My family and I were stranded outside drumheller on a Friday afternoon. Wife made some calls and there were hard “no’s” from multiple repair shops but Brad took the time to come back after hours and help get me back on the road! Couldn’t be more grateful towards him and ownership who have instilled the values to take care of people in tough situations. So many thanks all around!

Needed my tires topped up, drove in, Darcy topped them up and was on my way within minutes. Darcy has to be the best!

We were traveling from Saskatoon to West Kelowna when we got a flat tire south of Drumheller. I arranged for a tow truck but had no idea where to get it towed. I was not familiar with the area and had no idea who to contact. I called Western GM and spoke with Doug. He had his technician come back to the dealership after hours to meet me and my family and fix our tire. He went above and beyond to take care of us! This dealership scores 100% for customer service and I recommend everyone take their business there. Thank you Doug, your kindness is very appreciated.

This place is also a car rental venue. This past weekend my mother (75 years old) hit a deer. Totalled her Nissan Pathfinder. Her incredibly helpful tow truck driver (gangsters towing) helped her get on her way. Now here's the unfortunate part, Western GM rented her a car, it was dirty, one of the tires were faulty, they were going to charge her $500 for the tire, then they sent her on her way back to Calgary on a doughnut tire! Now their rental is is considered a National rental service, which I'll be contacting as well, but who sends a old lady back on the road when there was a replacement tire available in Drumheller? Knowing that her weekend trip was already traumatic? That was dangerous and absolutely awful behavior towards a senior. Top this off they're charging her for the tire and a two hundred dollar pick up fee from Calgary. I think that if the car was sent out dirty they failed to do a proper inspection of the vehicle and they sent it out with a faulty tire. I'll be sharing this review on all my social media and throughout the Drumheller pages as well. Your treatment of my mother was atrocious.
