I got what I needed, and while I was helped I feel quite unwell about how I was treated by angry amd unfriendly staff. It's a health store, and seemed I was bothering her with my questions. Will go to coop next time.
Never in my life have I ever encountered such a rude assistant. Larger lady with brown ponytail. Not only was she very bad at her job, she was rude, condescending and took great delight to in telling me that I only achieved $6 worth of Optimum points, saying, “well, you didn’t check your app, did you? ”. This woman should be fired for the way she speaks to elderly people (my mother). Please do not allow this woman to continue serving customers or get her some training. Kindness goes a long way when it comes to the elderly and she is anything but. She was literally shouting at my mother.
So many complaints about the bigger, brown hair with the ponytail girl! Unfortunately it was my turn this morning to put up with her bad attitude! Rude! Impatient! Eye rolling. Her name was Jack on the receipt.
I spoke with a customer service person on the phone and dealt with another one (Denise) in person and both were quite helpful, particularly Denise. We appreciated her expertise.
Like many others who posted about their experience, I had a very bad experience too. I ordered an Oximeter and upon using it for the first time, the unit became so hot that it felt unsafe to use. I initiated a return. It's been almost 2 weeks and there's no response, nothing. Please do not shop here.
Extremely bad experience at this place went to buy a cpap mask we are new to cpap, the girl who is serving us is not so happy doing her job very rude in a rush, we even told her that this is our first time on cpap, no patient and f@$king rude, i will never buy anything at this place again.
Poor customer service! And They are not a medical splier just retailer, so It is not covered by insurance Maybe it is covered by your spending account. They didn't explain that way when I purchased the braces.
