From the moment I sent an email request for a quote to move from our acreage to a town 45 minutes away - this company was exceptional! Miranda not only responded to my email, she picked up the phone, called and asked important questions to determine our moving needs. We did a zoom call where she could see and itemize the size and amount of our furniture and belongings. We were provided a reasonable quote. They were able to accommodate us with short notice. The crew they sent was professional, polite, clean and conscientious! There were floor protectors used, our furniture pieces were wrapped and the crew was great about caring for our belongings. They were fast, efficient and a fun crew. Our move took less time than estimated and our quote was adjusted accordingly and we saved money. What a great surprise! I used Western Moving and Storage at the end of September for a short distance move, where they moved our family of 4. These guy were awesome, very professional and personable, and did a great job. Mike, Jonah, Ken, and the young fella who's name I can't remember were extremely friendly, and took great care of our stuff. In the future, if I were to move again, I would absolutely use this company and would try to request the same crew.

Whatever James and Holly Potts are making, it isn’t enough. After having them pickup our stuff, pack it, deal with things they didn’t have to, then drop it and be all around fantastic, I will probably look for them specifically when I want to move again. They dealt with things that they didn’t have to, sorted it out, and bam, things were rolling. Again, just not making close to enough for the level they go to get quality onto their trucks. These are what they call professionals. I spent my entire childhood in a semi and their family bond brought me back so many memories. Holly let my son see the truck, James was fantastic with the kids and making them feel involved, obviously it’s such a crazy experience for the kids to be packing their lives. You can tell such amazing parents themselves. My mother in law is planning to move out here with us soon and I plan to call the company to hopefully see if we can have James and Holly move her. Definitely one of those things that you treat them with respect and they will respect you back. I even asked for a dog crate to not be broken down because I had just lost my GSD and that was the last thing we had with his scent that would be coming with us for my other dog. Once James heard that, he understood and on the other side was my Brinks’ crate, like it hadn’t been touched. My Rudsak jacket was the only thing I truly cared about and they put it in this nice hanging box that was protected. 10/10. Once you understand these truckers work hard, and are doing so much to help you, you’ll understand their vibe. James and Holly work harder though, and fast, damn professionals. Not sure what their other drivers are like but if they aren’t like James and Holly, I don’t want them. Thank you for giving the BEST experience with people moving our home. ~Treat your customers well and the business builds itself~

Movers showed up on time, and very efficiently and quickly loaded the whole house. Roughly 19klbs in 5hrs ish. Good professional crew!

The two movers that came were excellent! Very professional, personable, we promptly walked through all the pieces that were delivered. They knew exactly what they were doing, 50 items they brought in assembled and unloaded before noon. I would highly reccomend them to any customer.

Initially, there was a lack of communication with the company and we struggled to arrange a move in date. There was some back and forth on the move in date without a lot of flexibility on dates and times. However, the packers did an excellent job and after expressing our concerns to the company, the owner called my husband and I individually to apologize and rectify the situation. After speaking with the owner of the company we felt heard and understood, and it was clear to us that he values providing excellent service to his customers.

Movers were totally professional and efficient throughout the move. All members were hard working and made the process so easy and painless. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much for all that you did. Thanks to Patrick and his crew.

Highly recommend Western Moving! Competitive pricing, excellent service and professional movers. On the day of our move, Tim, Brian and Devon showed up early and got to work right away. They treated our goods and furniture respectfully, surgically packing the moving truck so all was safe during transport. Anything we needed help with, the moving team was happy to take on. Tim, Brian and Devon were also very respectful around our kids which I really appreciated. Everything was completed on time and on budget. A nice bonus too was that nothing was damaged!
