Terrible communication trying to trade in a 2021 trailer for something a little bigger. I filled out all paperwork needed and never heard back followed up 3 times and crickets. I guess I'll go elsewhere

I went into Western RV Okotoks on July 1 for a vent dome. Our vent had been damaged during a hailstorm the night before. Sales was open but Parts and Service was closed. Chris came to my rescue helping get one. We so appreciated it as the weekend was quite rainy at times and not getting water in the trailer, well super helpful. Thanks Chris and Western RV

We had a great experience at Western RV. Cory in service walked us thru our Bushwhacker 10HD. He took the time to show us all the features and made sure we were comfortable with the trailer.

We just had the best experience buying our new trailer! We are blown away by the service we received. Russ was our initial contact and had a very pleasant interaction with him, he was not pushy and took our needs and wants into consideration and found us the perfect travel trailer for our family!
Chis was incredible and walked us through all the financial items. He too was amazing! While we were signing all the paper work our kids were being tended to by the lovely lady at the front (sorry I missed getting her name) but she was next level with the kids, she took the time to do an Easter egg hunt with them.
All in All our overall experience was 10/10.we feel like we received the best service and we are super excited to start our new chapter of being trailer folk!

A couple months ago I visited Paul at Western RV in Aldersyde, looking for my first RV. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice. I then bought a rig privately, but I phoned Paul to get some more advice, and I must say that I was very impressed that when he answered the phone, he called me by name and remembered everything that we had talked about a couple of months previously. He graciously invited me to bring my RV over so that he could look it over and give me a tutorial. So I did. And again, I was very impressed with how much time he spent with me going over alot of information and how to do things, as well as telling me to call anytime if I need advice. Paul knows his stuff about everything RV, and I will gladly recommend him at Western RV in Aldersyde for anyone that is looking to buy and/or resell an RV!
