Is was very accommodating and the people is very nice they will do everything for you to get want you really wish to purchase, we will highly recommend western rv country as one of our best investment to bought our dream trailer for our family.

Shirley and Lanette did an amazing job with the purchase of our new travel trailer. The team was professional, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them!

So the walk through was extremely fast and did not cover really anything important with the trailer. They did not let us know that wheel chalks didn’t come with the trailer, that a ladder does not come with the purchase of the trailer for the bunk beds. No manuals to show how to winterize the trailer or where anything is in the trailer. The toilet leaks the build quality of the trailer is not up to the price of the trailer. Windows came with no locks. Bubbling all over the vinyl. Welds on the aluminum are horrid (has holes in the welds) the mattress came with a big gash in the corner. There was no mention of saddles and chains for the hitch. Cabinet doors are all crooked none of the doors are straight. The mouse spray still has gaps under the trailer which was an expensive add on. The stabilizer bars were jammed up had to physically pull them down. The latch for the screen door wouldn’t work had to fix that on our own. Just not a pleasant purchase from western RV at all. Buyer beware

We just purchased our first family travel trailer and had the most amazing experience from the time reception greeted us as we walked in all the way through until pick-up. Justin was super knowledgeable and so patient with us as we decided between a few different models and brands and was amazing with our kids who had met their shopping limit. He kept them entertained and made our experience that much better. Lanette in finance did a great job explaining our options and working with us. The walk-through with Dave was amazing, he took time to answer all our questions and was so thorough. I’m sorry to all the others that I can’t name by name, but honestly you guys were amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank-you so much.

We bought our family trailer here, Olaf and Lennette were very helpfull walking us through the process. Super happy, Will definitely recommend and comeback here.

Got our trailer through the rv show in fort mcmurray.when they brought it up the bunk was laying on the floor on pickup.they fixed it. But now we have gone on our first road trip with it and edge pieces fell off around bunk slide.underneath the edging is the worst workmanship I've ever seen and daylight coming through. I'll be showing up there tomorrow!

Great place to get an RV, if you do go make sure to ask for Justin, amazing sales rep! Awesome energy, not pushy at all and works with any budget. Also helped me out a ton with after sales and got me all ready to go safely. Justin and the team are awesome to deal with. Every step was inviting and above the standard else were. Recommend!

A little shady in my opinion. My son was calling in regards a a unit. All he wanted to do was for them to run a soft credit check. He was not asking for them to hold the unit, he was not making a down payment, he was just wanting a soft check done to see what he may be eligible for and to go from there.
They wanted a 1,000 deposit.
What do you need a 1000$ deposit for to do a soft check.
Check the fees your getting charged, who knows what else they might be charging.

We have recently made a purchase from the airdrie location and highly highly recommend going to see the salesman Olaf and the finance lady Deany! They both did everything possible to make sure our purchase was exactly what we wanted and put our needs above the price tag! They were patient and accommodating and even stayed late when viewing and pickup to make sure everything was perfect!

Buyer beware this is a swindler shop. I posted the full story here before and removed it but this needs to be said. Every department at this place ripped my family off. Management to service and all in between. I’ve bought three trailers over the past five or so years and no dealer has been as shady as WV. Watch out.

I have to admit one of the best services I've ever had at any dealership of any sort right down from the owner to the salesman to the ladies at the front counter to the gentleman that shows us the trailer and do the walk about! Learned my lesson, CHECK THE VIN. Even when they tell you that there is no vehicle history reports for trailers. Was sold a trailer that was Salvaged, told it was a repo. When I went to insure it, it was found to be under Salvage.
Manager stated it was not Salvaged, when I told him that I would ATIP the paperwork from Transport Canada the owner too over and stated it was a clerical error. Money was refunded only after a few back and forth emails and having to point out that the Alberta Consumer Protection Act includes Recreational Trailers.

We bought a trailer remotely through Ahmed and had a great experience. We were coming from Kelowna and the trailer came from Saskatoon. They had the trailer ready on time and it was in excellent condition. We would use Western RV and Ahmed again in the future.

What began as an overwhelming hunt for our second home, became a fun and straightforward experience! All thanks to our salesman Ahmed,

Very impressed with Western RV Airdrie, and in particular, with our salesperson, Justin. He was professional, non pressuring, and very thorough throughout the sale. We purchased our first travel trailer back in June from Western RV and we could not be happier with our choice. Maxine is super friendly and an absolute delight to deal with during the purchasing process. Lee was awesome and super informative during the pick up walk-thru. We purchased a 2020 Coachman Clipper 9.0td last summer and have taken it out only a hand full of times. We were loving this little unit, until 3 weeks ago. We were coming home from a trip and the wheel sheared off the axle. Luckily we have coach-net roadside assistance and the unit was towed to Western RV for what we are hoping is a warranty claim.

3 weeks no updates. We are extremely disappointed in the level of customer service. We have left numerous messages, and sent many emails and have not heard anything back. This is getting ridiculous, an replacement axle is not an expensive item (compared to the cost of unit), nor should it take weeks and weeks to get a new installed.

When we outgrow this unit (if we ever get it back) we surely won't be purchasing from Western RV.

Very poor service, went to get parts for my RV, was told i needed pictures of the parts, i had said that i purchased the RV NEW from them, had received rude reply, parts person had shown no interest in assisting me, parts i needed were simple as outdoor shower head and light bulbs, the employees seemed that they didn't want to be there, i felt very uncomfortable and will for sure never return to this Airdrie location, The purchase of the unit a few years back was unpleasant as well overall terrible experience, if you do not believe go see for yourself and ruin your day.

When it came to the finance lady Deany she was not only terrible for keeping us in the loop as to what was happening, meaning we had to call her (as she did not return our call) and not until we contacted the salesman did she call my wife to say she was declined she also talked down to my wife like she was a second class citizen just cuz she had a couple of collections on her account from years ago (her credit is in the high 600 verging on 700) Deany said she would try another Leander (and she didn’t as we are in touch with the other leaned and already preapproved) we AGAIN had to call her to see what was happening.we were told it was declined. Don’t show here good or bad credit no one should be made to feel like Pooh for ANY reason.

We dealt with him over the phone as we are in BC He went the extra mile to make sure that we got all the information on the trailer that we were interested in so that we did the purchase over the phone We then drove out 3 days later and he had the trailer ready to go so we could tow it home His customer service skills are top notched Everyone at the dealership were friendly and helpful Would highly recommend them!

The salesperson who helped us was the best and explained everything very well, tried to help with every step and was a delight. We found the perfect trailer. However, if your looking to not get hosed on a price the manager or owner will not budge. Found the perfect trailer and then they increased the price by $2000 + fees and would not honor the sale price when I first saw the unit. Also they are illegally charging the PDI and other fees. The law in Alberta states the advertised price must be an "All-in-Price". Know the law before buying. Will not be going here in the future.
Update*** Dynamic pricing ha. What a joke, the unit was bought and on your lot before warehouses increased the prices. If I had known there to be an end to the sale price I would have at least put a deposit down. Also I would have thought a reputable dealer would honor a sale price.
As for the AMVIC, that is also a joke because they are corrupt and don't enforce the law. I have attached photos of the All-in-Price section directly from the AMVIC. Charging a PDI is not legal and you get away with it because you take advantage of an ill-informed public and corrupt AMVIC that does not enforce it.

It's a nice RV dealership conveniently located right next to the highway in Airdrie. They have lot of options for new and used. They have two showrooms. We met Olaf as the sales person, he was professional. We didn't feel pressured or rushed into buying something. There is also a parts/accessories store onsite. They also have a service department. Overall a positive experience.

We had a great experience, from the time we walked through the doors all the way through the process. Justin was great he was knowledgeable and super friendly he made it very pleasurable. We recently purchased our first RV from Western and we had a great experience. We worked with sales professional Tara and finance manager Brad who were both extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. The staff at both the service and parts department have been extremely helpful getting us the right gear to set us up for many great camping trips. Also, the kids loved the play area!

The guys working the parts department, smile maybe you can show you like your job. Rude and condescending. Nope I'll go elsewhere.

When we were looking for a new trailer. Ahmed spent the time to make sure we got the right one for us. Even after we spent the day at western we weren’t exactly sure so Ahmed even spent the following day showing us more trailers. Excellent and friendly service all around from all the staff

So far decent service. Had one issue that I had to go else where to correct but to Western's credit the did reimbursed us the cost. Only thing that wasn't great was that reimbursement was in Western dollars that can only be redeemed at Western and they don't give cash as change and of course it was all in big bills. On the bright side and still got my money back I guess just harder to spend

We have had a great experience working with Ahmed and Deanie at Western RV. In particular, Ahmed has been great, getting custom modifications completed to our unit and helping to get some minor deficiencies to our unit resolved in a timely manner. We were referred here by another family and have not been disappointed.

We started looking for a new fifth wheel due to some mishaps with our current and to help accommodate our growing boys. Ahmed helped find something that worked for us. Then was so helpful when we went back the next day and changed our mind to a bumper pull trailer. The staff we amazing with keeping our boys busy while we did the paperwork.
