I rarely leave reviews but I’ve gotten two seperate forklift training sessions here, one from Bruce one from Wayne. Great guys that make it feel entertaining when most training sessions elsewhere are quite boring.

Great training experience, Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Not only did he make the course interesting and hands on but he was genuinely invested in his students safety.

Fadi was great to deal with while we had to rent a heavy duty forklift on real short notice. Would defiantly recommend.

Great service from the get go. Started when I was just kicking tires and there wasn't a salesman available that afternoon. Manager Steve showed me options and was very up front about not being totally up to speed on some minor details, rather than just lie like you get so often. Tony in Sales took over when I decided the route we needed to go and made the process really straight forward with no hidden surprises. There was an issue (out of their control) with delivery, but that resulted in a team of 3 guys coming out to make it right! John in customer service has been awesome with the couple minor issues that have arisen over the past couple years. We're not a big operation, with multiple machines. We'll likely only have a one at a time and they know that. We still get old fashion customer service that doesn't end when they have your money!

The western materials Edmonton branch has a great staff. My favorite experience was with Fadi, he is very sweet and patient he explains things very well. Over all excellent experience with all the wonderful staff.

I just watched in confusion and horror as your truck with plate ending in -2084 in the north west at 7: 45am March 28th, failed to use their signal at 4 turns in a row! How does that even happen? Did that person not take the tests necessary to get a drivers license? Signaling is literally the least you can do while driving. It really tells you all you’ll ever need to know about someone and their intelligence and maturity if they don’t even do that common necessary courtesy while driving. That person really shouldn’t be representing your company while driving!
