).

Wellness on Whyte is most certainly a route to wellness. My partner and I decided to try the introductory offer to get 3 of their services for a discounted price and it was absolutely worth it.

I decided to get the massage, facial, and acupuncture treatment, these were fantastic choices for me and I left each time feeling extremely relaxed.

The individuals responsible for my care were attentive and adaptive to my needs, I would recommend this place to any of my friends who need a break from life and a safe place to relax.

Kayla is fantastic. She's in tune with the body and delivered the care and support I needed to alleviate my injury. Everyone from the front of staff to the RMT was absolutely lovely. I felt safe and cared for.

Always a calming, rejuvenating experience. The person working the front has such an incredibly peaceful demeanor that I get relaxed the second I walk in, even before I get my massage. On top of that, the cleanliness, professionalism, and easy scheduling makes me a permanent client here.

I had facial massage once a week for 6 weeks with Kat. The results were 5 star. I experienced clear, smooth brighter skin, a balancing calming overall body experience, also lifting of my cheek facial skin. Fabulous treatment I will continue monthly as the results are outstanding.

Very clean and relaxing environment. I've been going over the years and I have been able to book with any of the therapists. It has always been a pleasant experience. Kyla is an exceptionally gifted healer and I always feel somehow energized/relaxed when I leave.

Noelle Rivet has been my massage therapist since 2019 and every time I see her I learn more about my body. Her deep knowledge of anatomy and her background in teaching yoga make for a profoundly holistic approach to healing. Noelle’s commitment to learning is obvious as she always has more to offer me in terms of continued care and home practices to ensure the lasting effects of her treatments. Be carefull - Wellness on Whyte can overcharge you! Like it happened to me! They did it few times with my credit card and insurance.
So much time was wasted and it tooks a week to get my money back. Girl on a desk was unprofessional. She doesn't know how insurance works. She doesn't know how much money clients should pay for their service. Why do I need to figure it out? Also, manager's reaction was interesting: she tried to drop their fault with overcharge on me. Absolutely unbelievable!
Wellness on Whyte staff, please, be sure that just a constant smiling doesn't mean a "good service". It's great idea to know your direct responsibilities.
