Western Windows replaced 24 windows in our 75 year old house and we would highly recommend them for both the quality of the product and the highly skilled, professional crews who did the installation.

Although a little slow to reply to my initial online inquiry, the GM followed up with me and was super responsive and quick to turn around an estimate.

It was an easy decision to choose Western Windows. We had 25 windows installed and they look absolutely fabulous, customer service was great, and everything was completed on time. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed during their 3 days of work at my place. The manager checked in with us as well to make sure we were satisfied during the install. I highly recommend anyone looking at new windows/doors for their home to give Western Windows a call.

Had a new contemporary front door installed last week by Western Windows. They were on time, professional, and efficient despite the cold. They cleaned up appropriately and were respectful and friendly. I recommend this local company for sure.

Their advertisement plays almost on a daily basis on the radio but when you contact them nobody replies.

We are a multiple repeat customer and now Western Windows has replaced all the windows and exterior doors. The quality of their products is very good but the difference is the workers. They hire full time rather than contractors. Companies in construction and renovation that manage to keep employees for years and even decades, are clearly doing something right. That translates into quality workmanship and professional conduct in your home.

We absolutely love our new front door and side light installed by Western Windows. From the prompt and reasonable quote provided by Jeremy to the excellent installation done by Tony and Kyle, we cannot be happier. We contacted several different window/door replacement companies when we were looking to have our non-standard sized front door & side light replaced in our 1950’s home. We also wanted to keep the existing storm door that we had installed only a couple of years ago. Western was the only company that was willing to replace the door & sidelight, as well as reinstall the existing storm door and reuse the door frame casing on the inside of the door, all for a much more reasonable price than any of the other companies offered. We wanted a door with an oval designer glass, so Jeremy offered us an oval glass that they had in their warehouse at a reduced cost, as well as providing us with a senior’s discount. He was very accommodating by providing us with the opportunity to see the glass in the shop to be sure we liked it first and was very helpful in providing excellent suggestions for hardware and for the side light. The door was ready when promised, with Tony and Kyle arriving as scheduled to install the door. They did an excellent job of installing the door and side light, as well as reinstalling the storm door and replacing the casing. They were professional and knowledgeable with the install and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed. We do not hesitate to recommend Western Windows and will most definitely be using them for any future windows or doors we may need.

We had Western Windows replace some windows in our place a few years ago and then decided to have them replace the front door of our house and we couldn't be happier. We couldn't believe how much of an improvement it made to the look of our house. The service from sales to the install team was also amazing on both occasions. Western Windows put new windows and doors in our home over 30 years ago. 2 weeks ago they came and recaulked a couple windows at no cost to us! Their customer sevice is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

What an amazing company! Every single person we dealt with was first class! This is definitely the company to contact if you want new windows and doors. We are ecstatic with our new windows – three egress windows and a slider for the basement and a beautiful bay window as well as a piano window on the main floor.
Kevin is so knowledgeable, had great suggestions and he is outstanding to deal with. He took our change requests in stride and made it happen. We would say he really went above and beyond for our project.
We had quite a crew working on our home over 3 days and they were efficient and very clean. They even put tarps down on the lawn before setting up their equipment. They were considerate and respectful. They really seemed to enjoy their job and worked skillfully and well as a team.
This was a stellar, high quality job and commendably done ahead of schedule. We highly recommend Western Windows.

We had all of our windows and patio door replaced several months ago and have nothing but positive things to say about Western Windows. Everyone from the admin, to sales, to the install crew were great to work with. They are a well oiled machine- very efficient and thorough! One of the installers even noticed an issue with a section of our siding and he went out of his way to explain the issue and options to fix it. Absolutely amazing service! The best part is that our windows and door look amazing, I have peace of mind that they were installed properly and I know that if any issues do arise I am covered under their 20 year warrenty. I have since recommended Western Windows to my sister, who needed a wall closed in and a smaller bay window installed, and she also had nothing but amazing things to say. Great local company! I would highly recommend them.

OMG, what an awesome, reputable company! I had windows and doors installed on Aug. 29,2018 and Nov. 23,2018 for my townhouse. I was entirely happy with the quality and color of the windows and doors. On Nov. 23,2018 a neighbor complained to the Board the colors didn't match the required color. This was due to human error. The Board required it be repainted in the winter by Dec. 3,2018! Kevin, the owner is a very honorable man. He is going to replace all 3 bedroom windows, 1 kitchen window, 1 huge living room window and 1 patio door with new ones matching the required commercial brown at no cost to me. Western Windows was always my first choice since my brother and a co-worker went with them and were totally satisfied. I highly recommend Western Windows to anyone that will listen. Again, talk about standing behind your product and workmanship.

Western completed this work on Jan. 18,2019 before Western's deadline of Jan. 31,2019 as promised to the Board. What an awesome company! Treated well by Kevin, owner, Terry, estimator, Nancy, Accounting Mgr.to the work crews. Great cleanup, too after installation.

Exceptionally polite employees (employees, not sub-contractors, so their work ethic, quality of work, timeliness and attitude is very service oriented.) Some of these employees are 10+ years with Western! It clearly shows. The ladies in my home always feel very comfortable.

Clean up is exceptional. You'd never know there was construction in your home.

We have used Western twice in ten years - windows first, then doors. Just as satisfactory all those years later. This speaks volumes about the culture at Western.
