I attended the West Edmonton Mall location of Dr. Sam Dhaliwal & Associates this past weekend. I was Dr. Morley Bayer's first appointment of the day. I came to the appointment with a complaint of recent vision changes in my left eye. After introducing himself, Dr. Bayer carefully listened to my complaint and then carried out a comprehensive and thorough assessment. He took time to explain to me each part of the evaluation, why he was doing it, and what conclusions he drew from it. I was very impressed with Dr. Bayer's professionalism, thoroughness, expertise, and ability to handle a tricky case first thing in the morning. I very much appreciated that he listened to me and engaged me in a conversation about my own health. He never once made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. I have met a lot of optometrists in my life. I can't remember the last time though that I was so satisfied and impressed by one as with Dr. Bayer.

Today I went to west Edmonton eye care and I felt impressed with the professional atmosphere! Dr Khaliwal took time to explained the process to get the right scleral lenses… and Tifanny was answering all my concerns in my visit! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Thanks so much guys! I am diabetic and have some bleeding in the back of my retina. West Edmonton Eye Care calls me every few months to book an full eye exam but when I tell them I can only get a full exam every two years but I am open to get my health checked they keep telling me to wait until I am ok to do the full exam even though my eyes should be giving a health check every 6 months and have not had any done since February of 2022

The service was really great for eye appointment, everyone was friendly. Plus purchasing my eye glasses went really well and the person who help me was very pleasant.

Dr. Li was great - very thorough and explained everything to me. She was very professional but engaging and made me feel confident about the examination results. She answered my questions well and in a way I could understand them so I went away feeling totally informed and not anxious.

Angela was the assistant that did the preliminary tests and she was very professional and pleasant and respectful.

I highly recommend this eye care centre! Thank you - see you next year!

Hands down, the best eye clinic I have ever been to in my whole life and I’ll continue to be a client to this organization for many more years! The Customer service here is outstanding and they really care about you moving forward. Very genuine people who work here and that’s why I’ll always keep coming back!

I’ve been coming to this location for a little while now and it’s always a comfortable experience. Staff are friendly and patient, quick and efficient, the doctors are equally friendly and professional. I was there today and saw one of the staff at the counter interacting with one of their child patients in the waiting room making sure he felt comfortable and welcome. It was awesome to see how well she handled him. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t get into see my doctor that I had been going to for years so I thought that I would try this doctors office because it’s attached to LensCrafters and they were absolutely amazing! The customer service was out of this world! I have decided to make this, my full-time eye doctor I highly recommend them.

Very accommodating with eye exam. The doctor suggested that I get a couple more thorough exams for my blood vessels and I appreciate his care and expertise. Nice new office space too.

I went to West Ed Eye Care because my eyes were very sore after I had purchased a new pair of glasses 2 weeks ago from a different store.

That prescription was done by a different Optometrist here in Edmonton.

I was examined by Dr Emily Leung at West Edmonton Eye Care. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EYE DR I HAVE MET.

Dr. Leung found out that my previous prescription from another Optometrist, was significantly OFF.

This was the reason for my discomfort and poor vision even after picking up my brand new glasses.

BUT, the good Dr. Leung did a comprehensive eye exam and got me THE CORRECT prescription.

I can not be happier.

I wet there to get glasses for my daughter. The stuff probably Lovelyn her name helped us, she was great.we were happy.

The staff are pleasant and the optometrist who saw me explained everything that was going on as it happened. She answered all the questions I had and made what would normally be a boring errand fun and educational!

Every time I come here, every person that I encounter is always so incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped me with my dry eye, which was so bad that I couldn't even open my eyes for longer than 2 hours, but it has gotten so much better now over the months. I am so thankful for their expertise when it came to dry eye. Definitely the place to go for dry eye!

Always a super friendly experience at West Edmonton Eye Care. The optometrists and assistants are friendly, take the time to talk about eye health, and are excellent about referrals and follow-ups.

I was helped by a young female, friendly, patient and energetic sales representative when I visited this store for my prescription glasses. I can tell she was new, but I can sense her determination in helping me finding my frames and make a sale and she did!

Very bad experiences, booked an appointment in advance. Took leave and drove all the way to the clinic. 20 minutes in advance too. On reaching the front office, we are informed your appointment is cancelled. Not communicated not obligated to inform us. Took leave from job and travelled from Jasper to west edmonton mall in the midst of traffic. So unprofessional and so upsetting. If we do not arrive they will charge, but on arriving in time promptly and get denied of our booking, it is painful upsetting and unprofessional. Such a recklessly managed booking system and unprofessional front office. Here the patient rights are curtailed. We are not at the mercy of them. Will never ever forget and forgive this slap on the face. Hopeless and horrible.

We have been visiting West Edmonton Eye Care and Lens Crafters at West Edmonton Mall since 2019 and we truly appreciate how they take care of our whole family, especially, our kids. Lois have always dealt with our needs for our eye wear and the ladies at West Edmonton Eye Care have always been so kind and accommodating to us. Tiffany is one of our kid’s favorite staff, as she is so sweet and fun for them. We love Dr. Heer and Dr. Leung who have been taking care of our eye health for us these past few years. We truly recommend this wonderful place with exemplary service.

I was taken into my appointment this morning promptly and the technicians administering the various preliminary tests explained things and guided me through the process so I was prepared. My time with Dr. Dhaliwal is always good - he is knowledgeable, caring and efficient.

Love this clinic. They’re so welcoming and are always willing to accommodate. Dr Nav Pandher has got to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I have severe medical anxiety so it’s always reassuring when a doctor listens, maintains eye contact (no pun intended), and makes you feel relaxed. He is truly a genuine person with a kind heart.

Had an appointment with Dr. Pandher. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciate the time he took to help me understand what the various eye tests I had done mean and walk me through their interpretation. I had a to wait a bit for the appointment but that was my fault because I went there late. Overall it was good service and I'll be back.

I have had a great experience getting my eyes checked here. Dr. Pedersen is very thorough and addresses all my concerns. The staff are friendly and service is prompt and easy. I would highly recommend West Edmonton Eye Care!

I'm sure alot of folks have had a good experience here, However I was not as fortunate after my exam I was given two prescriptions what my eye sight might be.
Now I'm seeking another Optometrist to find out which one is which, best part is it won't be cover under insurance. Since I already used my bi yearly coverage.

The lady that helped us was really nice and if I could give a rating higher than 10 it would definitely be higher! The optometrists that did our eye exams were really nice and gave me info on laser eye surgery that I didn’t know was able to be done either!

I sustained an eye trauma many years ago and although I had my eyes checked regularly the vision he was able to provide via a specialty lens improved my vision sooo much I was in tears. It is truly amazing what he was able to do for me and I am so grateful to him and his staff.

My experience was exceptional. Covid restrictions were all met I felt safe. They were quick and on time at taking me in. They have all the high tech equipment needed to perform all the tests required. They explained all the procedures as well as answering all my questions.

Mr.peterson is a good eye doctor that takes care of my eyes and I always have a positive experience with them.

First visit to West Edmonton Eye Care and it surpassed my expectations! The entire process from booking my appointment to picking out my glasses was the best experience I have ever had in my 40 years of buying glasses. The Medical Administrative team is super professional, extremely helpful, thorough and very helpful! I was so impressed with them and I am hard to please! Dr Pandher was AMAZING! He answered all my questions and provided new information which is extremely helpful. He is brilliant! Next I stopped in at Lenscrafters and was helped by Lois and Daniel. They were awesome! Professional help and great products at a very good price. They use the most up-to-date technology to get everything perfect Did I say I was impressed!? I can't wait to get my new glasses! I could not be happier!

The staff are fabulous! They managed me and my 3 kids expertly and respectfully even with all the Covid restrictions in place. Our optometrist is wonderful with my young kids, he really knows how to communicate with them and help them relax and be engaged in the exam. Thank you west Ed eye care team!

The amazing staff is consistently friendly, professional and helpful. Very wheelchair friendly which is great! They have all the most up to date equipment for testing your eyes and the doctor shows you the results on the computer in the examining room. I saw Dr. Dhaliwal this time and really appreciate that he took the time to go over everything and explain and answer questions. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed like I have experienced in other places. Absolutely recommend you make this your regular clinic. Worth the drive even if you don't live in the west end. Another great service is their booking reminder 3 weeks prior and a day before the appointment - life gets busy and this helps me remember! I also like it is located in the upper level of West Edmonton mall where parking is easier and I can do some shopping while I am there. I appreciate their care to keep customers safe during COVID - I see them constantly sanitizing everywhere people have touched so I feel safer.

Great, convenient location. Techs, doctors, and sales floor staff are all super charismatic and helpful. I only really go to the optometrist’s once in a blue moon and when I need new glasses, I will be returning here, 100%.

West Edmonton eye clinic is awesome. They have great, state of the art machines for checking our eyes, the staff are friendly & efficient & the eye doctor is great - friendly, knowledgeable, caring & gives good advice

This was the best eye exam experience I've ever had. Pleasant, professional, and my doctor didn't make me feel like I was being rushed on a conveyer belt. In fact, though I had asked him quite a few questions, before he finished up with me to leave the room he asked if I had any more questions which is a sign that he genuinely cares and is a consummate professional. Front desk and all other staff were also great as always.

This was my first experience at this clinic. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to go.
