Prices are great and very fair. The experience is lovely as all of the staff are kind and treat you very well. They're often very accommodating with different designs and have a huge range of services to select from! They can often take walk-ins, but be sure to call ahead beforehand to make sure they have space for your arrival as they can get extremely busy on very short notice, especially in the evenings.

One of our fav places for years, friendly staff who are able to provide a personal experience while working in a very busy spa. We’ll keep coming back

I had a Shellac manicure and pedicure completed here.
Service was good, decor and Atmosphere was good, the only downside was I had a hard time communicating with them about Shellac colours only.
They seem to have samples of regular nail polish and shellac colours all in the same basket so it was hard to know which was which.

I would go back again.

UPDATE:
I went for a second time. I got green and white. The green feel off within the first 5 days. I had to repaint those fingers. The white stayed for about two weeks and then fell off.
I reached out 3 times to the nail salon and they have ignored me in regards to my issue.

I will not be returning.

I’ve lived in Calgary for two years now and haven’t had much luck finding a nail salon I love. I called this place last minute and they were able to get me in right away. I was placed with Tilley and although hesitant at first as I haven’t had much luck. He surpassed every expectation I had. He paid attention to detail, was thorough, checked in with me to make sure I liked the shape and length. The design I wanted wasn’t overly complicated but again I haven’t had much luck and he completed perfectly. I will definitely be back to this salon and Tilley.

Western Nails is the best! They are truly a family owned business and treat everyone to an inviting, professional salon experience and you walk out feeling like a million bucks.

No proper manicure with cuticle care or cleaning under nails done before fake nails placed on.
Very dissatisfied with the final product as they did not last long due to lack of work done prior to nails being put on.
Very costly for what you receive.

Finally, had a manicure with Shellac. I was in a rush for dinner. Treatment was done thoroughly, promptly, and my nails looked great! I will be back for a pedicure!

Visited the nail shop for a manicure & shellac. The whole service felt so rushed & different from the other customers there.

It’s a bit disappointing to see the level of professionalism on the service depending on the person’s ethnicity.

The shellac nail polish was not applied properly that it left a bump and asked if it can be fixed. Nail technician didn’t bother to do that & I just wanted to leave the place at the point, hence didn’t ask for it again.

The experience was so so. We went for a pedicure for 3 people and had booked an appointment. While the ladies did a good job, we felt rushed and the pedicure experience wasn't what I remember it to be a few years ago when I used to frequent the place. My toes will give them another chance. I'll update my review based on the quality of service I get.

I am always happy when I leave. Vinny is very accommodating and helpful when I am looking to pick a colour or design and I am unsure. Or even when I have a picture everyone is always helpful! They remember your name not just in person, but on the phone when you call to book an appointment.

No complaints! The spa is kept very clean, the staff are friendly and efficient. They manage to work miracles on my feet - very pleased with the service here compared to other similar venues across the city.

I have gone to many nail salons over the city and this is by far the BEST salon I’ve been to. I have only come twice but I will for sure be a recurring customer even with it being 35 minutes from my house. The staff is amazing and so friendly (absolutely love the girl at the desk). Everything is incredibly clean, prices are amazing and their work speaks for itself

I have been going here for years, by far best and most efficient out there. Prices are very reasonable and they always do a good job.

Very cheap quality material for powder nail. The edges of 6 of my nails broke the day after. I don't recommend the place.
