Some of the records they irresponsibly discarded for all the public to see:

Complete euthanasia consent forms

Clinic drug use inventory and usage

Complete confidential patient files including all names numbers addresses and complete patient history

Numerous merchant copies of credit card receipts

This just to name a few examples of information irresponsibly discarded un-shredded

Who ever was responsible for this egregious breach of client privacy and confidentiality should be terminated.

Inexcusable breach of trust in this day and age when personal privacy is paramount and should be guarded.

Very kind, caring and attentive staff/doctors. Also better prices on some food compared to another vet that is closer to home.

Had to visit for an emergency, but clinic was very helpful.
Vet was calm and clear about what was wrong and what needed to be done, and helped me find a 24hr pet hospital close by.

A pleasant and professional staff at Westhills Veterinary Clinic. They were able to accommodate an appointment for my sick cat quickly. The vet was kind and gentle, answered all my questions and gave me lots of information that will improve my cat's quality of life moving forward. They even did a follow-up phone call to check up on how he was doing a few days after his appointment.

Having been a client as well as an employee for over 20 years, I can’t say enough great things about the clinic. The vets are very compassionate and provide exceptional care. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. The staff are like family and have supported me in all aspects of life. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We’ve been going to this clinic for 15 years. The staff at the front desk are friendly, caring and responsive. The vet techs are great and helpful. Dr Robbins is an excellent vet with good judgement. She is caring, provides good explanations, is patient and has the best interest of our pets and family in mind when recommending treatment. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet care.

Dr. Robbins has been amazing with our cats. She has consistently provided us with the knowledge and guidance we have needed to navigate health issues one of our cats has faced with success. Her kindness and caring instills us with the confidence that we are making the best decisions possible. All the staff at Westhills Veterinary Clinic have been fantastic over the years!

My friend was told her pet needed to be put down unfortunately. She had to argue with Dr Suzanne Adams Hird to let her bring the pet home to say goodbye. She decided to go through another vet service for it in the end, and did not have a chance to let the vet know her decision. 24 hours later a peace officer shows up at her door, claiming my friend was neglecting her pet! So unprofessional of the vet, to throw such accusations at a family who is already going through a rough time in such a harsh way. I will never bring my pets there.

Dr. Lynnette Sinclair-Smith is very knowledgable, attentive, and caring. She and the vet tech, Nicole, are amazing and I'm so glad they were both there when my last cat passed away.

Dr. Robbins recently treated my cat and she was very sweet and thorough. And, of course, the front desk staff are great too! I highly recommend Westhills Veterinary Clinic!

Dr Robbins is hands-down the best of the very best! I actually believe she has angels wings hidden under her lab coat. ;)

Yes, you are going to pay a bit more however even if low income like me, I cannot express strongly enough that your beloved pet/family member will receive THE BEST OF THE VERY BEST care from Dr Robbins.
All of the Receptionists and others I've met are fantastic too.

Dr. Hayley Robbins has been nothing but AMAZING. She is knowledgeable and has empathy for a new dog owner like myself. She has given me great tips and has
also seen my puppy as an emergency on a day that she was already booked up.

I'm disappointed to say that we've had to take our business to a more ethically run veterinary clinic, after a decade of patronizing this establishment. Our poor little 11 pound cat had some teeth issues, one being a reabsorbed root. She had surgery for this exact problem three years prior, in which she had 6 teeth removed, at a cost of $1500. A fair price for the work needed. However, the vet who had completed the procedure has since retired and there is a new vet who focuses on dental procedures. The price I was quoted was upwards of $4900. Yes, nearly $5000 for the exact same procedure just three short years prior. This is the kind of price you would charge for a knee replacement on a Rottweiler, not 4 teeth to be extracted from a little cat.

I was so disgusted at the blatant greed shown by this vet that I shopped around to get different prices. Well, I'm glad to say that our little girl has had her 4 teeth extracted and all relevant procedures completed, at a cost of $1800. The new vets are prompt, attentive, and they even cut our girl's claws when she was under at no extra cost. I'm sad to be taking our business elsewhere because Dr. Robbins (not the vet who quote $4900), has been great since our other vet had retired, but the greed of this "dental specialist " had us go elsewhere.

Great experience! My girl has chronic belly pain, and my regular vet wasn't open on Saturdays during the third wave. Westhills was willing and able to take her in and give her a quick check before refilling her meds.

I also get my other cats food from here every month, and I love the convenience of the online store

They have been great to deal with for specialty food. Reception girls have been awesome.

Office manager has personally helped me navigate the new online store.

Very good at belittling their staff members. Will pull staff aside and yell at them until they cry. Although abusive language from customers is strongly discouraged, bullying internally from a position of power is more than fine here. Would not take my animals here again knowing the girls in the back are constantly crying.

I TAKE BACK MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I Took my puppy here on the weekend for rountine vaccines and a chip and they had her there for 2 hours. They weighed her and recorded her 10lbs less than what she is and gave her meds. When I called to talk to them as the medication dosage was wrong according to her actual weight they said the were going by there recorded weight and to give her the meds anyway, imagine if it was something life saving and not just a dewormer! Not a great service or experience.

1ST REVIEW Kristen is very friendly and helpful, Ive only had one visit there but hoping this will be our forever vet! Was unable to meet the vet due to Covid but she did call to discuss the visit.

First time having a dog, doctors and staff are very friendly. The Vet took the time to explain us and answer all our questions.

Would highly recommend this vet clinic and Dr. Robbins, very professional and have taken the highest possible quality care of our dogs over the years. Dr. Robbins level of compassion and empathy is unmatched.

Thanks for all the wonderful care you gave to Tucker over the years. Yesterday was one of the toughest days of our lives saying goodbye to our precious pet. I don’t know how we would have got through it without Hayley Robbins. We will forever be thankful for her care and understanding.

I cant tell you how amazing this office is. I have called countless times, even when i dont have an appointment booked and they always work something out! From Questions to Emergencies they are great. Even when i lost my dear cat they offered to be there if we needed anything, i still have a cat that goes here and they are amazing with her, and affordable. Love this place so much, thanks for all you've done for our family!

I took my geriatric kitty into WVC for the first time at the beginning of the year and saw a locum vet who left thorough notes for Dr. Adams-Hird. I can be difficult to deal with when it comes to the health of my fur babies but Dr. Adams-Hird never gave up and continued/continues to keep in-touch with me always providing her best professional advice, which I am so thankful for. She has spent hours on the phone with me discussing both of my kitties health, and always makes time to see them on short notice. She is an awesome veterinarian who really knows her stuff, and I truly value and trust her opinion. When Dr. Adams-Hird isn't available, Dr. SinclairSmith has been there, offering advice and compassion.

Earlier this year, we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Dr. Adams-Hird was incredibly thorough, compassionate and supportive through the diagnosis and very difficult process. She was direct and honest (including costs, treatments and likelihood of recovery), as always, while being sensitive and patient as I coped with the news. She gave me time while helping me understand that time was critical for my girl; she really does not want to see her patients suffer. By the time I made the decision to let her go, which was short notice and last minute, Dr. Adams-Hird was there. I will never forget what she did for us that day. In the midst of COVID-19, when she had plans to leave early for the long weekend, she waited for me. She allowed me to come into the clinic during their closed-door policy, and be with my girl as she took her final breaths. She was incredibly patient with me as I struggled to say goodbye, and she provided unconventional options based on my religious beliefs. Because of this, and her continued support and care of my little old man, I will always have the utmost respect for Dr. Adams-Hird and staff at WVC! Also want to give a shout-out to Kylie for always being so helpful, compassionate and positive, you are awesome!

I really like this place, they always take good care of my pets and I always feel like they are looking for me and my pets best interest.

I have been going to this clinic for almost ten years and am always so impressed! Dr. Sinclair Smith is the most amazing vet, truly cares for the pets (and their owners), explains everything thoroughly including options and patiently takes time to answer all questions. She recently helped us through having to put our one dog down, and I felt unbelievably supported. We have also had lots of care needed for our other dog and I would never want to go anywhere else. Thank you for all that you do at Westhills Veterinary Clinic, from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate it!

Pretty organized and professional. The personnel are friendly and address the requests in a good manner. I have never waited long overthere, the vets are knowledgeable and the results that we have got for our dogs have been satisfying.

They care, they thoroughly explain the options available, are upfront regarding cost and they're available for follow up concerns and questioms. Dr. Sakhals gave me confidence in her surgical skills and it was apparent that she loves the animals you place in her care.

Dr. Sinclair-Smith is awesome. She's compassionate, patient, thorough and knowledgable. The ladies out front are kind too. I'm always confident they'll take good care of our buddy.

I saw Dr. Suzanne Adams-Hird with my cat for the 1st time and she was amazing! Her questions were so thorough and she took her time explaining everything. She also has 4 cats @ home! The clinic was super friendly and welcoming.

Over the years we have had experiences with other veterinary clinics, but just couldn’t find the right fit. A friend of ours had recommended Westhills and from about 1 minute into the first visit, we knew we had found our vet for life! The staff is fantastic and are all so incredibly welcoming and warm! They clearly love what they do and it shows!

We have been bringing our two pups here for two years now and have just been so impressed. Dr. Suzanne Broughton is always so good with our pups, and the rest of the staff shows a genuine interest and care. They have a good selection of specialty canine food and there's always treats at the desk. I would definitely recommend bringing pets here; thanks Westhills Veterinary Clinic!
