WCFF has been an amazing training provider - can't say enough positive things about them. Their new facility is gorgeous and has tons of room, and they're a great one stop shop for any training you might need.

Had a practical assessment done here for tickets I had not previously had. Instructors were kind and thorough when providing information, and took great steps to make sure I knew what I was doing while being assessed. Would strongly recommend coming here for any sort of certification.

I just finished my 1st Aid and CPR course with David and he was fantastic. He was thorough, straight to the point, quick and kept the classroom participants interested with all his real life tales!

Just finished retraining here. Wicked experience like always. Instructor Rob was excellent. He gave clear instructions, training and was well spoken. He gave awesome examples and visuals. It made the course fun and not boring. I’m very impressed. Thank you Western Fire and First aid.

Brennen was superb. His teaching was fun and practical.

Had my PME tickets done here and I had a blast. The staff there have great personality and all have years and years of on the job experience. I had Rob as an instructor and had a great time learning. Bravo to the team! Will definitely comeback to recertify.

For recertifying my tickets, the Saga courses provided are very helpful. The course instructors are also very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff are very friendly and were acomidating to me, coming in from out of town saving me a few extra dollars with hotel expenses. This place is a great spot to get most, if not all of your tickets you will need so you can conduct work in the work place. I personally recommend this place for your future ticket needs.

Recently did a First Aid course with Brennen G. He definitely knew what he was talking about and made an otherwise dry and boring course pretty entertaining. He was really engaged with the classroom and told stories about his experiences. Some tangents may have been a little long but at least they weren't boring. I would recommend doing your course here, and with him instructing!

Super nice staff, was easy and convenient to do my course online in their computer room. The practical part of the course was informative and the teacher was very patient and answered all my questions on the zoom boom (wish i knew his name).

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Neil did a great job instructing me on the wheel loader. Highly Recommend!

I wish I could give Western Canada Fire & First aid 5 stars. David the instructor was wonderful during my emergency first aid course. He was warm and friendly and knowledgeable. My main complaint was Wendy Kincaid who was at the front desk. She misspelled my name (not a big deal it happened to another woman) but when David asked her to fix it, she signed loudly and said in an annoyed tone “what’s the problem? ” Then when he explained the problem she said “that’s why I tell the instructors to tell you guys to print clearly “ and when I said “he did and I did print clearly I wouldn’t blame the instructor for your mistake. You can pull the sheet out I know how to spell my name ” she glared at me very rudely and then went “it’s not a problem “ when it was finished she threw the card towards me. I wouldn’t go back there, she was a complete nightmare. Sorry it was her own mistake.

If you need any safely training, this is the place to go. Friendly, knowledgeable instructors and easy booking on their website.

Just finished emergency first aid. Had Neil as an instructor and he made time fly by. He had shared his own experiences and added a lot of humour to the class. Never thought I’d enjoy a first aid course this much. 10/10 would recommend this place, more specifically, Neil.

Professional, educated and informed instructors. My experience taking the CPR/First Aid Recertification was positive. My instructor Jay was knowledgeable and friendly while maintaining a professional atmosphere. His extensive experience in the emergency/first responder field made him a great instructor.

Took first aid, harness and awp training here and was quite happy with the training. Paid for confined work last week. Got a email telling me were to go and time and when I got there they tell me sorry we cancelled the course because there wasn't enough people enrolled today to make it worth while. Doesn't matter that I took a day off work to come, took me an hour on a bus to get there and another hour home. They acted like I was a bother to them because they insisted they tried to call me but I never answered the phone. They said sure we had your email and gave you several emails about the cancellation but since I have no emails other than my confirmation that's just lies. I'm not spending any more money here.

Really enjoyed taking my h2s here the instructor dean taylor did a absolutely fabulous job of making a normally slow course interesting and fresh with lots of Great tips and help from a former firefighter Great class rooms and desks would recommend this out fit for anyone looking for an above average learning experience

This company is one of the worst companies to deal with they sent my fall protection card to a wrong address in the mail instead of taking blame they just kept hanging up the phone on me and they kept telling me to be calm but I was super calm when I ask them for a time fram when should get the card in mail she said that she was not gonna put a gun to the person head to send it faster I suggest you guys avoid this place

Took a standard first aid course here, and both days of the course were interesting and enjoyable. My instructor, Sunny made sure we knew the information and helped everyone in the class understand the information. I look forward to coming back in 3 years! Thank you!

Taking your first aid training course without getting paid for the day is literally the worst. Lenny the instructor who’s got first had experience being a firefighter for the past 10+ years made the day not only bearable; but I don’t dread the day I have to come back in 3 years to get re-certified. Thanks Lenny!

I've taken a few courses here and found it to be a better experience than other facilities. The admin ladies were pleasant and helpful when it came to booking my courses.
Instructors have real life experience which was a plus.

Best staff and equipment in Edmonton. The lady at the front desk was super nice to me, as was the rest of the staff. I see some negative comments about reception, but they were nothing but helpful to me.

Let's just say they go above and beyond. I always use them for first aid for myself and contractors I work with.:)

Though I found the instructors to be on par with most other training facilities I cannot recommend this one due to their late policies and poor attitude of the lady at the front desk. This place isn't the easiest to find and if there is a blizzard where all main roads are at a stand still, you should be able to understand that people are going to be late. Secondly the poor attitude of your front desk lady that was too lazy to even ask if you can go into the class, who then threatened to call the police as I was leaving. I have never in my life dealt with a person so unprofessional at their job and she brings your whole facility down. I found the same training at a lower cost and haven't looked back.

One of the best 1st aids course i have take over the years. I actually learned something. Professional.
