I ordered a dining table in October, they told me it would be here in November. I called customer service and they said it should arrive in December. I obtained a notification saying they will be delivering today. AMJ delivery called me and they have my order mixed up with someone else’s name. Its impossible to get an answer from both.
Customer service keeps giving me the run around telling me to call AMJ delivery services, they were called and they told me to call west elm customer service. Don’t bother buying something from west elm to be delivered.

Great Customer Experience. The Cozy Swivel Chair helped me get through exams this year. Even cozier than expected and it came right on schedule.

I’m a big fan of this place. I really enjoy their modern style and.the flea section, haha. I find their employees very friendly! I recommend this place even just for a quick visit.

Do not order from West Elm. Their "customer service" is a joke. Was their supply chain this broken before the pandemic? Because it really is now. Did I mention the "customer service? "

Worst customer service ever, Avoid west elm at all cost. You will never see your furniture and when you try to cancel it and ask for a refund they will charge you $300 shipping fee because it was supposed to be delivered in a day or two. But guess what, you will never receive shipping notifications because it was never shipped. I bet there main source of revenue is shipping costs for undelivered furniture which is most likely a scam.
When you call their customer service, I am pretty sure it is only a one person department and its in the united states (very rude). I dealt with Danielle (I think its one lady that keeps changing her name every time you call), Danielle is the mother of worst customer service agents. She was appointed by the devil herself. She hung up on me 4 times and when I asked to speak with the manager because she was so rude and refused to help. She just let the phone sit there for 28 minutes hoping for me to hang up. Never ever buying anything from here.

Order a product on July 3rd, never arrived. Asked for a refund end of August, no refund given. It's almost the end of October, no order, no refund.
