Wendy's

Went through the drive thru and order 2 apple pecan salads, got home and NO pecans no salad dressing! I basically got a small amount of chicken, big chunks of apple and lettuce! Do not recommend this Wendy’s. Their service is awful.

Wendy's has forgotten about their own Slogan it seems, which used to be Fresh beef served "Hot n Juicy"? On this evening had craving for a Dave's single with cheese and extra onions. It was 6.45pm walked to counter girl took my order and my money. I said to her I'm just going to go wash my hands and be right back. When I got back (less than a minute), magically my burger was there Already. So I grab and sat down too Enjoy but NO JOY HERE just pure disappointment as patty was Luke warm at best, the bun was still a bit frozen and the extra onions were major over kill. So the 10 dollar burger only got 2bites then into garbage then I left hungry and angry. THIS SEEMS TO HAPPEN FAR TOO OFTEN! When you pay this much FOR YOUR BURGER it BETTER be HOT n JUICY!

Three times I've tried eating here, still haven't gotten my order right, maybe put a few garbage cans in your parking lot, alot of people eat in their vehicles and your lot looks terrible, I know you hope the wind will blow it all away but come on out
some effort into maintaining a nice looking place

I feel like the chicken recipe has changed. And like fake change. Service was decent. Odd location in and out gets tricky.

As expected but missed part of my order, which was corrected immediately when asked. Staff could be more friendly.

I think the parking lots needs more unnecessary cement curbs! Add a couple more to the north side and it will be like a moat surrounding the entire building.

Foods good wish drinks were not so full and also lids don’t seal properly so yer spilling quite often. Also burgers are waaaaay smaller than they look

Crew working really fast, keeping pace with the lunch rush. Gal on the assembly table (pink watch) is like a streak of Lighting.

This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. It's not the normal greasy burgers. The frostys are a great dessert.

RIP OFFS! So much for value menus, if you don't have combos don't pretend there is and charge everything individually! Never going to a Wendy's again. You wrecked a good thing. Edit: AND IT'S OLD!

How do you review a national fast food franchise? It's Tim Hortons. They do coffee, doughnuts & fast food stuff. If that's all your looking for then they got you covered. But I'd recommend finding a locally owned breakfast joint. #buylocal

Very clean & prompt at taking my evening order after a long Costco shop. They are organized by collecting personal information & phone numbers for COVID-19 contract tracing. Social distanced seating available which was a relief as I needed to sit for a few minutes. Bathroom was also very clean.

I ordered inside. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and my meal was a Wendy's burger and small foster. It was everything that I expected it to be. Good job guys and thanks.

Man.i love wendys. They changed the packaging on the wendys hot sauce. Almost went in and snapped on buddy in the drive through. But then i read the package. 4 stars cause you should post that kinda big change.

Great place for the carnivore diet. This location rings up "large patties, 3-piece bacon, and cheese" orders pronto. Quick, cheap meal out when you can't have the bun nor toppings.

Ordered dinner for the fam a few days ago (inside) while I was waiting for the rest of my order a gentleman came in to return the wrong order he received in the drivethru. It happened to be my bag with 8 JBCs, the employee took the bag to the cook and she proceeds to take them out of the bag that said stranger ruffled through and unwrapped and re-wrap them then gives them to me? I'm pretty positive that they aren't supposed to do that anytime, more so during a global pandemic. I'm still waiting for a reply from them. I'll update the review when I see where this goes. IF it's warranted.

This is the second Wendy’s I’ve placed a good order and even requested fresh salted fries. They ignored me and gave me this sloppy disgusting mess instead. Disgusting food that has been sitting in a warming container for hours I’m sure. DO NOT EAT HERE!

For a restaurant that delivers great food fast, the employees there are a little slow. Repeatedly asked for 2 large daves double combo with 2 large chocolate frosties. I even held up two fingers in case they had poor English skills. Got 2 burgers and 2 frosties, and a medium meal. Love the food, love the speed, hate the inaccuracy of staff. Please make your employees do a hearing check, because I'm pretty sure all of them were half deaf.

It was the Wendy's by best buy and we had ordered a chicken burger for my daughter as pictured below. I will never go back and am waiting to speak to the manager or owner on this matter. I am thoroughly not impressed and would recommend checking your meat if you order from here.

I've never had a problem here. Food always comes out hot, wait times are relatively low, and they always seem friendly when you order.
