Wendy's

These people do not listen and walks away before I finish giving my order. They keep messing up my order and I told them twice. I HAVE NEVER FELT SUCH DISRESPECT FROM SOMEONE TO WALK AWAY WHILE IM GIVING MY ORDER. I am reporting you to corporate as your standards.

Food was as expected for fast food and was hot. Staff were pre occupied with phones and socializing. But the worst was the eating area. It was disgustingly dirty everywhere. There was even spilled pop on the floor with paper towel over it the whole time. Every table/chair was filthy. Lots of staff standing around who could have been cleaning tables.

Terrible customer service. Wait at the speaker for 5 minutes. Dirty. What else can I say. Garbage

Do not recommend Doesn't honor/ participate in any Wendy's promotions. Grumpy staff.

Grounds surrounding the restaurant and the parking lot were disgusting. What a disgrace to have so much litter and garbage all over the place. This is a beautiful country we live in and more respect should be given to our environment.

Additionally, we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and ended up walking into the restaurant to get our food.

This place is extremely dirty, never been swept or cleaned. Food scraps are lying on the ground and on the tables and chairs. The garbage has not been emptied and is overflowing. One of the servers has long hair and needs to wear a hair net. I cannot imagine how this place has been given a pass to operate.

When it costs $40 for two meals you should probably get the order right. Also, it’s fast food. Not waiting 5 mins at the speaker to order. Brutal service. Brutal food. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Wendy's was not a good experience today. There was no ice available and coke was served at 20C. They could have mentioned this upon ordering. The restaurant was quite dirty.no tables had been cleaned for some time.

Sad to find out they did not accept the franchise wide coupons. Food and service still satisfactory.

Why wouldn't any franchise owner decide not to accept valid coupon from Wendy's?

When two people walk in together maybe take both orders instead of ignoring 1 customer. I left without ordering as your staff decided to turn his back on me instead.

Dudes that were working were completely lacking any type of customer service or respect. Unbelievable how they treated us during the whole order process.

Got horrible food poisoning from this location around 8 pm on Sat May 6,2023. Will never go again.

We went to this branch in Canmore with the coupons which we normally use for Wendy’s. They are expiring on May 07,2023 and surprisingly, this is the only branch who dod not accept our coupon. Apparently, they do not accept coupon on that certain the day. The staff was sarcastically courteous enough to have us read the posting that they do not accept coupons for that certain day; however ca not reason out when asked why.

Really weird greeting from about 6 of the men behind the counter when I came in wearing shorts and a summer top. Felt very feral lol. Food wasn't fresh, chicken was actually quite old. Service was quick, restaurant was clean, bathrooms are scarily dirty. Probably won't come back but it was an ok lunch after a long drive.

So I am local here in Canmore and go to Wendy’s on a regular basis. When I was ordering for take out tonight the staff was clearly fighting amongst eachother. Though they spoke in their language, but in front of the customers: I find that very unprofessional!
Also when we got home: I realize that they got our order wrong I am not sure, if I will go back there, and from now on I will check my order EVERY time!

Horrible experience! My food was sitting on the counter for at least 5 minutes and was not getting packed until I asked for a refund. Once I asked for a refund they started to pack my food that I no longer wanted as it was likely cold. The manager was rude to me saying “you can’t wait for your food? ”.
Will not order here again!

Lazy staff, asked me if I remembered a completely different person's order. The idea you think you can run this is an insult. Never will return.

I receive Wendy's coupons to my mailbox in Canmore, but the Canmore Wendy's doesn't accept coupons. Doesn't make a lot of sense guys!

The staff here are extremely friendly. They were super kind to my daughter and even gave her a free frosty!

Also; super patient with me making my order because I took forever haha

They don’t accept the Wendy’s coupons when I tried. I asked why because the coupon is valid in Alberta I told them and they replied simply “this is Canmore”. Not impressed.

The food was made really quick, the fries and burger were fresh and tasted delicious! Not too much sauce and not too little.
