It was my first visit to the store and turns out will be the last one for the wendy’s! Worst service the girl taking my order wasn’t paying any attention neither was well informed about the menu. They got my order right the third time when I literally lost my appetite. I asked for a junior cheeseburger deluxe without meat but got it with meat and the second time around they gave it to me with no cheese in it the girl who took my order didn’t even want to admit that she was wrong!

Ordered 2 JBC's and got raw bacon on them. Tried to call multiple times and no answer.

Would've given you guys at least 4 stars but the customer service that I received today was awful.the sassy girl at the drive-thru sounded like she was in a rush, she didn't even bother repeating back my order, (unlike the other workers there, whenever I order) when I got home, I'm missing some items that I mentioned that weren't added to my order.

Food tastes good but the burgers are way too greasy, bag ends up soaked in oil and burger drips oil. Also make sure you get utensils before you leave if you're ordering a baked potato, they tend to forget. The restaurant is nice inside but outside there's usually someone on the sidewalk or the grass overdosing or tweaking out on drugs.

I ordered a number 2 combo with a medium fry and drink. Small chocolate frosty on the side. The burger has been scaled back in size quite a bit. The meat has an artificial kind of waxy taste. Not great. The food was relatively hot. My major complaint is the price. $17.95 for an average burger combo is way out of wack. Wendy's is going to end up out of business with price points like this especially when scaling back on portion sizes. Wendy's locations have made the interior of these locations bare bones. It feels like your eating In a school cafeteria.

For $17.95 I am going to go to Big Smoke Burger, South Street or Fat Burger where they take more care in their product and have much better taste.

Trying to the app and it hasn't worked for the past three times going there. Trying to reach out to management is a lost cause.

Woman was super rude. Basically threw the food out the drive through window and slammed it down after.
Definitely would never return to this location.

Horrible experience they wasted my entire lunch because they charged me twice I caught it once I had already got back to the office. So i had to drive all the way back just to get my money back they also didn't give me a receipt. So I had to show my personal bank account to prove that they had double charged me. They reluctantly gave me back my money. The people working the drive through also told me it hadn't gone through and that the money would be back in my account if I wait for a couple days. Once I refused and demanded my money back once I reloaded my bank app and signed back in. Low and behold the money was instantly back in my account.

The Frostys at all Wendy's are so runny that I have stopped buying them. Back then, I remember the Frostys were really thick. They have good burgers and a good menu though. I like their chili and they have great fries.

My son and I had a really nice lunch at this location. We both had number 1 combos and a small chocolate frosty. All the food was served hot and fresh. My favorite thing is to dip my fries for on the chocolate frosty.

Only downside is Wendys is expensive. $25 dollars for 2 single burger combos is a bit much. That is why I took 1 star off.

I don't often buy fast food but my grandson likes the frosties. Got him the kids meal and he loved it. I got the daves single, it was ok, not as hot as i would have liked. The store was clean and service was excellent.

I ordered a classic chicken combo from this location and they gave me a burger with bacon and when i called them they told me to contact skip. First off how am i supposed to contact an app, then they kept declining my calls knowing they messed up not willing to make it right.

If you see any 5 star reviews on here it's from the manager herself! What a disgusting place to eat. A fruit fly stuck in my frosty. I take it back and the manager got mad. Unbelievable. Last time I go there.

Check your frosty before you drive away!

Make sure your frosty isn’t actually a slurpee, or a cup of soup.

It’s annoying when you’re halfway home and you discover that your frosty is not frosty. Rather it’s death warmed over.

The manager was extremely rude after pointing out that my order was wrong. She has absolutely no people skills. I'm going to call her head office. I couldn't believe it

I used the drive thru, first thing is "hi" nothing else. I am used to them asking if I am ready to order. I say my order anyway, and then get asked if I want a combo, I said no. Then nothing, no amount of charges, no instructions to go to window. I get to the payment window and she holds the payment machine at such a weird angle I couldn't even see the charge. Then at the next window I get my food, and he closes the window. I sit till he comes back and told him I would appreciate a receipt because the first person didn't bother telling me the charge. The food was fine, usual standard, but seriously can't anyone be polite anymore?

Ordered mushroom portabella triple burger, 2 jbc’s and chilli nachos and it came cold and the bacon portobello was mangled and double wrapped. Gross!

Rude is staff and food was cold … fires where old … stay away from this Wendy’s …. I would give zone start if I could

The place is a joke, worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Go literally anywhere else.even a dumpster full of moldy underwear would be more appetizing, than what they try passing off as fast food.

I went to this location this morning to have coffee and something to eat, I stood there for about 5 minutes (there was what looked like an employee sitting at a table on a laptop) no one came to serve me, I left and went to Tim Hortons next door. Very poor service

Have tried ordering the asiago chicken homestyle from multiple Wendy's including this Wendy's and they cannot for some reason get it right!

The only time I have had an asiago home style chicken that was done properly is in Red deer Alberta.

I ordered a single with no tomato and no cheese because I have a dairy allergy and I got it with cheese. I even pointed out that on the take out screen there was nothing to indicate not to put cheese on but there was something to to indicate no tomato and I was assured that I wouldn't get cheese. I trusted that the person taking my order would tell the person making my burger not to put cheese on. I tried to call 4 times to complain and I could not get through. I'm very disappointed and upset. It would have been okay if I could call and complain/bring up the issue but there was no one answering and no one to rectify this with. 0/10 I will never return to this location.

Just a suggestion, hire people who can actually speak and understand English. Especially working as a cashier at drive thru or inside store. I had an experience today where I stated my order, the lady spoke in broken up English, and when I could not understand her she got frustrated. Poor service. Food is decent tho.

Nice and quiet. Please let them know what bacon bits are. They said they didn't have any for the baked potato for my grandparents.

Senior coffee is still a thing here. Buy the food ask for the free senior coffee. I'm not a senior but it is a nice bonus for older folks.

Huge lineups with only the drive through open. Other Wendy’s are actually open go to them instead.

They forget half.my order at the drive thru. I called them when I got home and discovered all wasn't there. They argued with me saying I was wrong when in fact the amount is on my bank statement. They asked me to call back and when I did they wouldn't answer the phone. After a few hours I finally got a hold of the manager. She told me and I quote. " It's none of your business" then hung up.do not go there.

Came here June 18 2021 and ordered two large grilled chicken Cesar salads. One with double the amount of chicken for around four dollars. You literally couldn’t tell the difference between the two salads in the amounts of chicken given. As well my female friend badly needed to use the washroom and was told no. As there manager had given strict instructions to not open the washrooms even though current policies regarding businesses utilizing open dining rooms are to have bathrooms accessible to customers. This was explained to staff without effect. Again kept getting told the manager. The manager. This establishment barely wants to have to look at you while doing business with you. It comes across as an extremely ungrateful business for their customers business.

Iam SkipTheDishes driver……. This restaurant worker very slow……. Everytime give the order too much late, wasting my time and after 8: 00pm open only drive thru service…. Some time very long line………this restaurant service is very bad………

Service is extraordinarily slow. If there’s someone in front of you, expect your order to be taken 5-10 minutes AFTER theirs. Orders are frequently messed up.

I came here at 11: 40pm and was told I could not get a strawberry frosty because they just turned their machine off. It's a promotional frosty and I come here quite frequently and spend alot of money, so being told I could have a chocolate one and not strawberry because she wanted to be out early? I'm quite unhappy

I had a coupon for free chicken nuggets with the purchase of a combo. I informed them of it and they acknowledged it and then I paid. I was then told that it was my fault for not providing them with proof of a coupon even tho I offered it to the teller.

I main concern is with the manager at the time. She was extremely disrespectful and very rude. The other works did their jobs great but she has an extremely poor attitude.

I'm not a fan of fast food but I'm a sucker for Wendy's. The baconator is the greatest fast food burger ever made and they have other good ones as well.
The staff are fast and friendly and always get my order right, even when it's a huge one

Wouldn't release my order to the skip the dishes driver that was done 25 minutes ago and canceled the order without my knowledge. Leaving myself and the driver confused in what was going on.

I take my family to this nice place a lot! This is the best place to have a bite. I visit this place at least once a month. The cooking is just great, the staff members are friendly and the prices are decent. I like being in this place for a rich meal.

Worst Wendy's in the town. The night crew is awful. They have big time communication problem. There were 2 people communicating with me in drive thru at the same time. They couldn't decide who will speak. Both of them kept speaking in between till the end and were both giving different instructions. When i arrived at window, they were so rude and unprofessional to me. Would never go there again. Worst experience, could have given them negative stars if there was an option.

I went through the drive-thru and I order a spicy chicken combo when I was eating my fries I found a pubic hair inside the fries at the very bottom. This is absolutely disgusting I will never eat Wendys again, last time I went through the drive-thru he was completely raw chicken I got. This is just not okay, unacceptable especially now with a Coronavirus, I'm wondering if they actually are washing their hands and having good hygiene protocols.

Terrible service, unfriendly staff. I had my 5yr old with me, who had to go to the washroom while we were about to order, staff refused to let him use the washroom.

Offers no way for walk-up traffic (ie those who don't have cars) to order food during the quarantine without resorting to expensive delivery services.

Worst service. I live two blocks from there, I did walk and asked for two sandwiches. When I was in the pick up booth they said they do not give service for walking people, I had my credit with tap. This is a kind of discrimination for walking people. At least put a sign saying that they do not sell its products for walking people. Tim Hortons besides to this business is offering the service for waking people.

#2 for me was great, however the Plantiful vegi burger does not measure up to A&W's Beyond Meat burger. The producer of the Plantiful is a meat eater.

Only ever used the Drive-Thru, but they havent ever messed up an order. Food is FRESH, HOT & Yummy!

This location never busy. Hidden gem the food is always hot and fresh. Love Frosties in the winter!

For a lunch time rush the service was slow. Restaurant was very clean and comfortable. Food was typical fast food.

There's a sign on the door that says because of the cold weather, they have closed the lobby, so that no one can eat inside. As I stood at the bus stop out front, I saw one vehicle after another park, people get out of their cars, walk over to the door, then return to their vehicles, and then drive over to the "drive through. " More customers were stopping and trying to enter the lobby, then were going straight through the drive through. So it's clear that this was an inconvenience to most customers. Even worse, is that it's discriminatory against people who do not own vehicles.

This Wendy's is a cut above. Everytime I pull into the drive thru, the staff is very polite, friendly and energetic. Have not had any issues with order accuracy and the food is always tasty and hot.

Waited nearly a half an hour after ordering to get my food. The staff had fries out before the burgers were finished so they were cold.

Love the service and array of welcoming smiles here. I always order combo #6 which is the spicy chicken combo. The comfortable seating and cleanliness of the restaurant is very appealing. Love, LOVE Wendy's! Highly recommended! Xo

This Wendy's is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is amazing, other times it's dismal. No consistency. My burger today was so bland and tasteless, it might as well have been cardboard. Giving 3-stars because the last burger I had here (3 weeks ago) was absolutely delicious and the staff is friendly and polite, so doesn't deserve only 1-star. Won't be coming back here again and neither will my office.

Rude staff. Waited for over 5 minutes for the bathroom to be unlocked while she kept serving customers. Ended up leaving.
