Wendy's

I ususally dont have any problems at this location and it is close to my work but today, my girlfriend and I went there and I ordered the pecan salad and asked for spicy chicken vs grilled thinking it could be swicthed out instead of the grilled chicken. But nooooooooo, I was charged for the full price of the salad (they didnt include the grilled chicken I paid for) and then they charged me an extra $4.20 for the spicy chicken! WTH? I wouldnt have minded if they wouldnt have removed the grilled that "I paid for"and then charged me extra for "extra" chicken but it appears that I paid $4.20 for some hot spice. Not very happy at all.

Is it seriously hard to get orders right? Ordered a poutine and a classic asiago chicken. She even asked if I wanted spicy, I said no, classic. Well I got home and got a small poutine, the cup was half empty, just a handful of fries, couple cheese curds and that was it, next to no gravy. I got spicy chicken even though I specifically said not spicy and I'm sure they couldn't get that chicken any thinner. Pathetic and disgraceful that they not only can get your order right, but can't fill the containers properly. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Fed up with not getting the correct order and getting ripped off. Won't be back.

We just went through the drive thru and everything was completely wrong. We asked for a Dave’s triple with only ketchup and cheese, they even verified this at the window and yet it had everything but ketchup on it. We also asked for two chicken asiago clubs not spicy and they were both spicy as well as the poutine and fries being cold. Pretty disappointing considering it was $56.00

I called in advance to ask if they still had the fish sandwich, and was told they did. When I went through the drive thru, I was told they didn't have it.

Update: This is still one of the best Wendy's in Calgary in terms of quality, so I've increased my service rating. However, they still need to make sure they're on point when answering questions over the phone.

At the drive through, I ordered a JBC, coke and 2 poutine, when I came home, the burger is not there. Last time my wife ordered foods with small fries. She came home and there’s no fries which my toddler son requested. Please always check the foods you order even small fries before leaving.

Ordered classic chicken sandwich. Got a beef one. I don’t even eat beef. Waited 20 mins for a single sandwich which is even fine (assuming they were training new staff, I understand) but got wrong order is ridiculous.

Everything was good until a creepy man man sat beside us. I noticed he was sitting at another table away from us when we came in then I went to get something in the car quickly and when I came back he was sitting at the table beside my 8 year old daughter while looking at his phone. I think he was taking pictures! Good thing we were still waiting for our order so I got all my kids to stand up moved away from that wierdo.

I went through the drive threw and ordered 10 dollars worth of food. I swiped my card and they said it didn't work so I swiped again. I don't check my bank statements often online but needed to see something and when I checked I saw they charged me 50 dollars the first time and then the 10 for the 2nd time. I went in and showed them my bank statement and they gave me my money back but didn't seem happy about it.the food is great and they are fast at making the orders so overall not a bad place but I suggest anybody who does the drive through and is told their first swip didn't work, check your bank statements when you get home!

The service here is friendly and fairly quick. The restaurant is generally not too crowded and makes a decent place to take a break.

Wendy's food was hot, juicy, delicious and the flavours were bang on! The staff was great and the restaurant was clean inside and out. Lots of kids were running about as they were very excited to have their kids burgers and of course, Frosties! I have always found Wendy's food to be satisfying, well made and flavourful. Very rarely have I had any issues with their products or service. Always delicious, even the desserts! The deals Wendy's offers are really quite good. The Make It A Feast deal is fantastic for buying food for families and helps save money!

Dined in and wait so long for our food. Garbages were over flowing, the straw and ketchup station was disgusting. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too

They have the best customer service! Always so friendly and kind. Asking how you are but not in the 'I have to ask this but dont care way' but so nice and genuine. I love going here

The burgers also taste better here than when I get them at other branches so I dont anymore

The staff and food were great but because of its location not a very busy place on weekends and evenings

Came here during a lunch rush with a big drive thru lineup. I was through it quickly, and the food was great

They are always so nice here. Best wendys to go to they do a great job! Been going here for a couple years and I notice a difference when I go to other Wendys. Its the people!

Slowest Wendy's in calgary, staff was friendly but management was prioritizing skip orders and drive through over counter. Dave Thomas would be sad over this behavior

Ordered 2 taco salads they supposed to give salsa with each taco salad never got any when I called to correct the mater I was hung up on

The worst ever manager, i am a regular noon catomer and on 6: 39 pm i ordered strobery laminate and they prepare coke and I try to correct politely and she told me Rude for nothing reason, never been rude to any one and she won’t give me her name to put her on the review.

What a bad Manager.they don't understand what people orders and they blame in reverse.

Went in and ordered a burger asked toppings to be added and the lady behind the register said they won’t do that due to it being a baconator, but I could order another burger to get the topping I wanted added from that burger.
First time any Wendy’s has ever said that.
