I have been with Westland insurance for many years, I’ve always received great advice from Kathy McCarthy.

Had a policy with Westland but my contact was in Calgary. I tried for several weeks to contact the company in Calgary. I left emails and voicemails but that office was horrible. So I contacted Cam in Edmonton, he dealt with commercial insurance so passed my name along to Kathy McCarthy. Within a hour or so Kathy contacted me. Asked me if she could shop around for rates for me before renewing the current policy. Kathy’s customer service and work ethic is refreshing. Kathy found a different company for our needs and saved us hundreds of dollars. As my other policies renew, I will definitely reach out to Kathy. Kathy’s dedication to help me was so inspiring as the experience I had with the Calgary office was horrible. Kathy’s customer service 5/5. I highly recommend her.
