Westcreek Auto Wash

Every time I go here, there is never any staff around. One morning, I went and pain for the drive-through carwash, and it took my money, and the door wouldn't open for me. I gave up after calling periodically for 2 weeks and leaving a voice mail with no responce.

Today, I went in the Self Wash station, and again, as per usual, im charged for wax, but no wax comes out. Again cannot be addressed cause staff is absent.

Coin Vending machine is inside which helps. Very clean place compared to other car wash. I wish there were more bays as it gets crowned quite a few times.

50 minutes after their started open time and the bays still aren't open. Open signs on the bay side and exit side are lit up but the pylons are still in front of the bays.

Poorest excuse of a car wash in the province.half the time the bays are closed due to broken down equipment, doors broken, auto car wash is hardly ever open because it's broken down. Unfortunately the only one in Chestermere.if there was others I am sure they would be forced to sell it, because nobody would use this one!

No separate bays, water mist is all over the place. Time intervals are set very short, makes washing the vehicle very expensive. Wash setting panels sometimes don't work or stations are out off order. Wanted to clean vehicle today and went through with still a dirty car. Last time I stopped at that place. Waste of time and money this place.

They desperately need to renovate the place. It’s so old, sometimes the machines don’t work and then when I go to look for an employee for help there’s no one there.

One time I literally walked all the way to the back into the employee only area, was opening all the doors trying to find an employee for help and no one was there?

18 dollar deluxe wash isn't worth 1 dollar. Didn't even remove the dust on the hood of my truck plus the air dry tubes don't move to dry all of your vehicle. The place is clapped out!

Run down, no care by the owner for the service he is offering. Garbage everywhere on the property, spray hose drips hot water on your hand and isn’t long enough to reach around your entire vehicle. They don’t deserve your money!

Wand wash is alright, good pressure. Could easily spend over $10 for a soap, rinse, and spot free.
Auto wash seems to be out of soap most times I've used it.

Went for a drive through car wash but it was closed for maintenance I believe. As I was leaving the young man working came out to let me know it was now open. The gate was having some trouble opening and he went above and beyond trying to get the gate to work which it finally did. It was getting cold but he even checked a few times to ensure everything was running smoothly.

It's a solid wand wash place as far and convenience goes. About the only place in Chestermere.

The physical structure is a bit run down and offers no frills. Doors are a bit beat-up and are non functioning every once in a while.

I love that they accept tap on credit for payment. There is a minimum charge but if you are doing anything other than a rinse that will not be a problem.

My biggest gripe is that the stalls all take two cars. When the car at the far end is done, there is pressure for you to start you car and continue washing at the other stall. Or keep the line outside waiting. Similarly if the car at the far end is doing a very thorough wash and you are just doing a rinse, you will be waiting for them to finish before you can get out.

Total rip off.i was stupid enough to use my credit card. $5 wash cost me $25. Previous 8$ wash cost me $15. What gives? Not supporting this local business anymore until this issue is resolved.

Not sure if it's the location, or possibly the patrons here, but this car was is the most inefficient car wash I've ever been to. Guaranteed everytime my husband or I come here, we wait over 10 minutes to get into a bay. Sometimes we wait, sometimes we don't. The quality of the wash is fine, but its simply not worth the wait that is here most times. It also feels like almost everything in this car wash is broken, almost broken, or just extremely run down. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is the dog wash inside is very good.

Paid $14 for a wash and my car was still very dirty. No one we could talk to, my husband and I called the number on thr recipt multiple times, no one answered, we left bunch messages, no one ever called us back. The car wash sucks and the service is horrible! Not going there again! They charge more than Petrol Canada, and wash and service both are worse than Petrol Canada.

Very poorly maintained car wash, at times dirty and overhead hoses are leaking on top of the person using the nozzle.

The change machine stole my money! Nobody on site and phone number goes to voicemail. Based on the reviews I probably will never get reimbursed so here is your warning: beware the change machine on-site! I left some sticky notes to warn others but owner will probably take down.

Small cars using the truck bay when car bays are available. You need to ensure these people understand the difference.
I can spend 500 plus a month at this car wash but don't because of selfish self-centered people like this who are hurting your business with they're behavior.

On to the next wash for me.they get my $$$
