I brought in a pair of golf shoes that were giving me blisters on my heels. He stretched them for me and now they are much better.

My experience with service has been good over the years. Expect most repairs to take a week or so. Bring cash or debit card. Does not take credit cards.

This place is great to get your shoes or boots fixed in good time, been here several times last time was to get my shoes stretched they fit perfect!

I have had these suede boots for 10 years and love them. I was so disappointed to get a 2" tear, just below the zipper, from using my toes to pull them off. I asked this cobbler to put a 2" oval of suede or whatever he thought would work, and to make both boots match. This was his solution and I LOVE IT! I think I'll get another 10 years out of them.

I took in 3 pairs of shoes. Two pairs needed the toes fixed & the last pair was brand new but needed to be widened. All 3 pairs turned out fabulous! I would highly recommend Westbrook Shoe repair!

I just got my boots back after a week of waiting and one pair is worse then when they went in. The other was a half finished job. I’m beyond upset and would not recommend this business to anyone!

Brought in my hubbie's laptop strap to get fixed and the hardware was identically matched to the other hardware on the strap. Great work! Will be back to fix other items!

Before throwing anything out or replacing bring it here and there will be new life added back into it ️

These guys fixed my leather jacket, hiking boots and briefcase brilliantly. Highly recommended.

I got the frame of the toe of my hiking boot repaired here, I didn't know if it could even be fixed but they did it and at a great price! Had it ready to go out the next weekend

Great results for a great price. Replaced the rubber heel of my Canada West leather boots, repaired the areas that had become damaged on the wooden heel block and re-stained the heel block. Finished everything in 3 days for only $30! Boots look like they are brand new.

I just went to this place and ask for pricing, I just needed the heels of my boots to be painted black just because of the use, the color faded away. I was shocked by the price they told me: $25!

Ran away as fast as I can, then went to another shoe repair store in downtown and they offered me repairing the boots for $12! Less than half of their price!

I think they over charge! Watch out for your money when going there.

My favourite boots were repaired beautifully, on time, and with a deft hand. I miss going to these types of shops where the staff and owners have a real knowledge of their services/products and are dedicated to quality, not just the bottom line.

Best prices in town! Great service great work. You would be crazy to go anywhere else in the city for shoe repairs.

Had a tear in my leather jacket that needed repairs. When I picked it up, both of us took a full 60 seconds to actually figure out where the tear used to be. You couldn't tell it was damaged at all unless you looked at it really closely.

Service is very no-nonsense and straight to the point. Very happy with the results.

Brought a wallet in that needed a clasp fixed and rather than replace it for a charge he gave it a quick fix free of charge. Will go back again in the future!
