We have used Western Canadian Furnace Company for a few years for new furnace and regular maintenance. They are always professional, prompt and the cost is as quoted. Excellent service!

Stay away from this company. Uses Shop Vacuum cleaner instead of Truck Vacuum Cleaner which is totally useless to capture the dust. They didn't accept that they used shop vacuum for the whole process but when I told that I have video proof then they stopped responding to me.

We have used Western Canadian Furnace services for years. They installed our furnace, service it every year, have cleaned our dryer vents and cleaned the heating ducts.
No complaints whatsoever.

I have hired Western Canadian few times for my furnace maintenance and I can only say that they have efficiently done the work every time. Will hire again next time. Thanks WC!

It was a pleasure to work with Dan Johnson, who went over all of our HVAC, furnace and humidifier options then created a package that met our needs. He was very kind professional, and took the time to explain things thoroughly. After meeting with several different companies, we felt that western Canadian furnace was the right choice based on Dan’s customer service. The technicians that came up to set up the AC, furnace, and humidifier, Brian and Eric, were also great! The did a good job of showing us the work they were doing and the progress along the way over the two days. They really took the time to answer all of our questions, and give us tips on how to maintain our devices. We are very pleased with this company so far, and have even referred them to Family!

On December 15th just as the cold snap started the grinch decided we needed a new furnace for Christmas. Western Canadian was there the very first day we had issues for a service call which turned out that we needed a new furnace. The very next day they showed up and installed a new furnace for us in just a matter of hours. We can't say how greatfull we are for the quick and professional service from the company and staff. We really appreciated the phone call to trigger the annual maintenance. The technician did a great job and also showed us the humidifier filter that ultimately needed to be replaced. Not a sales pressure tactic whatsoever - I have replaced them myself in the past - it was just very convenient to have the technician do it this time around.

Very useful information to shut down the humidifier during the summer when we are running the air conditioner.

I would like to commend Western Canadian Furnace Company for an excellent job. First, their price was very competitive. Eventhough the job was out of town, they scheduled it within a reasonable time-frame (2days). I was able to change the time from a morning to an afternoon, 1-3pm appointment. The technician, Nick called at 12: 00 and let me know that he was going to finish earlier and could show up promptly, or a little earlier. That worked out perfectly for me. I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive. He was very professional, neat, well-groomed which inspired confidence. After a brief chat and a survey of the layout of the house he promptly started to work, cleaned and sanitized the ducts, checked and cleaned everything in the furnace. The job was done fast and efficiently.

They gave me the cheapest quote and finished the work quickly. They also offered free heaters when our furnace stopped working at no extra cost. The whole transaction was easy and quick and I didn’t have to take time off work for appointments and such! Highly recommend!

I have used Western for many years to both install and maintain my furnace and humidifier. They have always provided terrific service, professionalism and value. Prices are consistent with other providers but Western delivers on quality of service and trustworthiness. I go back year after year and have yet to have a reason not to. Highly recommended!

We recently had an AC install done by Western Canadian Furnace. Quick and easy from my first inquiry call, to quote, scheduling and installation. The installation crew was excellent and very respectful while in our house for the day, and made sure any questions were answered. Final walkthrough and operational info was explained very well. All in all, we’re very happy with the service and level of communication throughout the process.

We recently moved to Calgary and noticed that our house needed air conditioning. We called a number of different companies, and they all came in and provided quotations, but Western Canadian provided the most reasonable rate for us. The next day, their technician Daan arrived and spent close to two hours thoroughly explaining everything to me because I don't know much about ventilation and air conditioning stuff. We scheduled the installation day right away. On the day of installation, Adrian and another technician, whose name I believe was Tylor, arrived. It took them 5–6 hours, but they completed the task excellently. After the installation, Adrian talked me through everything, so I'd highly recommend them.

Very professional and great to work with. I did have a few issues but they were addressed quickly and effectively. I highly recommend this service to anyone seeking a new heater or air conditioning unit.

Had central AC installed. Company stayed true to their quote, received quick responses from staff, had a couple of small things that needed ironing out but Ida was extremely helpful in helping us work through the Home Depot financing process. Installation crew was very friendly, pet-friendly, and efficient. Showed up on time, did a very clean and thorough job of installing the unit and was patient in helping us understand the process. Great job! Our furnace broke in a cold weather. We called them and somebody came the same day to fix it. Our furnace was pretty much old so it needed replacement for the new one. They provided few heaters for our house as we have small 3 months old baby. The next day at 8.30 am two people came to install new one. It was fast and professional job. Brian and Eric made great job, very fast and clean. Very appreciated. I will recomend this company to anybody who needs emergency help with furnace.

I had a new AirEase furnace installed by Western Canadian Furnace Company a couple of weeks ago. They were very responsive to questions/changes to the quote, then came and professionally installed and configured everything. I had requested an atypical setup, and they were able to shuffle staff mid-day so that each aspect was done well. The area was clean when they left.

I had both a new furnace and water heater installed. All people involved were very professional and nice. Installation was done on scheduled date. They explained the process and how the new furnace would work as the installation was in progress. Made sure everything was clean and all of the old furnace and heater was removed. Western Canadian installed a new furnace and water tank while also changing the way it vented. This was a complex job but they were very knowledgable and professional in getting the job done. Eric from the installation team in particular was very knowledable, responsive, and helpful when explaining what the plan was and what he did. I would recommend this company.

We contracted Western Canadian Furnace on three different occasions: The first time was over summer for AC servicing; the second time was in the fall for duct and vent clean up; and the third time was for the bigger job of replacing the furnace and the water tank. The work of the crew on the three occasions was exemplary. They showed up on time, performed the required tasks and patiently provided details and explanations on their work. Seth specifically performed most of the quality work on the first and third jobs. He was very personable, knowledgeable, patient and hard working. Used the company to install a new A/C and replace our old furnace. Workers were extremely efficient and knew what they were doing. Everything was delivered as promised and they didnt' leave before they were sure we were happy with everything. Also, the office staff were helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Michael the Western Canadian Furnace service person was on-time and was courtesy and respectful of the covid protocols. He completed the furnace inspection and maintenance reviewing what he did with us. He provided some advice about waiting to upgrade our furnace to a high efficiency model as ours was in good condition. We received a report from Western within a week of the service.

I was having trouble with my A/C and my fan. Called WCF in the morning and they had someone out to my house that afternoon. Seth arrived and diagnosed the issue, took the time to completely explain it to me (I know nothing about HVAC), and gave me tips on how to properly maintain and extend the life of my system and was patient while I took notes. He then followed up the next day with a phone call to ensure everything was working properly. There were no hidden charges or costs, it only cost me the service charge. Do business with this company without concern.

The installers follow the health protocols and installation was fast and professional. The AC unit works well.

The technicians are extremely friendly and helpful! I’ve got my A/C installed within a week I contacted them (Sent request Sunday; In home quote Monday; Installation done Friday) They also helped swapping my filter! I was most impressed with Western Canadian Furnace company. They were quick to answer the phone (which is very rare), very efficient to send out their men to install our new furnace. Seth and his co worker were very friendly, did the job in a very timely manner and nice people to have in your home. I would highly recommend them. We had a small issue with our thermostat and they sent a man out right away. Service like is a real pleasure.

We recently had to replace our furnace and decided to upgrade and add A/C while we were at it.

We were very happy with the team; James and Joe were great, nice guys who were very professional and communicative during the process. They were truly "consultants" guiding us with their knowledge to ensure we have the best available furnace and AC products that fit our budget.
