Wendy's

Either the drive thru speaker, where you order, needs to be updated or the workers need to learn how to listen. We had to repeat our order multiple times and the lady taking our order still got it wrong. When we double checked our bags, we noticed we were missing some of the food we ordered. When we tried to explain we were missing food, the lady loudly stated 'YOU'RE CHANGING YOUR ORDER AGAIN? ' in a rude and snobby tone. This could be solved if the order taker repeats the customer's order.

We won't be coming back smh.

The staff here isn't very friendly, no please or thank you. Manners go a long way in customer service

I wanted a frosty and the lady didn't want to serve me because they were closed even thought it says online they close at 11. So I do it on the kiosk and get the wrong size and ask if I can pay the difference or get a refund and get the next size. She say no on a very condescending way and tells me to pretty much kick rocks. Also the frosty is soup

Lunch was great and the service went beyond my expectations. I had a modified lunch and the changes were perfect!

This experience really left me sad, afraid, cold. My friend flew in from Delaware - absolutely adores the Canadian Wendy’s Classics. We ordered two combos, each. I received my meal in under five minutes whilst my hungry guest waited for at least twenty five minutes - we ordered the same meal? “LOOK ALIVE! ” I shouted, out of rage. I’m sorry. My friend flew home.

Tried their breakfast today. Ours was the only order, as they weren't at all busy in comparison to Tims. I don't know if it's just today, but I don't think I will be back to try again! Breakfast egg croissant blt wasn't even warm. Coffee was also lukewarm. Overall-just no. Go next door instead.

We bought two Spicey Chicken Combos. Either we got shorted or their pricing is wanky as we asked to upgrade from the fries to the Chili Cheese Natchos, which were the same price and so upcharge and no problem there. However we also asked to upgrade the small $2.69 pops to two $2.99 medium frostys but we were charged 80¢ per frosty instead of the upgrade cost of 30¢ each. A $1.00 overcharge is not a big deal but it just felt sort of shady and raised doubt and mistrust.

The staff were lovely, the restaurant was clean, and the food was good. What more can you ask for?

There were 2 flies flying around. Brought it to their notice but the did not do anything about it

I don’t know why I keep coming here. You see I love salad and I recently ordered a taco salad I get to work and the whole thing is old! Do you not check the expiration dates of your products? Waste of money and my sister got a spicy chicken combo and the fries were cold and old as well! Check your food wendys people lol

All in all, pretty good. The only problem I had was figuring out who was in line and who had already ordered. And yes, it was a little busy, but it turns into complete chaos at a certain threshold.

Other than that.
Food was fresh & tasty
Dining area was clean & taken care of
Service was short & sweet.

The worst location ever! They always mix up orders in drive thru. This has been going on for years! I’m sure I’m not the only one to voice my concern and yet it continues. I can only assume that the manager is simply incompetent

Took my family to eat here wife got a small poutine and she got half of it was moldy it was the bottom half to be more precise.found some other mold of my food which was half the cost of food

Wendy's is very consistent food is fresh at all locations I have v*salted in my day.
They do a Great Job

I ordered a Crispy Chicken Combo take-out from the Signal Hill store but was given a hamburger with bacon instead.
I brought the burger to the Brentwood store and the manager gave me the correct order. Kudos to Brentwood!

They didn’t give me a straw I want a free burger next time I go back or I’m never buying from there again

If you want fresh food, don't go here. The WORST spicy chicken combo ever! I asked my wife, "Do you like it baby? Her: it tastes like dry bum. " She was right!

In comparison to other Wendy's, this location has more polite staff, cleaner facilities and faster turn around times for food delivery. They recently removed the condiment counter, so be sure to ask for napkins, etc. Compared to other fast food companies, Wendy's ranks very high for correct multi orders on a single bill, has relatively healthier food, and fresher tasting food than some peers.

Aurora is the only sane one that works here. Nicest and most polite one by far. I’ve seen the other employees treat her horribly. She should get a raise

Only 1 star because you can’t give 0 stars! Probably the worst service ever! The food is meh at best. Do yourself a favour and drive to a different Wendy’s, like Westhills which is really good.
