Don't ever plan to enjoy a Wendy's breakfast inside the restaurant. It's never open. If you don't have a car or dropped your car off for service at one of the many local automotive shops, you can't get in for food. It's drive through or nothing at this location. Sad, disappointing.again.
I ordered the chicken strips and they were very wet and pockets of fat. I tried contacting to get my $18 back (x2 orders) and heard nothing. Staff was nice though.
Worst service ever. Everything was slow. They gave us the wrong drink and guy behind the counter was upset cause he put the wrong item in and then was throwing drinks down onto tray with no care. Will never return
They work at a turtle pace, I couldn’t believe how long it took to make the food I was very disappointed they were walking so slow and taking orders so slow it was like the sloth off zootopia. I don’t understand how anyone can have a work ethic like that, I left because I thought I had my whole order just to find out they weren’t finished and had to walk back in and it took them another 5 minutes on top of that, I love Wendy’s but I will not be returning to this location due to the sheer lack of High-productivity.
There is no good reason a customer should wait 10-15 minutes to order when there is only one other person in line. Please staff your restaurant accordingly.
Just went through the drive-thru & picked up a choc. Frosty.let's just say, l've had soup thicker than this. It had the consistency of water. Ugh! Its in the freezer right now. Hopefully it'll thicken up.
When I got to the drive thru order box, I was greeted with a “YUP” instead of “May I take your order”. Had to wait for ever for the food to be ready. This location has really gone downhill in recent months. Wish there was another location closer to us so we could go there.
I’ve been coming to this location frequently, but today was by far the best experience I’ve had - All thanks to Aliana (hopefully I spelt it right!) Not only was she very friendly and welcoming, but she knows what it means when we ask for extra toppings! This is what amazing customer experience is and Aliana knows exactly what it takes! Hope to see her more through drive-thru!
I was very disappointed, the Swiss sausage croissant sandwich was cold and so were the fries, I live 5 mins from this location. Won’t be going there again, couldn’t even eat it ugh
They rip people off at this location. Just went through the drive thru ordered a baconator & Dave's single and was given 1 junior bacon cheeseburgers. I'm no normally one to complain but I don't appreciate being ripped off. Burgers were also cold and drenched in sauce. Tried to call and complain but no answer. Absolutely horrible customer service this place makes Arbys look like a 5-star restaurant.
Did not listen to how we wanted our order. Wanted stuff removed from 2 seperate items and all items were loaded. Forgot an extra side dish we ordered and paid for.
Yeah, there are many issues with this Wendy’s. Seems to be running on short staff (like everywhere). Took 20 mins.for our order and it wasn’t even that busy. Doesn’t seem the staff on shift really care at all. I should have looked at previous reviews before stopping for lunch with my son.
Walks in around 6pm ish. Places was empty but one person eating. Door makes noise I am sure staff hears but she was restocking cup. I stool there for few min. She finish what she was doing and helps you with out say nothing. (most normal staff will say hi or say she will be there. So odd.
Ooo myyy! Waited 20 minutes for my single burger and Ice tea. It was terrible! I understand staff is hard to find. But the manager was miserable.the 2 stars are for the nice cashier
The young lady that served us was excellent but their ice machine was broken. She got ice from the back and thank goodness she did as the pop was warm.
Nice renovated dining room. Downside, still have plexiglas barriers between staff and customers. Very difficult to order, especially because staff are all masked and speak with a pronounced accent. Oddly, one must ask for toilet key. Frustrating experience. Food is okay.
Went to this Wendy's tonight for a quick bite, and had something that wasn't quite cooked right. Brought it up politely to the staff and they not only remade it for me, but gave me an extra item as compensation. Really appreciate their generosity and attempt to make things right. Much better experience from them compared to other fast food places in the area.
On take outs the moto should be to visually insure order is complete. Ordered salads and asked the attendant if every thing was there he said yes. Returned home and found dressing missing and croutons. Infrequent visits will be even more infrequent.
This Wendy's location charges MORE than the menu price of every other location. And they charge you 0.50¢ for friggin WATER.only location I've ever been to that charges for flippin WATER.
Service was really slow, and they got my order wrong. Sure it was minor, but when I asked for a Baconator I don't expect to get a son of baconator. I was billed correctly so I likely should have caught the mistake myself but still annoying to get home and find a smaller burger than I was expecting
What the heck Wendy's. You used to be my favorite fast-food. All of your burgers are now smaller, your buns are stale, your fries now taste like Burger King (not a good thing) and you didn't put ice in my lemonade. And to make matters worse, all of this disappointment cost $17 for a combo and kids burger.
If you’re craving Wendy’s go to a different location. I live close by and this location is complete garbage. You’ll wait 45+ minutes in the drive through, I ordered 3 meals and all 3 we’re wrong. I ordered extra cheese sauces on the side and it was dumped inside the bags all over two burgers and both fries, the untouched fry was so soggy they formed a clump… no straws were provided for the drinks, no napkins. Called to speak with someone 3 times and no answer. Don’t normally write reviews however this has happened much too many times with no improvements. Avoid this location at all costs.
Nothing wrong with the food, I personally adore the chocolate frostys, but Crowfoot’s Wendy’s has quite a bit of a worker shortage which makes the customer service quality low.
When I go into this Wendy’s, there is one employee that has so much stress put onto them because there is absolutely no help in the kitchen. You can tell by the way they act that they’re completely under pressure especially because everyone’s waiting for their food. The drive-through is almost always cutting into the parking lot and I usually have to wait in a busy line for a while.
So, all I can ask for is to hire some more workers which will literally be a weight lifted off everyone’s shoulder and I think it shouldn’t be too hard because there is lots of teenagers looking for jobs.
The Spicy Chicken sandwich has been my go-to fast food item for years … well, not anymore. I purchased a Spicy Chicken sandwich from the Crowfoot location and half of the chicken patty was completely uncooked (not undercooked but uncooked like sashimi!). The manager was very rude when I took it back the next morning but he did refund my money, to the penny as opposed to just refunding the whole bill, which included a 99-cent Frosty (… no goodwill there!). I will never return to the Crowfoot Wendy’s and the Spicy Chicken sandwich is no longer my go-to when out and about. Dave would be ashamed!
The customer service was very good! The place however was dirty. The ketchup packets the lady gave us were all stuck together buy some foreign substance! Gross.also how about changing those gloves guys. They're not expensive but handling cash machines and other inadament objects then putting food in a bag is gross. Also way to have the bathrooms locked up like a prison! Very useful in keeping the kids out from washing their hands.
The food is good, filling portions. I've been here 5+ times now and whether it's drive through or in person, they have not gotten my order wrong so far. That's good. The service is very slow. If you're ordering inside, be prepared to wait at minimum 10 minutes.
Their great food was awesome. I couldn't believe they gave my husky 2 hamburgers as a treat I wasn't expecting that at all. They were so kind I was wondering why they give me a little plastic container They said it was a special treat for my husky Bless their heart's I highly recommend them to everyone especially late night drive though. Food was awesome after a very hot day and working hard.
Second time in a row my so called "Sprite" is just corbonated water. Pull around to go inside, there's a large red sign in their front window inviting you inside. Park the car, walk up, little printed sign on the door stating only the drive through is open. Ok. I'm not lining up for 10+ minutes to get a corrected drink, all while my frostee melts.
Wendy's is Great. If the order is wrong, they bend over backwards to correct the problem.even ran after my vehicle.when I forgot my whole order.now that is going the extra mile. LOL
This is the worst restaurant ever we are about to start a lawsuit over their theft. When you over charge a customer $500. For a couple of burgers and than can't seem to fix the mistake there is a problem.
The training here is absolutely TERIBBLE, they just throw you in the front, or drive thru with no experience and scold you when you make a mistake and make so many customers mad from lack of training.iv'e been reading all these reviews about slow or bad customer service which makes sense considering that the training is almost non existent.if you go here please show some kindness and patience towards the staff because believe me they really going through it. This Wendy's REALLY needs to work on their management.
Always check your order before leaving this location. I've been there multiple times and each time, they've made an error with my order. Today, I ordered a Dave's single and got a single cheeseburger instead. Didn't notice it until I got home and it was too far to drive back. Management really needs to review the quality control at this location.
There are only six tables allotted to dine in during this Covid-19. Food is still good as usual. I like the chili's. Apparently there are a lot of order out with the Skip dishes.
Very slow service, employees have no hustle, not great customer service, sometimes the food is really good and fresh, sometimes it's pretty old, stale and cold. Much better places in crowfoot for your money, probably wont be back
There was no vanilla frosty available and the chocolate flavored one wasn't frozen. I would not recommend this location. Another point, the front floor is open and no signage indicating that it is for food delivery staff only. Corporate should inspect this location.
The most hit or miss Wendy's I've been to. Consider yourself lucky if you get nice hot, fresh fries. The burgers are always great though. Always check your bag before leaving the drive thru as they've forgot items more than once.
The worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Ordered a jalapeno cheeseburger and a spicy chicken sandwich. They combined it as a jalapeno cheese chicken sandwich. And I got charged more for them to change the burger to chicken. When I told them about it they said I ordered it that way. No one in their right mind would order that. Even the guy ahead of me who placed a large lunch order for his office chimed in and said I ordered a burger and a sandwich and not a combined monstrosity.
I normally don't ever give any business 1 star, but I've been to this location multiple times and thier services keeps declining. That makes me think it's a managerial or ownership issue. Service is very slow, cleanliness inside is not great which again seems like a managerial issue, along with very poor quality of food (dry, and unlike the quality of any other Wendy's in the city) Very disappointing. I gave a review over a year ago, and the fact no one responded for over a year tells me ownership doesn't even care if they get a bad review.
I love the cashier Qais, he is my favourite employee, too bad he is only there on fridays. Qais if you are reading this give me 50% discount next time!
Really like this location, food seems fresh and is made fast, only lost one star for the one dollar fundraiser promotion, I went through the drive through and was specifically told by the worker that the dollar could be used on any later order and not just for specific items. It was only a dollar though so no big deal.
Skip a dish personnel hounding the area around the cash register, placing their bags in front of registers making it hard to pay or in my case standing right next to me as I was punching in my password to pay for my food. Management should have Uber and other delivery drivers seated and not standing right at pay stations waiting for their food orders while harassing customers. First and last visit as there are ample businesses that cater to same menu options within walking distance to this store.

I haven't been to Wendy's for awhile but I enjoyed it very much and now that I am divorced not with someone that wouldn't take me there I will be going more often. I like it more then most hamburger fast food places
I love skipping school and sitting here all day long. I get my homework done and on top of hat I get to hang with my friends and eat a good jbc. Love you Wendy see you Monday
It's fast, the food is made fresh.to order, with care and exactly as I ask for it! If I don't want salt on my fries, that's no problem! It's my guilty pleasure and they make a terrific grilled chicken sandwich!
