My yoga class got cancelled this morning- first time in almost 10 years! This place is amazing, the options are amazing, the service is amazing, the people are amazing.

Staff at the front desk are always very helpful and accommodating. Tina’s gentle Hatha yoga is wonderful, always feel so good after her classes.

Caitlin really helped my headaches and the soreness in my arms! I highly recommend her and the other therapists at Wellness Within.

Wellness Within located in the Enjoy Centre in St. Albert provides great spa services as well as yoga and bar fitness.

I have been going to the Yoga Studio for a while and have really enjoyed the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and the classes. Jeff and Dan provide well balanced and dynamic yoga classes. Their tone and variations in styles and yoga poses really provides an accessible structure for new and regular attendees.

I was 5 minutes late to a yoga class and the the receptionist (older lady) would not allow me in.
I get being mindful and being respectful of their time, and I understood but she was just rude and didn’t want to deal with it. I had no problem not going in, but she was just so annoyed that I was late. I didn’t make a fuss about it, although I drove from the north side, and there was traffic on henday.
I asked to cancel my class so I could get my credit back and she didn’t even do that. As she said she did, I asked “how much credit do I have left”
She then asked “what’s your phone number”
Then how did you put my credit back without getting my number to begin with. She is old and probably racist and did not take me seriously as I look super young.

Will not be going back to this overprice place and will also tell everyone I know not to come here. Terrible service!

What an amazing community! What really sealed the deal for me in that I knew the people here were good was when I heard what I assume was a manager or teacher talking to one of the younger staff around a corner an hour or so before a class. The treatment of respect, openness and supportiveness of employees is so rare nowadays and it genuinely touched my heart to hear what was genuinely a leader who cared. As someone who practices Taoist Tai Chi and Chin Yin Buddhism, I found the class natural and it was so easy to go with the flow, the environment was wonderful.

It isn't too often I find spaces that are truly welcoming but Wellness Within is one of them. I met people there that I know I will have lasting friendships with. The mantras and sound healing practice was phenomenal as well, and others with more yoga practice have already spoken about the classes in detail in other reviews.

This experience went beyond expectation. I'm recovering from a broken bone and requested 2 different sessions back to back for different reasons.
They worked with careful attention to my needs. Both therapists were able to work the stressed areas without causing any agitation to my injury.
Both therapists were respectful of my limitations and honored my requests.
Communication was key between the 2, in order to ensure my experience was comfortable and fluid between the 2.
I truly appreciated the professional experience with this team. It was relaxing, refreshing, and a VERY welcomed change from the current state of the planet.
The facilities are very clean and have a healthy environment with all protocols in place. I felt safe and completely satisfied.

First time today getting a massage, had a wonderful experience. So kind and helpful went above and beyond to help my back pain even gave me stretches to helps. Very relaxing and helpful experience!

I had to drop my business at my old laser place as they had become far too expensive versus the results I was seeing. My girlfriend recommended this place to me, and I’ve had Katelun as my aesthetician since and I’ve never had a more pleasant experience. She walked me through every step of her plan and takes meticulous notes for both her and her clients to go over as they’re progressing through laser. I’ve never had better results on my laser removal. The general atmosphere of Wellness Within is also really warm and comfy, with a cute shop at the front and all the spa areas being adorable and quiet.

Enjoyed a relaxing pedicure with Taya. She did a wonderful job and my feet look amazing.
This spa is beautiful, and staff are friendly and professional.

Had a massage today with Catlin and was very pleased. Wellness Within has a great atmosphere, and everyone is so nice.

Got a facial and it was fine but they broke my necklace and also have clearly never shoveled or salted their sidewalks.

I had the body rejuvenation package completed and it was so heavenly! I may just have to make this something I schedule in every few months as a self care treat. Deven was my aesthetician and she was absolutely incredible. She provided me with so much care and attention. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and skin care! Such a relaxing and wonderful experience.
