Very very poor service. Doctor is not there if you have an emergency as we had with kid. I would put 0 stars but no option like this.

Dr.lamin took good care of me when my family doctor ignored me and did give me an appointment for prenatal.i am very please to have seen the doctor at this clinic and feel that he really cares to listen to your concerns

What an amazing service and great attitude. Just took my son there for the first time, i will be bringing my family there all the time.

Wonderful clinic. My first visit (& definitely won’t be my last). Su at reception was friendly, caring, helpful, and super organized, on what was a busy Sunday at the clinic … and Dr. Lamin was great too.

I had high blood pressure and Dr.even didn’t check my blood pressure. I requested for blood test which he referred me to Dynalab but never replied me about my test results.

I booked an appointment two weeks prior. I showed up to my appointment and the front receptionist told me the doctors are not taking new patients. Talk about unprofessional.

My 13 yr old was very sick and we couldn’t find a walk in clinic with space to see her. We called and spoke to a wonderful woman, Su, who made space for us even though they were fully booked. The clinic was very pleasant and we saw a doctor in very little time. Thank you for helping my daughter and being so friendly! Thanks for going the extra mile Su!

Happy and proud to revisit my review now it's the year 2022 October, and my whole family and I remain in this Clinic under the care of DR. REDA LAMIN and lovely ladies like SUE and other others. We are so happy that Dr.lamin is still in the clinic as many Doctors have left or changed their locations. Dr.lamin is like a family to us and no single complaint about this amazing Doctor providing quality service and care to us. We are so happy that we found an amazing Doctor like Dr.lamin. Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful concern regarding our health and for providing me and the whole family with excellent medical and physical care. We are most grateful for your kindness whenever I see you. To SUE, gratitude is beyond words to have met this lovely lady who is so passionate and caring and one of the best! 2 years ago was my last review in this clinic and I would still give a score of 5/5 or more if I have an option. Some Doctors that we used to see years back are no longer there and some are still there. I love the staff and the Doctors. We usually see Dr. Lamin and Dr. Khan. Both Doctors are wonderful and we were treated like family. I don't feel rushed and not values patience. They listen to you and do the assessment thoroughly. They are all very professional and friendly. I want to also commend the outstanding ladies at the reception SUE, ELIZABETH, FILIPINA STAFF and another caucasian lady (sorry forgot the names) these ladies tried to help the best way possible with apts. And make sure to call you before the appointment date. They are all very accommodating, professional and friendly. I never had a bad experience with this clinic that's why we stayed in this clinic until now and all my kids have their family doctor here as well. Dr. Khan/ Dr. Lamin is our family Doctor. You can also find female OB Doctors and female family Doctors. They are all great! Even though I moved to the Mayfield area, I made sure my family and I still go to this clinic for any medical non-emergency concerns.

These guys are worst and they don't have value for others time! Checked in for walk in at 01: 00 pm was told to come back at 02: 30pm, when my husband went there at 02: 30pm they made him sit till 4pm and all he needed was doctor’s note as his back and shoulder was hurt! Such a torture to deal with this clinic!

I was trying to find a walk in place to see my son on a Sunday, panicking obviously as a mother! Called here and Su was amazing and took care of us right away. I am so grateful for the prompt and courteous care my son received here from Su and Dr Lamin.

I want to leave a review for this clinic Su at the front desk is outstanding so helpful and she is a sunshine to the the clinic finding way to assist u with all she got to find a solution

This was the first time I have been to this medi-clinic and the receptionist Su was extremely helpful, inviting, and answered my questions about scheduling very clearly.

She informed me for the times of walk ins and what to bring and expect as a first time visitor of the clinic. Dr. Reda Lamin was quick and helpful understanding my symptoms and welcoming.

Because of the increase in medical demand beware that you need an appointment or will have a short window for walk ins. This has been normal at every other clinic I have visited.

Love Su. We're always able to get in as a walk-in when we need to see a doctor. We put our name on the list and they give us a call when we're next.

I have been going to this clinic and seeing Dr. Reda Lamin for the past 5+ years, and I have always been so appreciative of the kindness and help he offers. The staff at the front desk have always been so pleasant, funny, patient and caring.

Even after I moved out of the neighbourhood, I continue to go to this clinic.

Dr. Hala Al-Musawi has been our family doctor and I have only the best words to say about her and the way she goes about with this noble profession. Very caring and spportive.
From the front desk, Lina is a wonderful person. Always helpful and great personality.

Wonderful place, very friendly and open on weekends which is great! Make an appointment or walk in available. Would really like to see this clinic in Spruce Grove.

Went to the Westend Callingwood Medical Clinic for the first time for a walk-in. Su, at the front desk was so incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease instantly despite my anxiety about coming to the doctor. The wait was also very reasonable and Dr. Lamin too was very caring and heard out all of my concerns, asked questions, and did not make me feel rushed at all. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back again when I need to.

This clinic has excellent service, even the walk in was very fast. The receptionist Su is a lovely lady with great energy, she’s extremely kind and warm and good person to talk to. Overall great experience!

Waited 2 hours in a room after appointment time, won’t let you see anyone but family doctor, family doctor is available 20 days from now, family doctor cancels appointment a few hours before scheduled time

Beyond bad

Had a real easy experience despite the current situation of this pandemic. Doctors and receptionist were professional and timely. Janice one of the receptionists assisted me was polite and patient. Would recommend to anyone looking for a medical clinic.

Dr. Al Muswari is amazing I am so happy to have her as my family doctor she always goes above and beyond to make sure me and my family are cared for!

Came in today as a walk-in for my son. As soon as I arrive Sue helped us out and made the entire experience comfortable and calming for my son. He left with a sicker, which he is proud of! Absolutely would recommend this clinic to anyone.

There is one time that I went to numerous clinics wondrin if they cant help me out with my lump on my face and nobody seemed to care not until I went to Dr. Lamin. Starting from there he became my favorite and he is the only one that tends to my family. I highly recommend him and this clinic. The ladies upfront are always friendly and very professional. This is my go to clinic, Lina is always very welcoming whenever I come in. They always take me right in when I do walk ins and don’t have time to book an appointment. Lina is an excellent staff as she greets you with so much joy. Dr. Hala is also a great doctor and shes always willing to answer all my concerns.

Since my family doctor moved I have been going to this medical clinic and found the staff and service friendly and professional I would definitely recommend.

You know you have a great doctor when he calls you to check on your progress.
I said I appreciated it and I’m not sure if this was a positive statement or not but he said…”I was a special case”…. Lol.
In all seriousness, I’ve had my share of physicians in my life and hands down this dr is by far the best. I really do trust him with my life and consider him a friend of sorts.
He generally does care.

This clinic is outstanding. Everyone is so considerate and kind. Unice (I hope I spelled that correctly) always greets me with a warm hello and smile. When I call about a health issue she always returns my call promptly and knows me as a patient.

Some Doctor actually pay attention but not all when visiting. Reception seems amiss. Messing up scheduling by giving false times for appointments over the phone.

Dr Lamin is the worst! Doesn't care about you & just prescribes pills after pills. He cleared me to go back to work but other Dr told me I SHOULDN'T be working for atleast a month. HORRIBLE DR.looking for new family Dr

This medical clinic was great. I had an appointment at 3: 30 pm, I got called from the waiting room at 3: 31 pm. I did go during a long weekend, so, that may have been why it was so speedy. Dr. Ariel Isackson was professional and friendly. It was a great experience.

My “doctor” is hardly ever there, tried to fill prescription over the phone but very hard when this doctor is constantly not in the office. They don’t care about you whatsoever. They rather have me potentially having serious asthma issues. AVOID

This clinic needs to work on their appointment scheduling. I came 10mins early for my 11: 30am appointment. It's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting Longest wait I ever had for a doctor's appointment.

Fiest time I went to this clinic the Doc was late and I ended up waiting for him for an Hour. I was so frustrated but since I really needed to see a doctor and he was the only one opening as per what I remember.

Everytime I want to give this clinic a chance they always find a way to mess it up. I went there to get blood work and urine requisition, I see the doctor and all once I come out to the front desk to get my paperwork print out they don't have it. In the mean time the doctor is already helping another patient.
The receptionist tells me that the doctor never sent it to the printer and that I needed to wait so she can talk the doctor. While I waited for few minutes on the side she tells me I needed to come later or tomorrow to get a requisition. So pretty much I just wasted my time waiting in line to see a doctor and then did not get what I went there for. I feel like at this clinic you are just a NUMBER and sometines they just want to use your health card number to claim that you saw a doctor but your situation is not even resolved. I cant even believe it took me this long to finaly decide to go to a different clinic in the area where I was treated fairly.

Add on there is a lack of communication between doctors and nurses or front desk. Save your time and go somewhere else. I said what I SAID

Very inconsistent. They said walkin till 5 pm but when i went at 5 pm, said they are not taking any walking from 4.45. Although i informed them that I am coming. Just wasted my time and effort.

Rude staff and disrespectful. Save your headache and drive an extra 10 mins to a better clinic.

I used to see dr khad but i found him rude and dismissal. My mom has had good experiences with Dr Hala do i went to see her and i find shes a Wonderful doctor. But its a shame because in the 3 years

I've gone to this clinic very rarely do the staff treat the patients well. I've waited up to an hour for my scheduled appointment and seen walk ins go in and out before me. Ive many times arrived early for appointments only to wait 30 Minutes Past my appointment time. But if you are late for even 5 minutes the receptionists kick you out. My reasons to see Dr Hala are for Perceptions, and if i can get appointments on time then i Cant get my medications. Ive reached a point where id rather try and get my pharmacy to request my medications rather then what Feels like a Constant Battle to even try to get an appointment that works for my schedule.

The last time i tried calling the clinic the hung up on me because i did say hello fast enough. Then got attitude when i commented on it. When i went in for my appointment (15 minutes Early and still waited 30 Minutes Past my appointment time) i over heard the receptionist talking to a patient over the phone about theor perception, then after processed comment on how annoying the patient was and how they made her do more work.

At the end of the day i still LOVE doctor Hala. But as someone who struggles bwoth mental health issues. Is going to the clinic fir help for thise issues. The way i have been treated by the staff makes me NEVER want to step foot in that clinic and just the thought of trying to call makes me want to give up on helping myself.

DO NOT GO HERE.

I've been here a couple times with Dr. Lamin & he has been wonderful to help me with my medical needs. The front desk staff lacks professionalism but I am very happy with the service from Dr. Lamin & the assistants.

Just was turned away for not having my healthcare card, even tho I have my health care number. The receptionist was very rude and immediately turned me down before I could even finish my sentence. Btw, I have never ever been turned away for not having my card.

You feel glad when you get such welcoming response even while biking an appointment.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed! Extremely friendly receptionist Su! Very accommodating and welcoming environment!

I Called to book an appointment but was told to come for a walk-in the next day. We came the next day but was told to come back tomorrow for scheduled appointment. So disappointed with their customer service.

Dr. Khadher was extremely rude, and dismissive of my concerns. I have had issues losing weight, even under a calorie deficit, and visits with a dietician. When I told him this, he simply said "What do you want me to do about it? ". When I asked about supplements or prescriptions that could help, he was dismissive once more and only gave me a two page pamphlet with no more information. He answered none of my questions, and was extremely ignorant to my concerns. Absolutely will not be returning.

Fantastic staff, Su at the front desk especially was so kind and understanding to my daughter. Not a long wait time and the dr was very friendly and compassionate. My kids have seen Dr. Hala and Dr. Lavin. Both were amazing! Highly recommend.

I have been to this clinic several times now. The doctors especially Dr. Lamin is very understanding and helpful. If there are complicated issues, he refers it to the specialists that really helps the patient. Su at the front desk is very friendly, and makes sure the patients are properly acknowledged/welcomed and scheduled for their appointments. Overall it is very good clinic and I will continue to go there.

I was a walknkn, had zero wait time and the doctor knocked on my room door quickly and gave me some free meds for my sinus infection

Discovered the clinic after a friend told me about it. My son was in and out in under an hour. The administrator was pleasant and friendly. The doctor was gentle, understanding, and took the time to exam my son. Needless to say this will be my to go when I'm not able to get into our family doctor.

Was in a couple weeks ago. Dr Ateer is a very thorough, timely and listened to my concerns.very quick but caring. Front reception (Su) is lovely, very friendly and easy to chat with. Made the wait for a walk in very simple, giving good wait times.

It is a lack of integrity to advertise open hours until 5 PM and have the doctor leave early because it’s quiet.

Nanette is very friendly and accommodating. Will recommend this clinic to allmy family and friends. Love Dr Almusawi.

Went in to this clinic just for a doctor to sign a form for my daughter so the school can give her inhaler if needed and he refused to sign it on this day Oct 20th 2019 I think it ridiculous a doctor can refuse to sign a simple form this is a child and or a person health at risk

Su was fabulous at finding a spot for my daughter to get in. It was packed and she was friendly and efficient and gave the kids stickers for good behaviour. Really great doctor and staff. Please bring Lina back to west!

If you're not feeling well don't waste your time because they don't have your best interests in mind. Just want you to come in multiple times and give you a prescription that you have told them multiple times it doesn't work. Try and tell you have something then send you for blood work and uranalysis, turns out that it is not what they thought. Give you more of the same medication you said didn't work and if you don't feel better in a week. Refer you to a specialist. But isn't that why you went to seven years of medical school to know what you're talking about and to actually help and listen to people? Yes I think so! Waste of time.find somewhere else if it's more than a simple check up.

Came in as a walkin. Had a wait I have no objections to the wait time. Reception (Janice) was very helpful and polite. I was explained there would be a wait time. Overall great service. Doctor was great. Always good service here.

One star horrible customer service. I called and they said yes they have walk-ins I show up a few hours later oh now no walk-ins. She should of told me that can change at anytime from the start I didnt know. Its not how you handle sick patients after driving all the way there. I could of called before I left to re-check

I called at around 4PM to ask whether they had availability for walk-ins and the receptionist said they did currently and that availability may change in 10 minutes. She also advised to get there before 5PM as that's when the doctor starts closing walk in availability. Since I lived less than 10 minutes away and was already on the way, we headed over. When we got there, we were told that there would be no walk ins and when we mentioned that we had called, the filipino receptionist sounded rude and defensive. I was in pain from an infection and was in no mood to discuss with her anymore. She told us to go to the Callingwood clinic behind theirs and I headed over. When I got to that clinic, they had a CLOSED sign. In the end, we called another clinic in Windermere (Currents Medical Clinic) who told us they had walk in availability and no wait time at the moment. We drove over and I was seeing the doctor in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend that clinic over this Callingwood one and will never be back. The last thing a sick patient needs is to be treated poorly.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly especially the lady who's a trainee, she helped me out when I came in for a walk-in.

Very good clinic, quite a wait but we were walk in patients. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful they make an effort to know patients names and relate with them well on next visits. They provide important information to patients whenever needed.

It was wonderful. Dr Ateer and Su are so approachable and gentle talking to us. Very friendly and helpful.we would definitely come back and refer to this clinic.

Just wanted to commend the 2 ladies (Janice and Nett) that works in the front. They are so helpful w/ my mom (especially she is from out of the country). Very hospitible.

I phoned this morning to book an appointment, the medical receptionist said that they have available slot at 4: 30 p.pm. I told her that I'm not available until 7 pm. I asked her if she can booked me at 7 pm but she said I just need to come and walk in after 7 pm. When I walk in that FAT RUDE medical receptionist said that the doctor's appointment is Full and I need to book an appointment. What kind of receptionist are they? Telling the patient to walk in and then they will not assist?

I brought my 4 year old son and saw Dr Hala Al-Musawi. She handled my son well. She really knows how to assess patient, knows how to listen to parents and is very empathetic with the situation. I really felt care and concern for me and my son. The clinic' staff are very accommodating as well, easy to talk with and even gave pieces of advice with my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this place.
