Sam was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Very Smooth transaction and very helpful staff made my first car buying experience easy. I am proud owner of new RVR 2023, Super happy and excited!

Was a great experience. Super professional and courteous. I came in looking for a new family car and Sam Deokate came through with a beautiful miitsubishi outlander 2023. This car was beyond exceptional and was a better bargain than anything else I could find in edmonton even compared to vehicles in the used market. 10 out 10 in my opinions and will be a repeat customer sure.

As for financing person worst experience I had in buying vehicles in 30 years.
Needs too find new job.
Because off finance person I walked away and went too different dealership.

Don't go to this place to buy a vehicle. We went there as my wife wanted a new red eclipse cross. First they said they didn't have one in stock but would be getting one in a week. So I put down a down payment of $5000 to get it. Then they contacted us and told us they only had a demo available with 8000 km on it. My wife asked how long it would take them to get a new one as we were willing to wait for a couple of weeks and they said we'd have to wait until next year. They said the demo one was the only one they could get. We didn't want their used vehicle and couldn't wait for a year. So we told them that the deal was off and we then purchased a car at another dealer. Now they say they have a new red one and are trying to force us to buy it and that I will lose my deposit if we don't buy it from them.

If you’re looking to buy a car I highly recommend go see Ron, he’s very detailed when it comes to explaining everything. I’m on a very tight budget and he helped me reach that budget, talked to the manager several times and negotiate with it. Ron also arranged to pick me up as I don’t have a ride to go see the cars I wanted to test drive. The transaction ran so smoothly and was really explained well, before I sign anything Ron explained and went through it several times so I won’t miss any details and really understood all the numbers. Ron also guided me when it comes to the Finance department, Taryn was very thorough when it comes to explaining all the added cost I might have on the car, unfortunately the budget was tight so didn’t get anything added to my weekly payment. It was a very pleasing transaction and was very happy to the car I’m driving now.

Worst customer service ever! Would never ever ever ever EVER recommend this dealership to anybody! They have no sympathy for there customers what so ever!
Unbelievable! Brand new 2022 outlander.nothing but trouble since we had it! Already 2 recalls had to pay our own gas to bring it in. NOW we have a gas leak. Had to call roadside assistance to take it in since we are from out of town. Was told oh yeah! They were gonna help us out. Get us a new vehicle because we sure in the hell dont want this one only to find out.no vehicle.no loaners available. Hubby is literally stuck at mitsubishi with no way to get home and no one can drive him because they are short staffed! Lol! What a joke they are! DONT BUY MITSUBISHI Period!

We were met by the manager, who was nice and knowledgeable to be honest, then he handed us to Christina, a salesperson who doesnt know anything about the products she is selling, cannot asnwer any questions about the cars, but she talks so much all the time asking personal questions, talking about her personal matters and feelings, even during the test drive not even giving you the chance to look closely on the car, ask questions about the car or even focus to see how your ride feels. We were trying to be polite but honestly she made the experience horrible. I suggest educating her about the products, about professional manners, about time to keep quite to let client look at cars, because its a car not a pair of pants.

Had the worst experience here and I want anyone who reads this to at least be prepared if they purchase a vehicle here. The employees were decent and the process of test driving and viewing vehicles was straightforward. The big problem we had were the tactics they use to sell and add extra things we didn't need for our vehicle.

The salesperson will say "let me ask my manager" and say that they really want your business and will add "x to your purchase". Everything they offer to add they charge you for without clearly stating. The worst part was getting to the finance manager who adds a bunch of extra charges without telling us they are optional. We had to fight and face pressure tactics to get these optional warranties and upgrades removed before we even got to signing anything. On top of that alot of things were promised to us that weren't followed through on and our vehicle was not inspected like we were told. To be frank they were purposely dishonest. I think that it's disgusting how they operate and I didn't want to believe the stereotype of shady car sales people but unfortunately that was our experience here.

We hope anyone new to buying a vehicle from a dealership can be better prepared then we were and I want to say that there are good dealerships and sale people out there. This was unfortunately the worst retail experience I have ever had.

Worst vehicle buying experience i have ever had. No return calls when stated. Get yelled at by the manager for calling when I was asked too. I will never return for service or anything of any kind. When i asked about oil changes or anything too add he told me he cant be held hostage buy it or dont. My last vehicle, I bought else where, i got life time changes and an iPad and a hand shake saying thank you for your purchase. This place had me in tears and I wish I had never walked in their doors! North Side only!

Very dishonest dealership they were lying about their numbers. And once they figure out that we have some iq and understand numbers the sells person was mad and rude at us and the only think that they care is money.

Taryn and Christina were absolutely amazing to deal with! They made my car shopping experience easy (no pressure at all) and enjoyable. They were Kind, knowledgeable, and really made me feel welcomed and part of the family.
Would highly recommend these ladies and this dealership - you can't go wrong here!

THE SALESMAN SAID & I EVEN LET HIM PUT IT IN WRTING THAT HE WILL RETURN OUR 1,000$ DEPOSIT. HE NEVER DID. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM & DISCOURAGE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM.

I had gone here to buy a used car.dealership quoted me 19 % financing for a used car.i found out my bank would charge 6%. The deal fell through due to the fact that the car is a 2015 and is too old.i asked Ronald if financing fell through if I would get my refund back.he texted yes.they have now kept my 500 $ I'm stuck at 19 % financing if I want it and no car.i will never go back ever again.i really feel like I got the shaft

My husband and I went to this auto dealership on Saturday early morning and worked with salesman Simon and Manager Erin; asked to have vehicle by Monday and by Saturday afternoon Taryn from Finance called us to get our details on her day off. Today is Monday and we have our vehicle, also the detailing staff. All staff was efficient and very organized; thank you so much.

Said it’s not their responsibility to fix anything that not safety or mechanical issues
