Booked appointment with the service department saying they would call me the next day to provide quote. They did not call. I called back day before my appointment to confirm and the booking had "disappeared" with no trace and that they have been having problems with the system. I would avoid getting service done at this location for fear of your appointment disappearing. They did offer me to come in for the appointment at the time of booking but I felt they were rude, dismissive so I will work with a company who has individuals with compassion and understanding.

My mom went into West end Nissan to service her Murano, she spoke to James and ended up trading up and getting a 2023 Qashqai. The customer service provided by James, John, Camielle, and Marshall were fantastic. They also didnt pressure us and make us feel uncomfortable as most dealerships do. 10/10 would reccomend anyone intrested in purchasing a Nissan to go to the West end location and speak to James.

I bought a Nissan Versa online sight unseen from Stadium Nissan in Calgary. I live in Spruce Grove so the car was delivered to me, when the car got here it had the ABS light and traction control light on. I took it to West End Nissan where they addressed my issue and kept me informed of what was going on with the car.unlike the other dealership that makes promises but never follows through.
West End Nissan is very professional and I highly recommend this dealership. Good job guys!

Want to give a minus if I could. I brought a brand new car from them.
1. They charge me $30000 extra than the price they told me before. And they even blame you are the one that misunderstood
2. I hit the wheel hub and go to them to see if my warranty(I even paid extra for cover me more)will cover it. My salesperson said it will cover for sure,they took some pictures and let me wait until they call me. I wait for a month and nobody get in touch,so I called them. They suddenly said my warranty will not cover it,the fee for fix a wheel hub(just some painting)is $400. I go to a random repair shop they just ask me for $50. Haha STAY AWAY FROM THEM! no trust at all.

If there was anything less than 1 star, i would have given that. I dropped my car for service at 10 am today. The agent said that my car will be ready for pickup in a couple of hours. We didn't receive any call after 3 -4 hours. We called to know the status and they said they are still working.
We called after 7 and half hours and I was on hold for 25 mins only to know that the advisor is very busy and I can't talk to her. When I insisted that I will not hangup unless I speak with the advisor Amanda Hart.
She finally picked up and said that my car is ready for pickup. They sent the uber at 5.58 pm. That's 8 hours.
When I got my car I saw that they haven't even reset my oil and filter change screen. When I asked the agent, she asked me to come tomorrow to get it reset.
After spending 8 hours, why do I need to go back again to get it reset. Shouldn't they have done it already? We had some questions about the key battery level and they didn't provide any information on that either. When we asked about the bill, the agent did provide any information.

Good morning everyone! Just here visiting the new location taking my Nissan Micra for winter swap and from break pads change. Customer service it's just ok and they also got free internet connection, but it loos like a ghost router and also wanted a coffee, but not much of complementary selection, hope you have a better impression. Definitely I will give a feedback after my car it's done and a follow up. Wonderful weekend everyone ️.

Had the absolute best customer service from Joy and Jason at West End Nissan, they went above and beyond in order to help me find exactly what I wanted in such a short period of time.

During a period where new vehicles are slim pickins’ they not only found me my 2022 Platinum Rogue, they did everything virtually as I live 3 hours away and wanted the make as few trips as possible due to insane gas prices. Thanks again for everything.

Not helpful at all, service dep was unsatisfactory, poor experience.drove out of my way to get service done, notified it would take up to 4-6 weeks for parts to be ordered, and was still charged given my circumstance. After speaking with another dealership. I got parts ordered right away and only took 2 DAYS for delivery.

We finally got our car back. Service manager was full of apologies for lack of communication and honored a 20% off discount that discount that we had from our previous dealer. I will increase my one star to 3.5 stars

I booked a service appointment for an oil change and to have my tire valve caps removed as they had fused on. After waiting 2 hrs I went to the desk and was told they were just checking the valve caps. 20 mins it should be ready. An hour later I went for a walk to stretch and my car was parked outside. No one called me. Waited another 10 minutes at the desk before I was helped. Staff was very nice but told me the caps won't come off I need to replace all 4. They have sensors so not a cheap endeavor.

Went I got in my car it was hot from sitting in the sun. Wondered how long I sat in the waiting room with my car done?

Got home. Goggled how to remove fused aluminum valve caps. Numerous video's popped up. Took me, a lady at 50 and crippled up, a dremel with grinding wheel, pair of pliers and vice grips under half an hour to remove all 4 caps.

My confidence in the service department is gone. With 5 more pre-purchased oil changes I guess I will try another dealership hopefully with mechanics who are a little more competent. Unless it was just to charge me hundreds for stuck valve caps? Either way very disappointing.

I am finally done dealing with these guys. Every time we bring in a vehicle there is some kind of issue. From the invoice being 50% more from the quote to the work simply not being done. This time our NV2500 was brought in for a simple flat repair on the winter tires amend swap to summer tires. The flat did not get repaired so now that they have swapped the tire my low pressure light is stuck on. I’m positive when we bring it back they are going to say “oh no that’s not the problem you need a new sensor”. Even if that was the case then why weren’t we informed before we picked it up with a low pressure light? In case management cares at all about this review the file is under Petra Sekhon. Have a look, wed own three vehicles with you and we will now be taking our business elsewhere as we are tired of being disappointed. (No pun intended)
Think twice before buying here unless you choose to get service done elsewhere.

I have just purchased my second Altima from West End Nissan.
My salesperson is Jordan Kortbeek a very knowledgeable young man, who went out of his way to make sure I knew everything about the new Altima that there was to know especially the new features for the 2022 car.
I had a trade in with money still owing on the vehicle.
I explained the situation to Jordan that I wanted to purchase a new Altima, trade my existing vehicle in, and have my loan for my existing vehicle paid out by West End Nissan.
Jordan arranged the above transactions and I ended up with my new Altima with money to spare.
There was no pressure throughout my dealings with Jordan and overall I am very happy with the outcome.
I would say that West End Nissan is an excellent dealership, customer oriented and that Jordan Kortbeek is atop notch salesman.

It’s a long text, but read it before closing a deal with this company:

When we bought our pre-owned Rogue from them 3 years ago, we were happy with the service and support from the team and - to be fair - the car was great and served us well during these 3 last years.

Unfortunately, all that good experience turned to a horrible one after all this time, when we needed support and no one could fix the issue, even though the problem we had is the fault of this dealership itself.

They sold us a vehicle with a pending lien, meaning the previous owner’s lien wasn’t properly cleared with the financial institution when she traded the car in for her new vehicle. In fact, we don’t even know how we managed to register it, since we didn’t pay or clear this lien ourselves (we didn’t even know about its existence) - which shows us that there is something very shady behind this process altogether.

We found out about the lien on this vehicle when we sold it privately to someone else, 5-6 weeks ago. The buyer then called us infuriated, because he was unable to register the vehicle due this lien. This created a huge problem for us, including a stain on our image of honest people. We called West End Nissan and other than giving us some data about the lien per se, nothing else was done to solve the problem. The person who served us over the phone quickly told us that it was the bank’s fault, not theirs, which is illogical since the lien document stated that it was active before we bought the car (they refused to help even after rechecking our bill of sale, which is stating that the car was bought out on cash, and no liens were active on that vehicle.so they knew about it and were supposed to clear it themselves).

We had to miss a day of work to be able to go to an ATB branch and beg the manager to help us, as we don’t bank with them. He helped us to solve the problem, but the previous owner of that car wasn’t cooperating to release the documentation so we could prove to the new buyer that the car was then cleared to be registered.

We then called West End Nissan AGAIN, begging them to help us to, AT THE VERY LEAST, contact the previous owner and ask her to answer the bank calls and emails, and to authorize the release of documents (we didn’t have access to her contact info, but West End Nissan did, and they also have legal permission to contact any of their clients or former clients). They told us “We’ll see what we can do” and have never contacted us back.

This all took 3 weeks to resolve - a lot of tension involved, financial loss because we had to miss work and pay for the registry reports, out of our pockets. Lucky for us we weren’t reported for fraud by the new buyer, who was patient and cooperative.

When people decide to buy a car from a dealership, it’s not because of the price (cars are way more expensive in dealerships and customers must pay GST and other unreasonable fees). People choose to buy a car from a dealership because of the supposed guarantees that the vehicle is in good condition and all other buying/selling processes will be handled for you. This situation would have been resolved without further dissatisfaction from us if they had at least tried harder to support us fixing the problem they created (telling us the lien info wasn’t enough). Not even a follow-up call was made to us, checking if the problem was solved and offering further support/compensation for the inconvenience.

Our review is to alert future buyers so that they don’t fall into the same trap we did. If you’re buying from them, we advise you to at least do a search in a registry office for the car’s VIN and make sure the car is cleared. We’ll never do business with them again and we will advocate against them for everyone we know from now on. From West End Nissan we don’t even expect a response to this review. We’ll file a formal complaint with AMVIC and, if possible (we’re still waiting for our lawyer to contact us back), we will study legal action against them.

Went in for my second service on my new vehicle. Service staff was very helpful and the overall service of the vehicle was very timely. Service Items were noted in an estimate of things that will be coming up in the near future. This was explained to me very well as well as the cost.

Service cost is too expensive compared to North Side Nissan. I had my 48K service package for my 2020 Nissan Rogue done at West End Nissan in November this year. It costed me $796.28 including tax (oil change excluded)

I came to North Side Nissan today and the same package excluding oil change is $575.04 including tax. There is also an AWD service that I need to do. It costs $348 at West End Nissan whereas its only $199 at Northside Nissan.

These guys rip you off your money. I have a lot of friends who lives in the west side and goes to these guys for their service. I will ask all of them go to North side Nissan from now on (just a lill bit of extra driving is better than paying that much of extra dollars).

Team, you have lost at least 15 customers (myself and the friends who I know)

The mechanics that work here didn't do a professional job. They didn't install the glove box properly so I had to fix it myself. And the wires they put together was put together with electrical tape and looked like a kid did it. They really need to hire more experienced mechanics.

West End Nissan has amazing staff! Ray and Anthony are accommodating, knowledgeable and actually care about everyone that walks through their doors whether you buy a vehicle from them or not. Hands down…THE BEST service I’ve had with any car company. They make you feel welcome throughout the whole process. These guys know their cars in and out and are more than willing to bend over backwards so you get what you want! I HIGHLY recommend visiting these guys for your next car whether you already drive a Nissan or are looking for something new!

On top of their service coming from a traditional domestic car market Nissan surprised me! Nice cars, great options, great prices and a smooth ride.

I had a great experience with West End Nissan!
Shawn was the sales manager who assisted with my purchase. This was my first brand new car and Shawn made the experience fun and stress free. When I shared I had a strict budget, Shawn and his manager presented a variety of options to best suit my needs. Shawn is very upbeat which gets you more excited to purchase a car.
One of the impressive things he said was that the service from West End Nissan does not end when the purchase is done. He held true to this by following up with me even after I had picked up the car.
I would 100% recommend using this dealership and using Shawn as the sales manager.

The only reason I’m giving this dealership 3 stars is the manager. He was quite rude, condescending and appeared arrogant. He could definitely learn a thing or two from his sales associates. We ended up purchasing our new vehicle from the Leduc Nissan simply because of how rude the manager was. We feel bad because the sales associates were so kind and helpful.

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Ray Singh of West End Nissan, who assisted us in buying our new 2021 Nissan Sentra SV car.

Ray was extremely professional, asked the right questions, understood our needs, presented us with several options based on our criteria, and was very frank in explaining what is possible and impossible within our budget.

Ray went above and beyond his normal call of duty to communicate with us promptly and stayed to the point. He was extremely patient and never pressured us to make a decision. The best part is that he stayed in touch with us the entire time (about a week), which made the experience even better. Ray is very passionate about his work, and his body language reflects that.

When we went to pick up our car, Mr. Singh went over all the details until we felt comfortable driving our new car home. We highly recommend Mr. Ray Singh if you are planning to buy a vehicle at West End Nissan.

That was my original 5* review that I wrote when I was in the process of purchasing and delined the first vehicle.

Unfortunately I didnt have an acceptable finance experience as the pushy Manager called me into the dealership without telling me any figures, when I clearly asked for transparency of the numbers over the phone (typical dealership tactic)

When I got there the numbers were way higher than I expected, which was fine due to Balance owing on my vehicle, negative equity and credit conditions.

I found the price to be decent and just wanted to sleep on it and have a proper discussion with my wife who was at home with the kids at the time. Just because it is a huge financial commitment and I wanted to be 100% sure before signing anything.

When I returned to the dealership after my test drive the finance manager did not like me asking for 24 hours to think about it.

He ripped the papers right in front of my face in the middle of the dealership and walked off.

Its definitely unacceptable maybe it was because of the way that I looked?

I'm sure that he does not treat 1% of his customers like that.

If there was a zero out of five option then I would probably rate it at a zero. Or -5.

They pretended like they had to go through loops and holes to get the vehicle that I wanted. Unfortunately the vehicle was just across the street at their sister Dodge Chrysler dealership.

It's been a year since the incident happened and I just thought that it would be right for me to share my true experience. An apology from the Manager was ok and I didn't want the guy to get fired as he was probably hating his life/job and needed mental support.

Although I am an understanding person, I cannot tolerate this behaviour. I may me an African, Muslim whatever made him do that.

I am an Honorable person with a rich culture, family background and blessed with a beautiful family.

I haven't purchased a car here but the dealer I had (Ken Donnelly) was phenomenal and was super kind even though I was 10 minutes late for a test drive. I appreciate salespeople that are friendly and understanding with customers rather than those where you feel like if you don't buy their car right now they're gonna pull a switchblade on you.

If you're interested in a Nissan, this is the dealership to go to.

I strongly don't recommend this dealership. They make false commitments and run your credit without informing you. They will send your applications to multiple banks without informing you. On my visit to their dealership, I told sales rep and the finance guy NOT to send my applications to multiple banks without taking my consent and they promised me it will not happen without discussing with me. They have spoiled my credit score by sending my application to multiple banks without any verbal or written consent from me. When I tried to speak to their Manager on this, he didn't come over to talk to me. A bunch of unprofessional people. Highly disappointed.

Bought a BMW M4 from Ray. He was very helpful I was in from out of town and he sent me extensive information about the car including in- depth videos. When I came down the dealership had wonderful staff and an amazing environment. Jason the finance manager was also amazing and a great guy. I was interested in the new 2021 Rogue Platinum. Brennan Quintin quickly followed up with me and also sent a video introducing himself and showing me the showroom. He worked with my schedule to come in for a test drive. On that day, the vehicle was ready out front and warmed up. Brennan is very knowledgeable about what he does. When if came time to make a deal there was no pressure. Once I made my decision, the finance team of Jason and Nick were awesome in making the process an enjoyable one. My experience with Brennan was individual and unique. He is very personable and great to work with. The day I picked up my Rogue, he walked me through all the features. After my purchase, he followed up with me to see how I was doing with my new ride.

I don’t think we will ever go there again. They don’t know how to treat walk-in customers. Not recommended

After I had a bad experience with LA nissan in Leduc when they asked me to drive from edmonton and they will give me the right price for my 2013 nissan armada platinum they end up offering me 10k$ less than my car worth and then after tow weeks I had a call from shown at west end nissan so I went there today looking to sell or trade my 2013 nissan armada platinum and I found the different between the professional guys in dealing with the people and the non professional guys shown and his manger offered me the fair price and they were very nice.

I live 5 hours away and was unsure how a long distance used car purchase would go, but it was immediately evident that I was in good hands. Jordan (sales) quickly answered all my (many) questions and even provided me with videos so I felt confident making my purchase. He is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and truly someone who goes out of his way to make his customers happy. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and comfortable and answered my questions quickly. When it was time to pass me along to other departments such as financing or delivery, he kept in touch the entire time to make sure things were running smoothly. Jason and Nick in the finance department were great and were able to offer me a competitive rate. I would highly recommend working with Jordan and the West End Nissan crew, even if you are not residing in Edmonton! I’m now driving my new car and couldn’t be happier!

I recently bought my very first car from here and Brennan made it super simple for me! I live in a different town so my parents went to look at the car for me and Brennan explained everything so clearly to them to and to me to make me feel comfortable about buying the car without being able to drive it myself. I’m very happy with how smoothly everything went over and Brennan was awesome at checking in with me afterwards and answering any questions I had!

Went to West End Nissan - Service Center yesterday to have my third party 600Watts power inverter fixed. Service advisor called my Elements card company for approval of the expense and got the approval. Service advisor said they can check and may be able to fixed it. Went home rode a uber paid $20. After about 6hrs of waiting at home got a call from Service advisor and told me that my third party 600Watts power inverter is fixed and was told that it was a fused bulb that was fried. I was also informed on that call that they also provided maintenance (oil change, etc.) on my vechicle already which I did not request because I always bring my vehicle to Kaltire and it is not due for maintenance yet Kaltire's next maintenance is due when the mileage would reach 65,500+Kms but the current mileage reading is still 64,461kms. Rode uber and paid uber another $20. Arrived back at West End Nissan - Service Center to pickup the vehicle. Found on a 4-pager official invoice shows my elements card was charged of $330 diagnostic charge for fixing a 12V plugin outlet/port that they claim that is busted. And charged $300+ for the maintenance (change oil, etc).

I was dishearthened because I spent $40 (Uber ride) extra for a service that I did not request. My elements card got charged for $330 diagnostics to fix a 12v plugin outlet/port that may not even be busted. Wasted my day waiting for a fix that I was expecting and did not got the fix. My 600Watts Power Inverter still won't turn ON. They had me signed the invoice so they can release my keys and get my vehicle back.

At the end of the day, I thought maybe they just need to extract the juice of each customers they find to keep their fake business going without feeling what the customer will feel after all the things they have done.

I just wanted their help to fix my 600Watts power intverter if they can so I can use my hair dryer/blower again so I can warm up my boots when I work on the road/field on this extreme weather (-35°C) days.

Extremely dissatisfied/disappointed for the horrible service I have experience. It came to a point, I was standing in front of the service advisor and the tech, where I almost have to say I'm sorry for bringing my vehicle here. Very unlikely.

P. S.last year when covid19 first snapped I have decided not to bring my brand new 2015 nissan sentra for service anymore due to a bad experience. Never missed any payments to Nissan finance nor missed any service/maintenance even if I consider myself a valued customer I still got bad experience from them. Now I have decided not to bring this other vehicle here anymore for anything too.

Needed some work done on my car, and I have little to zero experience so came in not knowing what plan of action to take. Kimberly was helpful, kind, and helped me understand everything I needed to know. Would recommend!

I just purchased a new Murano from West End Nissan and was very satisfied with my experience. I came in just to see what they would give me to purchase my old Murano. I told them I wasn't going to purchase a new vehicle unless I brought someone in with me as I wasn't confident purchasing a vehicle by myself as I am a women and my husband has always done the car purchases in the past.
They did not pressure me at all and explained all the upgrades the new Murano had compared to mine. Then they gave me a really good deal on the 2020 model with winter tires which is important at this time of year. Overall, I love my new vehicle, felt I wasn't taken advantage of and now have a new vehicle which I purchased by myself and received a fair price for my old Murano. The staff made it an easy and hassle free process.

Great customer service. Ray was a great resource for getting all the info I needed about the used Explorer I was interested in. Ray went above and beyond what I expected. He drove the vehicle I was interested in to me since I was unable to get to the dealership. Once I signed for the vehicle, Jason got me a great finance rate. Ray and the rest of the staff at West End Nissan made sure the vehicle was 100% before I picked it up and even offered a loaner vehicle while they fixed any issues the explorer had. If you are looking for a no hassle, nothing hidden vehicle buying experience, head to West end Nissan and ask for Ray!

Just purchased a new vehicle here and I was extremely happy with the customer service offered at West End Nissan.

The Salesperson I worked with Brennan, was great. He kept in touch, answered all of my questions quickly and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything. He also made sure I knew everything about my new vehicle before leaving, gave me a tour of the location and made my first service appointment for me.

The finance guy that worked on my file Jason, must be a wizard because he pulled together a better deal than I thought was possible for me super quickly, I am very greatful and impressed by what he was able to do. His colleague Nick was also very helpful in getting everything set up for me while he was off.

I highly recommend West End Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I was in the market for an SUV in early December 2020, I had prompt customer service from Brennan as soon as I inquired online via West End Nissan.
