Western RV at Leduc where very easy to deal with and we appreciated the help from Greg Tucker and the support staff getting us on the road. We would recommend anyone looking for a new or used RV should contact Western RV at Leduc.

This was our 3rd purchase from Leduc, Western RV. Our sales person Greg was fantastic. We were in the middle of a trade in when we were caught in a hail storm writing off the unit we were trading in. Western Rv was very patient and understanding. They worked with our insurance company to get us into our unit as quickly as possible. We purchased a 2022 Sandpiper! This is our dream retirement fifth wheel! No pressure to buy from Todd our sales guy. Larry was our finance guy and he quoted us a price. We expected to come in, sign and see the price go up. It didn't! He had already predicted the extended warranty and other things which went into the quoted price. Signing took 10 minutes, they allowed us to keep our trade in for an additional few weeks so our camping season wasn't cut short. They are storing it for the year and are moving it to our seasonal site for us next year. What a great experience from start to finish!

July 17,2023 Picked up our Sunset 253RB. Everyone at Leduc branch were awesome to deal with. Big shout out to our sales person Greg Tucker, Larry Peterson in Finance, Judy Wilhauk for bending over backwards to setup our show around for the date we needed, Eric Wiull for all our tips and pointers on our show around, and Dellis Hanchurak for fantastic parts help and information.
Can’t forget the front counter meet and greeter as well. Thanks for such a smooth sailing experience from start to finish!
We will update this review once we enjoy our trailer for any more key point factors we can share about this model of Sunset.

Thank you for guidance in finding the perfect Camping trailer. Awesome people to work with and friendly staff. What sets Western RV aside from the rest, is the fact that they are not pushy like other dealerships. Special thanks to Amber Knul. She is great to deal with and prompt responses. First time trailer purchase. The whole crowd was great, but Amber was the star of the show! We had been all around and had had it with pushy sale people. Amber treated us like friends (and didn’t push upsells we wouldn’t use). A fantastic experience all around.

After purchase I mucked up the water heater (I’m new ant this) and at 7pm Amber walked me through a reset. Amber sounded happier than I did when hot water flowed, and even reiterated to call anytime. It’s a level of customer service often talked about and rarely seen or experienced.

David and Craig were amazing to deal with, they were accommodating and answered all my questions.

Was just in the dealerships parts department for the last 10minutes and not one employee even acknowledge we were there. I get that people can be busy with other customers but not one of the 4 people there even had the curtesy to say be with you in a minute.

Worst experience ever, absolute nightmare! Bought the top warranty, was told everything but the decals were covered, but would not look at the roof/front leak, speakers not working, axle bearing, slide mechanism. Left countless messages and never called back. In my opinion
You would have better luck buying something from a scrap yard than from these thieves. Reply to western RV this review has been up since 2016 while I still had warranty. 2 nd note what makes you think I haven’t done maintenance? Still very extremely dissatisfied with your customer service and your reply just confirms you haven’t changed. Why would you reach out to me years ago

Olaf and Larry were helpful the day we purchased our 5th wheel. We arranged delivery to our lot and the process was seamless. Once delivered we were missing a hose for the outdoor shower and the power cord, again taken care of seamlessly. The 2 star review is because when our brand new trailer was delivered we found that the large (about 7 foot) blind was missing and one of the mounts was ripped out of the wall. I've tried following up several times and was told it's busy so they haven't gotten to it. I went yesterday and was told at least 2 months for the blind but not that it was ordered or any form of being apologetic. I'm so utterly disappointed that we now have to go purchase blinds to cover this huge window to keep our trailer comfortable for the summer. The window will let way too much heat and light in uncovered and summer will be over if/when they decide to take care of it. Just the reply well it has to be ordered from the manufacturer. After spending such a significant amount on our dream trailer I felt like once the sale was made they didn't care. There was no explanation about the damage or apologoes for the fact that a brand new unit should not be damaged and missing pieces or that it was missed when they supposedly checked this unit over. Before this issue I would have highly recommended them but the unbothered attitude makes me not want to recommend them to anyone.

Not impressed at all …My wife and I bought a slightly used luxury Redwood 5 Wheel for just under $60,000.00 from western rv Leduc We paid an extra fee of $500 for them to go through the trailer and also re seal the roof …the trailer stayed on there lot after we paid for it for a couple months …we paid a hot shot service 1500 $ to have the trailer delivered to our lot in BC …. Problems from the moment I hooked up the water and power to the trailer are listed…Shower valve split in half the trailer flooded…Hot water tank will not produce hot water on gas or electric…Samsung residential fridge is broken and will not get cold (we had to throw out all meat and dairy products…LG smart TV has a black dot the size of a hockey puck…MAX FAN ceiling fan above the kitchen is broken…the ceiling in our trailer has 17 lights in it almost 1/2 were burnt out (they must have had 10 lights turned on when we looked at it in there show room) …we tried to deal with parts and service manager Dave Dyson and were told twice by him over a period of a few months we were on our own the owner of western rv leduc would not warranty anything…We are truly disgusted with western rv leduc …DO NOT SO MUCH AS BUY A HOSE CLAMP FROM THIS COMPANY

Myself and my partner just recently bought a trailer from here and had a lovely experience. We highly recommend Greg, he went above and beyond for us on our trailer search. Even after our sale he took the time to help us find the proper bed sheets for the bed and truly wanted the best for our family. Thank you Greg!

Awesome Amber sold us our trailer for two! She is amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable, no pressure, happy always smiling. We bought in February and didn’t have to pick it up till April. No extra charge! Several calls to Amber for various questions like going out to measure things etc. (We live in Northern BC). When we picked it up, we were given a very through walk thru, explaining where everything is and how to use it! We highly recommend Amber and Western RV.

My husband & I were ripped off by this company we bought a trailer from them in the winter they had it set up in there show room it was all smoke & mirrors…we made it clear we were first time buyers 50,000 dollars we payed them for the trailer2 months later when we put our trailer on our lot almost everything fell apart…we contacted them about all the issues & were told no warranty on anything & that came directly from the owners mouth …I highly recommend staying away from these Shylocks there are so many other companies in the Edmonton area

All i can say is "wow" from the time we inquire until we have our unit step out of this dealership.

Helpful staff, decent technicians. The mandatory $ “walk through” is a waste, everything goes wrong with a new trailer first trip… however, I would buy here again because the staff is helpful.

It was a pleasure working with Craig Chadderton in Finance on a deal at the RV show, and although I did not ultimately buy from Western RV Country, I highly recommend him as the process very low-pressure.
