I went to this guy to get my cowboy boots filled. He messed up 1 of my boots. When I went back to him to re-fix my boot that he messed up on. Now he denies touching my boots, and I even paid him $40 to fix the heal of my boot.ive also been told by another boot man that he's not a nice boot man to touch any of your foot wear. So dont waste your time and money on this jocky

Took my Birks here to get them resoled. The gentleman was incredibly nice and did a great job repairing them.

A terrible experience! Quoted a price at time of drop off, then told a higher price. Told us he did more, but then he started gluing and saying he did such a good job. One week later the seams are coming apart. Will not return for anything else. Beware!

The owner is a wonderful gentleman. Service with a smile and a sweet word. He sorted us out quickly and at an amazing price! He made our day!

Excellent Service. The owner is very funny and welcoming. Superior workmanship on the new zipper for a boot. Highly recommend this shop.
