Buying a property is a stressful process, but William made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. He did an incredible amount of work to find the best home for us. The amount of effort & time he put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. He not only gathered all the information & documents about the property but also at one point realized that we didn’t have anyone managing our finances or looking at what loans we could afford. So, he introduced us to Mortgage Broker who significantly changed our lives & allowed us to dream again. Once we had our finances in order & a budget to work with, William helped us to dream again.
William is a well-versed man. His delivery of the information is clear & straightforward. He presents the info & talks about the pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treats the situation like he is purchasing the property – he looks out for you & has your best interests in mind. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, we were not sure what to expect, what’s good or bad? William was always there & so candid & provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what he had learned about us.
We truly appreciated his input & relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider & not everyone has it. It’s easy to push papers & get the signatures, but William is really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process & with the outcome. Again, as a home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But, William went above & beyond (as we are positive he & his company do with all of their clients) & truly made we feel like we had a confidant/partner throughout. We recently worked with Will Jackson on the sale of our home and purchase of a new property - above and beyond would be the best words to describe the experience! He was available at all hours and always down for a last minute viewing or phone call. He really invested himself in learning about what we were looking for, and once he did, he sent me every home he knew I would love, and we were often in the houses viewing them within the hour and were sometimes even the first ones to see the house on market.
