This place needs to fix their massive potholes in the drive thru because they are pretty deep enough to brake an axle on a suv and car it’s so bad

If you are drive through or take out check your order! These thieves will short you with a small fry instead of a large like just happened to me! They are off my list!

It was good. But take a 4x4' there are huge holes on the drive-thru the owners are too cheap to fix.

It is a pretty typical Wendy's. Their service is generally fast for lunch rushes, which is great. Rarely get an order wrong. The dining room is dated and usually very hot for some reason. The drive through has giant potholes so be careful! Better than average location though.

I love wendys and this location has been open for longer than ive been alive, however my only feedback would to deal with the flies, please. I almost always crave wendys with the family on Fridays but almost always go to Mr.sub across the street instead.

Been there many of times. Good food and service too usually but hmmmm for atmosphere it's kinda what you would actually expect for a place out in the nw industrial area.

I don't know how long those fries were out of the fryer, but they were room temperature and soggy at best. The chicken sandwich was a bit warmer than the fries but still not as hot as it should be. It also had a subtle weird flavour.

It's also really annoying that Wendy's always assumes that I would like a combo. Are they incapable of asking if I would like one? Even if I specify no combo, they still punch in a combo most of the time. I've been overcharged before because of this more than once and they refused to refund me.

After placing my order 2x in person and of all things the order was not correct, 2 baconator combos with a come and fanta no ice. Yet I was given 1 son of baconator sandwich and missing the other. Called to and complain and the store hummed and hawwed and the store manager hung up on the call. Dont go to this place their demeanor is rather defensive. Is this customer issue or store issue. I felt so disrespected and its pathetic. I'm gunna make another attempt at a resolution.but I'm seeing doubt here

This particular location on 149th street and 118th does not have a good drive through set up. Lining up at lunchtime can be difficult.

I feel like the speed of service is mediocre, but the people working are usually nice.

Worst drive thru ever. Everytime I go to this store, I am consistently asked to park and wait for my food for almost 10mins. Today, we drove thru the window because we didn’t hear anybody responding to us on their speaker/intercom in spite of saying “hello” several times. The staff didn’t take our order at the window because he said it would take time even there’s nobody behind us. My friends and I then decided to leave. Will definitely not go back to this location.

Ordered a #7 combo with extra mayo, which is a classic chicken sandwich meal…
What I got was a #6 which is a SPICY chicken sandwich but with ZERO mayo!
Needless to say I didn’t want to drive all the way back due to being on my 30 min lunch break…. I endured a dam spicy sandwich that lit my mouth up! And with NO mayo ‍️ Not impressed!

Questionable. Last time I used a credit card and they gave me 5 receipts and could not explain why there were 5 for one purchase. Had to call credit card company to make sure they didn't bill me more than one. Manager (phil) couldn't explain it either.

Another good Wendy's. We went in during lunch rush hour and the ladies worked there were fast and accurate to our orders. Veggies were very fresh and crunchy.

If you are getting chili cheese nachos here, don't! They are either stale, or they don't put any cheese on them. I didn't buy this item for over a month and figured I would give them another chance. Mistake on my part.

It's a Wendy's. Burgers and lemonade. Clean inside although I do mostly takeout. If you like Wendy's burgersz you'll like this shop.

I ordered some food via the drive thru and I specifically stated that I didn’t want ice in my drink, but they ended up putting ice anyway. I then mentioned that they had accidentally put ice in my drink, but the worker kept insisting that I had told him I wanted ice. Finally, he went to resolve the issue, but instead of simply replacing the cup, he used a spoon to scoop out the some of the ice cubes. To be frank, I found this absolutely disgusting. In addition, the drive thru was painfully slow.

Me and buddy got off work at 9: 30am, we came by at 10am and locked our bikes outside. We walked up and tried open the doors but they were locked. We asked the employee working there through the drive thru window if they were open for dine in and they responded with no. Sorry guys for the bad review. We were just hungry for food and we couldn't get any. No disrespect to the employees they did their job.

I do love a Wendy's burger. Staff at this location are friendly and fast. Ive never had a mistake on my order, and I eat there more than I should

Don't bother to go there for breakfast! Website says open at 6: 30, was there today at 6: 45. Door locked, no one there. Last Friday they were open, but food was cold. Weekends they don't open for breakfast till 9: 00 am.
