Wendy's

Lobby says it’s open till 11pm. Walked up to the door around 10: 35 and the lady locked the door, while there’s still two people in the lobby and one person ordering food still.

Counter service isn't as fast as it used to be in the past. There's a lot of chatter in the back where the foods being prepared that might have something to do with it.

Our order was missing items, and unfortunately we didn't notice until we got home. The restaurant is far enough away from us that it wasn't worth driving back. Learn from our mistake, and check your bag to make sure they gave you everything you paid for.

Why do you offer online ordering if your not even going to apparently be open can't order breakfast if skip claims your closed like retards

I love coming here for a baconator, always good, anytime I ask for more or less of a topping they never fail to deliver. Best Wendy's I've been to.

Ignorant manager said they don't have bacon poutine at wendy's and then had the nerve to call my wife a liar when she told him another store sells it

Service 10/10, food came out super quick. Vince was especially helpful explaining the menu to me, shoutout to him.

Lots of wendys throughout edmonton seem to always undercook their food (mostly meat). Use to go to wendys frequently for their awesome deals and cheap (like super cheap) food but the meat quality here and many other places are always on the more rare side with the meat. Lost my appetite after so many uncooked/ near raw burgers I had to stop going to wendys. They are fast at sending out food here, but feel free to take time on the grill. Thanks

The ambience is okay. I like the burger I ordered food delivery and it arrived to me hot and fresh.

Classic Canadian fast food, first place I got a hamburger when I arrived to Canada in 2007, so it's always in my heart lol

As usual these days the person at drive through couldn’t understand English. Took 4-5 minutes to order 1 sandwich.

Terrible food at this location food always cold! Ordered breakfast baconator combo with Large 2 cream 3 sugar coffee got a black coffee with 2 creamers and 2 sugers on the side
Potatoe wedges cold and half mixed with regular fries and everything was cold and soggy. Pretty bad for a chain that's late to the breakfast game.

Went there for breakfast it said it was open but only drive thru was open as a guy that drives a big truck that doesn’t fit in the drive thru they won’t be getting my business for breakfast

Had the taco salad & guest had chicken strips. Both very good but.forgot my glass of water, would have got a 5.

If you know what a chocolate malt tastes like this Wendys might be the only one in Edmonton that makes their chocolate Frostys correctly (well close enough)! Other Wendys that I have been to start out fine and for whatever reason change the recipe which ends up tasting like chocolate milk instead of that blend of vanilla and chocolate.

The delivery of the food was quite fast and still hot which is quite good in this weather, I had one of there chicken burgers and there chill, both were on par with other fast food chains, they did a good job for the price payed

Great service, Staff are extraordinary friendlier than most places I've eaten food at like the timmys by here.

Still my favourite burgers but they seem smaller and I prefer the old dill pickles instead of the new bread and butter ones.

Always good food and good service at this location - life would be incomplete without a chocolate frosty

Drive through is busy.they are still open for dine in, but I find that too risky these days. The line goes terribly slow when busy. When everything is fresh, Wendy's is great. Sometimes the fries may be slightly less fresh. Chocolate frosties are a good dessert. I like the pop machines that make every soda that has ever existed. A half point off for line ups that become frustrating and a half point off for occasionally not being perfectly fresh and expensive compared to other fast food.

I just went to this store and the lady manager was so rude, she wanted me to just go even though imma supervisor at other Wendy’s too.

Got a drink wrong, fries were soggy and the drink tray was so flimsy that one of them fell right out of the tray onto the ground. Super slow given it's a Friday night

We went through the drive through to get a quick dinner. That's when I saw the guy working the grill was not wearing his mask properly. Over his mouth but not over his nose. Breathing on anything hot coming out of their kitchen. They are preparing food. This is health mandated for everyone but ESPECIALLY for people making food. Very disappointed this Wendy's think heath is not important. We cancelled our order then went to Safeway.

Been coming here for year's as it is close to home and convenient, however it is becoming increasingly apparent that they are more concerned with skip the dishes orders than with paying customers in their business. Many times, I have been stuck in line and left waiting while they rush to fill a skip the dishes orders. If you want to retain your clientele, make sure you always have 2 tills open and deliver excellent customer service. Also, their fries suck, always oily and limp.

Fries were cold and they forgot the cheese on my burger. But it was busy so I'll cut them some slack they had like 14 people in the back

Really grateful I live near this location. They ALWAYS get my order right and its ALWAYS on point. Wendys value price: quality is the best in the fast food industry. Location is old but its in decent shape and clean. All the staff I've dealt with over the years have always given me great service and are kind to me. I highly recommend this location and wendys in general.

Dining area is clean and so arr the washrooms. Service is quick. Lots of parking. Would have given 5 stars but the entrance from the parking lot side is definitely NOT wheelchair friendly, those with wheels will have to go around the building to the other entrance.

May be the pandemic, but there is no energy in this place. It's in a nice location though so that's good!

Ordered from skip the dishes, presentation was absolutely perfect, tastes amazing. This location has never disappointed me. Food was fresh and hot with organized packing. The location itself has lots of parking available, and is always kept clean. Don't forget the staff Is always happy to serve.

Wendy's has decent food, as long as you don't expect too much of them. This Wendy's is pretty good, with prompt service and a clean restaurant.

Ordered 3 meals, missing a baconator. Manager didn't want to reimburse. Due to getting the other meals. However didn't take in account that their mistake would have cost another 30 minutes in travelling. Needless to say. Customer service is trash, and taking an order and counting is beyond the skillset of the staff at this location.

I enjoy the burgers, but the sides are always terrible. The fries are very underwhelming (mostly old), baked potatoes are old and overcooked, chili is meh, and salads are disappointing. We've decided to skip this location, which usually means skipping Wendy's in general.

Went through the drive through. The guy taking orders had the personality of a stick. Had a question got a sarcastic reply. Food was good if a bit oily (fries).

If I could give zero stars I would! The food was so nasty n gross tasting Yuck! I will not recommend going to this location the one on jasper ave is the best wendy s and the one close to university of alberta!

I constantly stop getting some food in here. I liked the efficient customer service and well cooked dishes. Never disappointing.

Cheese on poutine tastes like plastic. Pop has no taste completly flat. Customer service by the guy on the drive thru is horrible does not greet no hello no bye just stares at you no smile or anything. Manager needs to train him basic customer service skill. Horrible service

My food was clearly microwaved. The lettuce tomato and pickles were hotter than the burger. The poutine wasn’t a poutine the cheese curds had melted in to one big cheese blob on my poutine, I had to eat a fry and then take a bite of a cheese blob? Really? I get it’s fast food but you microwaved my entire meal. This is also not the first time. They clearly do not care about the product they give you. If you like Wendy’s I suggest driving the extra distance to a different location.

I asked for no onions as I am allergy to them they were on my buger and I was hospitalized for 3days because of this

I only go to Wendy's a couple of time a month. But everytime I do it's great. Good people, food and clean.

Its a Wendy's yea. The food was as any other location the service as any other so yes it is as you would expect from the chain but what would hold this location back from a greater rating? It was the drive through entrance. Not clearly marked or accessible from the stores own parking lot made it harder than normal to enter. If you encounter a line up during peak hours of operation you will find yourself in the roadway and blocking traffic. Sooner or later you will trade that feeling of hunger for one of embarrassment for blocking traffic of others on there limited and busy lunch hour and drive away unsatisfied. I'm not one for being a douche so that's what I did in consideration for others.

Arrived waited about 5 minutes 2 skips came and went any still no service to take our order this will be the third and last time I go there as they are to busy with skip. Went to 34 ave and 101 street good service even with the skip

Worst place ever good fry's but there burgers are not worth feeding to your dog get a baconator and it's a liter of oil and grease with it in the bag the burger comes in descusting. Won't go back every time now in three different Provences I have visited a Wendy's there burgers are not fit to eat. Oh they have good frosty to but yes that's all
