If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We are from out of town (7hrs to be exact) & came to meet some family in Edmonton for the weekend, of course during the -40° cold snap. Our Terrain went into limp mode and cut power to the engine in more than half. We came in frantically at 7am, needing to get home with a working vehicle as we have a 7 month old, and they immediately got us looked after & we had a diagnosis on our car and a ride back to our hotel, with parts ordered and the vehicle in the shop and thawing out by 11am. Dave MacRae and Wayne Wood went above and beyond to get us home. Just over 24 hours later and we were on the road with a new turbo and a working car. HUGE THANK YOU for all the help guys!

Got in a scheduled time and the oil change was quick. Was meaning to check out what my tail gate needed to fix the handle, they showed me a blow up of my tail gate and it is now fixed.
Very dog friendly, well it is a farm.

Today took in my truck to day and was told that they would check why my dash quit. Just got a call to say that it had a voltage spike and just needed a quick reset. I was then told that is was free as it only took a couple of seconds, wow.

Just like the name Chevy Farm says they love dogs and my dog loves being there.

Great customer service and great knowledge, they’ve got some cool cars here and the service department is potentially the best service department I’ve ever worked with at any dealership.

Which is one of the reasons I left the last dealership I did business with. The previous dealership was rather terrible to me but with Wolfe their people are very professional friendly people to do business with. I recommend them to pretty much anyone looking for a new vehicle and anyone who is in a similar position with their current dealerships in terms of bad service. One can buy a car anywhere really, but if you have a bad experience at a dealership you don’t want to do business with that dealership. I’ve never had that with Wolfe Chevrolet! They’re simply the best!

If you need anything fixed on your vehicle be sure to talk with Melinda and Bruce, they’ll get it fixed and fixed well

Just got my first oil change on my 2023 corvette. Was in and out in less than an hour, easy booking with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend sales and service at Wolfe Chevrolet!

Shout out to our guy Andrew for helping us getting our first truck! Also with the help of Vince and Dave who were very helpful closing the deal and took the time showing us each and every numbers that were on the bill of sale. As I want to try and make sure that there were nothing unusual that will be added on the deal. We were not planning on buying one but its hard to resist the deal on that day. We told them that we will think about it over the weekend as it was a big purchase. They agreed, we put a $500 deposit and we felt that they were not pushy and respected our decision. So we love that! Good people! Hope you guys sell more!

Keith, Michael and Vince were all a pleasure to work with. I do not live local to Edmonton so the majority of our communication was done via e-mail/calls and working with the team at Wolfe made it extremely easy. They were very responsive and transparent throughout the whole process.

The only time I step foot at the dealership was during delivery day and despite it went very smooth. It was based on a personal recommendation that initially brought me to Wolfe and I do not have any qualms referring them in the future.

Made an appointment for an oil change and received an email verification. When I arrived at the service department they could not find and info about the appointment and refused to service my truck. I have dealt with Westgate Chev for 25 years and purchased four cars but I will not go again. I tried to contact the manager by they would not respond to my phone message.

Stopped in to see Dwayne (service) for some warranty work on my 2019 suburban. He was very quick, helpful and within 2 or 3 minutes he had me booked in for 9am the next morning.

I was also interested in trading in the suburban for a truck. Mike (sales) was the first person I seen so I approached him. He was easy going, low pressure and never pushed anything on me the entire time.

I ended up getting a truck, the whole process was awesome, from finance to the sales manager they all treated me well and worked quickly to get me on the road.

Thanks to the entire Wolfe team, I have bought many vehicles over the years and this was the best experience to date.

The service at Westgate is amazing! We have bought 2 new cars here with exceptional results. We always use their service department and are always 100% satisfied. We recently had some electrical issues on our SUV and the service department went above and beyond. What an unbelievable experience. The staff are amazing. Had repairs done to the front end of my car after someone backed into me. They provided a free loaner vehicle and detailed my car when they were finished the repairs.they were also cheaper than any other repair shop. If I need work done again. I'll go there before any other. 10+

I take care of everything in my vehicle that needs maintenance. So my friend Bruce in the shop put me on a program where my oil changes are FREE for the life of my vehicle. Go check into it. 10+

Yet again, I have maintainance done on my Trax. Westgate has me for life. Fast, efficient, trustworthy, always treating me as a priority.

I have been dealing with Westgate Chevrolet for the last eight years and every time I go there I get professional and friendly service. On July 31 I traded in my vehicle and dealt with Jeff, he was excellent and helpful from start to finish. He made us feel well-taken care of and gave us lots of advice. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle I would highly reccomend checking out Westgate Chevrolet as the process has always been a smooth and easy one for us.

Went in for routine oil change, asked the advisor to get the cabin air filter changed for me because last visit which was 10 months prior I was told it was dirty and should be done. He said ok and he’ll have them check it. Oil change gets completed they brought the truck around for me and I asked if the filter was changed. Advisor says no the filters were fine, I said how is that possible? It was bad 10 months ago and it’s been the same filter in the truck ever since and that doesn’t make any sense. He tells me they’ll take a second look, so now someone else comes out and they’re taking apart the glove box right there in the drive through bay. Now the service manager comes out and apologizes to me and said the filter is brutal and should have never passed and the guy lied and it should be replaced. And I also asked about the engine air filter because it’s been in the truck for 2 years and never been replaced either. So then they changed that filter for me as well right there too.
Not impressed with the service at all and I don’t trust the people in the shop.

Staff are always friendly, greeting me with a warm welcome and assurance my vehicle is in good hands. Waiting area is very clean. They keep me advised as to the progress of work being done. Everything done and /or needed is clearly explained.

What a top notch experience! The entire team at Westgate is amazing! Andrew, Jana, Vince, Dave and Keith took such great care of us. They went above and beyond to get us into a vehicle just right for us. Their attention to detail, their care and their flexibility made the car shopping experience a pleasant one. Purchased a used truck from Westgate Chevrolet in August 2020, only writing a review now as I finally gave up hope on getting the loose ends of my sale tied up after 10 months.

Dealt with Mike O in used sales, the only reason I am giving this review a 2/5 star review is because Mike made a effort to reply to my following up texts, calls.

Basically I bought a 2017 GMC Sierra from Westgate in August 2020, after a somewhat smooth purchase process I notified Mike O of a partially lite LED daytime running light (Mike was notified 30min after I drove off the lot with pictures) we communicated over text (all documented) and he assured me that this would get fixed. After months of follow up texts and calls I finally had enough of the babysitting to get this issue resolved.

I went into the dealership and spoke to Mike R. (General Sales Manager) after being told by the used car sales manager that a partially lite daytime running light is not a safety issue I disagreed as I knew that soon enough it would quit completely. Once I spoke to Mike R. I quickly realized that Mike was giving off the vibe that he had better places to be so after becoming assertive I finally got Mike to agree to signing off on a written agreement that his dealership would replace the headlight once they received a truck with the same headlight. Again after a few months of repetitive follow up I gave up on Westgate’s promise and knew me the consumer had to eat the $700 to purchase a used headlight.

Long story short. Westgate Chevrolet is no different then any other dealer out there.expect a smooth transaction but once they have your money best of luck getting any follow through on written and signed off promises.

Approximately 3 months ago I purchased a 2009 Sierra 1500…great sales service…this weekend coming back from a trip, I was in Cochrane and my engine light started flashing so I took it to a gmc dealer there. They, after inspection, said lifters have collapsed on a cylinder and would cost approximately $5000 to fix. I called Mike Redmond at The Chevy farm and he said bring it in and they will look at it. Took it in Monday morning and today, Wednesday, I pick up my truck. Totally fixed the main issue and found a couple of other issues that they also fixed. ALL AT NO CHARGE…. This is what I call amazing customer service! Mike said to me “don’t worry we will look after you” when I dropped the truck off and boy did they. The entire service staff was amazing. I will be back for all my future service and if I need any other vehicles. ️ Oh, and they even washed the truck and cleaned the interior.

My experience at Westgate Chevrolet has always been exceptional. The whole team is welcoming and in particular Mike Oldenburger, my salesman. Mike was patient, not pushy and very professional. I will return to Westgate for sure!

Absolutely amazing service! We were visiting Edmonton from Ontario and had some engine issues. Unfortunately, it was an expensive fix, but Wayne in the service department set us up with Brian to take a look at replacing the vehicle. He was fantastic in helping us find a vehicle in our price range! Ravi, the manager, built us a great deal. Would definitely recommend! My wife bought our vehicle here 7 years ago and the service exceeded her expectations based on her last experience.

Brake fluid leaked out after purchasing a used car. Service department gave a mechanical fitness check and supposedly repaired what was needed. I called to let them know. Sales person sounded concerned but no call back to discuss the issue. Not sure why. Hopefully this is not how they treat everyone after the sale is complete.

I purchased a vehicle from Andrew Laich in September. His knowledge of the vehicle and no pressure sales was a refreshing change from the salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He walked me through the vehicle and made sure all my questions were answered. He was such a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend him.

Came in early in May after seeing a new Trail Boss advertised online. Just moving to Alberta I needed a new truck. I showed up at the dealership with my wife and we were greeted by Ameer and shortly after Andrew. We got chatting about what I was looking for and I told him I was interested in the Trail Boss that was online, As Andrew went for the keys Ameer my wife and I talked about everyday things and our move to Alberta. Andrew returned with the keys but unfortunately for me someone had already made a deal on it! Still the 2 of them took us over to the truck and let us check it out. They informed us that a shipment was on the way and they were expecting it soon, We exchanged #'s and they said they would notify me when they arrived. May 26th Ameer text me a pic of the 2021 Trail Boss that just arrived, I sent him a deposit and let them know I would fly in from B. C.on the weekend. Everything went smooth as silk after that and I was driving it home Saturday afternoon. Ameer and Andrew 2 first class guys that I highly recommend if your looking for a new vehicle, They make the process easy and they genuinely care about the people they deal with. Word of mouth goes a long way!:)

I have used Westgate for years, for both my Camaro and my Tahoe. Never had a bad experience. Representatives are polite and helpful, and the service is accurate.

Best service in the city. I showed up at 7: 30am without an appointment and they ushered me in right away to help me with my truck troubles. They were attentive to my explanation of my issues and offered me a ride once they took my truck. The service department let me know their diagnosis right away and laid out my options in a clear manner without trying to make me spend more money than necessary.
I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here again.

It began with a conversation with Shannon at the Wolf Cadillac dealership as I was looking at buying a new vehicle for my wife.
I decided to test drive a new vehicle and leave my pickup at Westgate for service during this time.
Wayne at westgate was fantastic to deal with and although I did not purchase a vehicle from Shannon as a result of timing in scheduling my wife to attend the dealership I will be returning to deal with Shannon in the next month to see if we can complete a deal.

They did great with my oil change, made some suggestions for service since my car is over the 200,000 km mark. They're always polite and friendly.

Personnel all the way up to management did not apply pressure, allowing me to choose what I was in search of. Regarding options in the finance office, they presented their offerings and once again, allowed me to decide which package of whatever was I really in need of; I even declined a few for personal reasons and others I chose for other reasons (I plan to own my new truck for many years, so some ext.warranty had value like electronics that can fail at any time and are expensive to replace). Electronics control so much of.most everything now.

This company, staff.and Gary Ball, in particular, have gone out of their way to ensure I have 100% complete satisfaction at all times! I have bought my last two cars there and will continue to be a lifelong customer. And I refer anyone I talk to who is looking for a vehicle - new or used! There is a LOT to be said about good Old fashioned customer service!

They were able to get my vehicle in right away and found items in my tire that was causing it to leak! Didn't have to have very much for a repair on my tire!

Easy. They called me, set the time. I arrived at the time, gave my key, and an hour later my car was done. Easy peasy!

Clean, friendly and professional. Its been a year since I purchased my second certified used vehicle from Westgate and I highly recommend them. If you are in the market to upgrade go see these guys. Ravi was helpful and made the process quick and as stress free as possible.

The oil change was done in a timely manner which was great. The issue was that we are in a pandemic and there are COVID protocols to follow but no one at this location mentioned about sanitizing the interior of my vehicle after the service.
