Westland Park

We signed a 1yr lease, but moved after only 3 months and they managed to get it rented out quick so we weren’t stuck paying rent for several more months. The ladies in the office are great to deal with if you have any issues, and the grounds are always taken care of.

Loved here for 3 years. There is absolutely nothing but good things to say. The units are spacious and clean. They take very good care of their units. Management was always on top of preventative maintenance. I would recommend that any of my friends looking for an affordable place in Fort Saskatchewan to strongly consider here.

Excellent managemen! I would like to thank Mona and Robin and team for Making my daughter and her family have a safe, clean and enjoyable place to live. Having a autistic granddaughter is a worry, knowing that maintenance is immediately attended to and being understandable, makes me know they are on a healthy safe environment! Awesome place to live! The house is the best: everything new, rooms are so comfy and spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped and bright
My family chose Westland court not only because of good conditions and location, we just LOVE PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE.
Mona is the most helpful and super super wonderful person who explained rules, showed different types of properties and still provides my mom, grandma and me with perfect mood for every day.
Ron always keeps the Westland course the most shiny part of Fort Sask.
Other workers are so nice as well and ready to help whenever we need.

I have had a great experience living here. With my kids and my special needs daughter. Anything I have needed the ladies at the office are more than happy to help. They are very understanding and will help you in any way they can. Thank you Mona and Robin.

Stayed there for 2 years, was a place to sleep. Always had appliances breaking down and the snow and ice removal was awful! Wife slipped in parking lot and was injured for 4 months. Then when moved out tried to charge almost 500 dollars for cleaning even though I paid for carpet cleaner and did extensive cleaning prior to leaving.they also did Reno’s as soon as we left! Got sent to collections over it. Slum Lords
