Westergard Motors

These guys are completely useless. Today i phoned their parts department and asked for an EGR valve for my 2001 Lightning, and the guy had to ask what make a 2001 Lightning was.why would i be phoning for anything that wasn't a Ford? And the lightnings were pretty famous for Ford.then he asked what motor was in it; there was only one engine in that generation of lightnings.to make it even worse, the part was going to cost $266 and take a few weeks, but i was able to get it for $60 on amazon for a Mastercraft branded part.a couple years ago they couldn't tell me how many km their oil filters were rated for on a 2005 mustang.i've never met anyone who has had a good experience with their parts or service department

Blew a rad hose outside of town on a Friday before a long weekend and the manager himself was able to take me in after hours, fix the hose and get me on the way. Thanks to him we had a really good weekend in Drumheller and made it back home safely. I cannot express my appreciation enough for Westergard Ford!

Its safe to say not all Ford dealership are created equal. Fantastic service with Kaylin on getting information and parts for my nephews car. Would recommend this dealership for anyone with a Ford.
